    They were really nice to me. The people that I talked with me. I was upset at the time, but they were following company policy. I payed more than I thought I should.I still need the parking ticket.

    This was our first use of the system (maybe our last). It still is not quite clear what we were supposed to receive but we think we have the tickets in the cell phone. We will only know 3 months from now when we try to get into the theater.

    When we entered our Visa card to pay, the system did not acknowledge payment. We entered it again and still no confirmation of payment. We used a Mastercard and that finally went through. When we checked our Visa account it had been billed once for $1 and twice for the ticket price. This was in addition to the charge on the Mastercard. We called your contact number and all they could see was the Mastercard payment. We called our Visa account and they verified that the mischarges had been processed by you. Your system is not one I would recommend to anyone.
