    SCAM!!!! Do not buy from them! They price gauge you, don't let you pick your seats or rows and there is NO refund. Stay away from this site. The customer service is not helpful and this should be very illegal. They tacked on $75 for service fees on top of another delivery fee and my tickets were marked up triple then what they are on the site with over 1700 seats left to buy in the theater. I just bought the tickets quick thinking I clicked on the site the theater used, but they were one of the top links with all the shows listed. Got suckered into this scam.

    The ticket price wasn't bad but the add on charges are ridiculous. It almost added another 50% to each ticket. Just not right!!!!

    I guess i got what i paid for. I will never purchase tickets from this website again. I thought I was purchasing through Ticketmaster, I’d had a little bit to drink, and didn’t realize till the next day that it was a completely different website. You are purchasing tickets from someone who is reselling their tickets. Now the price wasn’t bad at all, but it was the outrageous fees. The fees are the reason I will pay more attention to what and when I am purchasing. Fees and taxes along brought the price up significantly. There’s no scam here, it is a secondary market, so all the info is laid out for you. I recommend never using this site if tickets are still available through Ticketmaster, unless you are looking for closer seats that have already been purchased by someone else. Even then, try a different secondary market unless you want to be killed with over $100 dollars in fees for 2 tickets.

    Placing the order was easy and I did receive confirmation of the purchase. Also, Proctors Theatre had proof of my purchase and the correct seats. The final ticket will be sent closer to the date of the performance.

    In order to access tickets, you need to set up an account with AXS mobile ID. Their site won't allow me to do so. This is a dysfunctional way to do business and I'm very unhappy.
