    Began using Zeely this year to streamline ads for Facebook and Instagram campaings, was looking for something that reduce time spent and give more flexibility to test multiple ideas.
    Zeel is easy to learn, even for me - person without design background. Shopify integration nice thing, product info pulls directly into the system and setting up campagins much faster. Like for wide library of templates and lifelike avatars, they brought me more engagement on social ads and higher conversion rates. Zeely reduced marktenig expenses

    Zeely like a godsend our marketing needs coz we don't have a full design team but app allows us generate high-converting visuals quickly.     I run a small e-commerce business and ads always the most stressful part, additionally I don't have extra money for own marketing team, hiring freelancers is expensive for me too. When I saw Zeely I wasn't sure what to expect but the experience truly better than I hoped.
    App easy to use, I connect my store, add a product and within minutes get ad creatives that look like made by designers. The AI avatars surprised me!! The look natural and videos don't feel artificial. Since I started using Zeely CTR improved, I'm generating X3 more leads, and sales have been steady.
    Another pros is the cost savings cuz before I spent hundreds of dollars/campaign on designers, now I handle everything myself in less and with lower costs.

    ABSOLUTE FRAUD. I canceled this account in 2024 and in July 2025 they began billing me again. When I notified them of the erroneous charge, I did not receive a response. There is no phone number and no way to cancel on the app. I received this message from "Nate" online through a scam chat on their app, " I have forwarded cancelation request to our Billing Department. I am closely monitoring the status and will keep you informed of updates." I have already cancelled this so why would they attempt to cancel it again as oppose to stopping their fraudulent charge. I will cancel my credit card. This is a scam and they should be completely shutdown. They run ads without the comments on because they know they are conducting fraudulent business practices. NEVER SIGN UP AND NEVER PROVIDE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

    Your subscription was previously canceled, as noted. However, a separate product called the Annual Booster remained active in your account. The Booster is an optional, one-time feature with annual auto-renewal — and since it was not canceled, it was automatically renewed in July 2025 as per its billing cycle. This renewal triggered a charge via the payment method linked to your account.

    Once we received your inquiry, we immediately canceled the active Booster and initiated a full refund. This refund has already been processed and the funds should return to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. A confirmation of this action was also sent to your registered email address.

    We understand your concern regarding the cancellation process. Zeely offers cancellation and support options through our web platform and in-app chat, where you connected with our representative “Nate.” While we don’t offer live phone support, we take every chat message seriously and do our best to follow up through email when needed.

    We would also like to assure you that Zeely does not run ads without consent or hide user comments. We are a legitimate platform used by thousands of small business owners and entrepreneurs to create marketing content, run ad campaigns, and grow their online presence. We do not store full credit card information, and all payments are securely processed through industry-standard providers.

    We regret any confusion caused by the separate Booster billing and truly hope this resolution — including the full refund — demonstrates our commitment to fair business practices.

    Absolute Thieves. They billed me three times last year for a total of 149.15. I had to have Apple Pay block them from continuing to charge my credit card. Some how they billed me again today - 1 year later even though my account number has changed. Class Action Law Suite Anyone?

    After thoroughly reviewing your account, we can confirm that no charges totaling $149.15 were made by Zeely. Based on our billing records, you initially purchased a monthly subscription for $29.95 and also activated a one-year Booster plan for $39.95. The subscription was canceled, but the Booster remained active and was set to renew automatically after one year, in accordance with the plan's terms.

    This recent charge occurred because the annual Booster plan was still active in our system and renewed via Apple Pay. Since Apple Pay can process renewals through virtual payment tokens even when the physical card details have changed, the charge was successfully completed through your linked Apple Pay account.

    That said, we fully understand your concern, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve already canceled the Booster and issued a full refund. The funds should return to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or Apple’s processing time.

    We want to emphasize that Zeely does not store or directly manage any credit card information. All purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple’s billing system. We also remain committed to transparency and compliance with all applicable consumer protection and billing policies.
