    There is no mentioning of the additional charges for posting an advertisement on Facebook until after signing up and paying the subscription fee.
    Upon learning of this additional charge for posting on Facebook, I immediately cancelled my subscription on the same day that the subscription was started and asked for a refund, explaining that paying those extra charges was not affordable as a new business.
    A representative from Zeely named "Amelia" replied with,
    "Regrettably, based on our Terms of Service, we are not able to process your subscription refund requests. Please, learn more about our Refund Policies here: https://help.zeely.app/terms-of-service/."

    After reading through the Terms of Service, there is no information about receiving a refund.
    I took it upon myself to locate refund information, which is posted on the separate Subscription and Refund Policy document; after reading the entire document, the closest information says:

    "Payments made under these Terms are not subject to a refund.
    We may review your specific case, reserving the right to make a final decision on the possibility of a refund. Please contact us and describe your issue."

    If a company charges separately for a subscription plus per individual service and does not give any information or warning about these separate charges until after the subscription has started, with no consideration for giving a refund due to its own information negligence - which is how Zeely runs its business - that company is a scam and illegitimate company doing illegitimate business.

    Facebook ads manager did stand next to Zeely, I founds this application and without thinking twice deleted facebook ads manager. that's how. Thanks to the developers for the super user input

    I'll be honest, I wasn't impressed at all by the supposed uniqueness of this app, which I've read about many times, but in fact I was impressed by one nuance, how exactly the AI works, this side of the app is really non-started, which slightly improved my opinion about Zeely and what I still decided to mention it. Very good actually, those who doubt - start at least the free version

    I am just in the middle of the period of learning English. It is not my native language but I use English-language online tools and various applications for the most in-depth study. Now I am practicing advertising in this application, because I still need ti be able to do it, but preferably in English. I will stay that in Zeely this whole space is well worked out and in fact it is quite convenient to work in it, and I will also tighten my language

    This company is a scam. They continued to take money from my account after I canceled until I threatened to turn them in for fraud and take them to court.

    They also did nothing to help my sales..They generated so called leads which never lead to sales.
