1 starThere's a free trial you have to sign up for to see all of the details/services. Once I saw this looked suspicious/vaporware, I cancelled THE SAME DAY.
They will ignore you until the 7 day free trial is up and then charge you, unless you cancel your credit card.
There is no way to cancel the subscription on the app OR through the APP stores.

1 starSigned up for a free trial reached out to cancel within the allotted time frame. 29.99 then added the boost feature didn't know there was additional charge. No one responded to any of my cancellation requests, then finally today after I was charged they don't want to cancel but instead are pushing me to use the products for 2 months at no charge. The product is of no use to me because it doesn't work for my type of business which I explained in the cancellation requests.Zeely Inc.

1 starSigned up for 29.95. During the setup process they recommended this boost feature. Did not mention it cost any additional money and didn't even see anything else on the screen to press. So i pressed it and was immediately charged another 39.95. So trying to get that back. Then when I check my subscription it's been upgraded to 79.95 a month. I'm glad I used a generated card from privacy.com and can close the card. Because it sounds like I'm not getting any money back and questionable if my subscription will be canceled or not.Zeely Inc.

I had a terrible experience with this service. They continuously charged me without any prior notification, and the results they promised were completely misleading. The application even generated false testimonials about my product, which raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. It’s now clear to me where these so-called "positive" reviews originate.
Additionally, their cancellation and billing policies are extremely unclear, making it unnecessarily difficult to stop the charges. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Proceed with caution if you’re considering it!Zeely Inc.

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. I initially downloaded the app to help with my business. The ADS I saw looked amazing. But when you actually download the app, it's not the same quality that they're advertising. I played around with it for maybe five minutes i did pay the $29.95 for the subscription. Otherwise, I would not have been able to make a decision, so I ended up not liking it. And within the first 10 minutes reached out to customer service had canceled my plan and requested a refund. Well, now it's been about 3 weeks. And no one has reached out to me to help me get my money back. I am guessing I will have to dispute this with my bank every time I do reach out. I say this is a little insane. No one has reached out to me and then just say sorry. There are long. Wait times I am in customer service. This is Unfathomable. I should have read these reviews before I tried this appZeely Inc.

2 starsI initially signed up for the premium subscription. Had issues with the platform working on my iPhone which had a software version that was sufficient according to the app specs. Couldn’t get to the point of publishing an ad, the app would freeze and crash. They fixed the app a few weeks later and I was able to run an ad.
The ad I ran was projected to receive 15,000 impressions, statistics only yielded 5,000. Ad clicks ended up being just shy of 500, which isn’t terrible in my opinion considering I paid $125.
The issue was that not a single person that clicked on the ad clicked the “add to cart button” or navigated to ANY OTHER PAGE on the website. That seems super suspect. It’s almost like they have bots going into the ad, navigating to the landing page you establish… and that’s it! Out of just under 500 people, not a single one clicked on another page on my website? Come on. I have people finding my site organically through Google driven by TV ads and they have no issue viewing, navigating, and buying my products daily.
I don’t usually do this… but I’m going to say it.
Zeely is a scam. AI to create your ads and AI to visit your website. Unfortunately, not too far fetched these days, am I right?Zeely Inc.
