    DO NOT USE. This site is a scam. Sold Broadway tickets that did not exist. Never delivered the tickets. Filed a dispute with the credit card merchant.

    Let me start by saying yes the tickets are way over priced, however it was my fault for not doing more research and realizing that thia was a third party resale site. With that being said the website is legit. I was freaking out becasue of the reviews i saw and then i got a message saying the tickets wouldnt be available until the day before my event (2months out) so I starting panicking. Tickets actually were transferred to me within a couple hrs of purchasing and was sent a link to ticketmaster to create profile to receive tickets. Over priced yes, but def legit. I got all my tickets. Thanks!!

    I typed in Florida Theater, this website came up with out me realizing it. It looks like it's the correct place it does not tell you it is a secondary market selling ticket place. The tickers are over priced and you don't get to pick you seats. I feel scammed, you can't talk to a person and get a refund. This is trickery, they are scamming people with this website and this should shut down. They do not tell you they are a secondary market.

    Robbery! $498 for 5 tickets to a women's college gymnastics meet, including the $100 service charge! The event should should have been a $71 total including a $5 processing fee. My 74-year-old mother got hoodwinked! Never again! How can you and your employees sleep at night?

    I was a little nervous after realizing i ordered from a 3rd party marketplace. Yes I did pay over value for my tickets, but that was my fault for not realizing I wasnt buying directly from venue. This site is however a legit site for ticket resale. I was notified that I would have my tickets a day before the actual event which had me freaking out, but actually received them within a few hrs of making the purchase. Was sent a link to ticket master where i created an account and tickets were successfully transfered. I over paid but it all worked out. Just make sure and double check you know what site your purchasing from. Hope this review helps.

    Find another source for tickets. Placed an order and immediately realized I picked the wrong date. Called their customer service number (within 10 minutes of my order) and I talked to Bernard who said he should be able to help but after being put on hold a couple of times was hung up on. I called back and Florence did nothing to help and when I asked to speak with a supervisor said that I could not. She suggested that I sell the tickets on the internet but that I was not going to get them until two days before the show date. Like I said, find another source for tickets because these guys are shady.

    Its a scam.
    I ordered a specific class of tickets. Following my purchase I received an email stating that my tickets will be sent to me prior to the event instead of immediately following the purchase. I received the tickets weeks later and they were NOT the class I had purchased. I was told that they have the right to provide alternative tickets (small print) without any compensation. I paid 4X the actual value of that ticket. I was told I can resell them if I like. So, I was advised to scam someone else as I was scammed. This place is no betters than the calls your receive about auto insurance or how your SSN has been compromised...
