  This was complicated but it finally did get worked out. I wish there was a way to print. It made it VERY DIFFICULT to share these tickets with my friends.

  I bought 2 tickets to the Chicago concert in Thousand Oaks, Ca. It was so smooth. Right away was transferred the tickets.

  Total scam. When you’re trying to buy on Ticketmaster it pops up and unless you notice the- in the name you’ll end up paying 3 times more. Agreed, congressional attention needs to be put forward to oversee these businesses. Unfortunately governmental oversight and regulations are going to have to be done. Never never buy fringe them!

  I was surprised by the $40 per ticket service fee. Should have show that up front. Also, I prefer to be able to print out ticket instead of depending upon my phone. Can you send me a URL where I can print out bar code for my three April 15 tickets? Tom Driskill

  New user. Entered TicketMaster web site. Somehow got transferred to Ticket-Center.com. Went through purchase process and received purchase confirmation from TicketMaster, so thought I was still dealing with TicketMaster. Received e-mails from Ticket-Center advising to finalize purchase. Checked with TicketMaster. Learned that price I paid was double the actual price. Ticket-Center will not refund. Only option is resale of tickets. The scam is that purchaser is not clearly advised that transaction is with Ticket-Master. I believe the 1.88 rating is way too high.

  Though the ballet was superb, the ticket buying and final access were awful. The cost to me was
  $336.00 while I sat in the same concert row with people who paid $39.00. That row was packed while three rows in front of us were empty. Having to upload an app to acquire the tickets for anyone who is not computer literate is not customer friendly. My desktop (recommended by you) would not load and my cellphone was complicated.
  Sorry but I do hope you improve this process.

  I received my tickets and have printed them!
  
  I am in the customer service industry and it makes me wonder why so many people have left bad reviews, claiming your company is a scam? I work for a company who, about 5 years ago, had a BBB rating of 1. Within a year, it increased to over 4--with a lot of internal effort to create a more positive brand.
