    They configure their website to make it appear like the real venue. They claim that there are limited tickets while upcharging you a lot.

    If 0 was an option, this would be my rating.

    Placed an order for 2 tickets for a 7pm Broadway show two days prior to the show. The seller confirmed the sale and never sent instructions on how to retrieve tickets. I was on the phone with Ticket Center customer service from 6pm to 6:30pm (30 minutes prior to the show), and customer service stated that since the seller confirmed the sale, they cannot issue me a refund (despite the 100% guarantee).

    Tickets were never received and I never receive a refund for the $400 charged to my credit card.

    A warning to others, this company does not stand by your orders and should not be trusted.

    I am truly disappointed. This is fraud and the business should be further investigated.

    Worst company ever. Got raped on ticket. Never got them. Phone service put me on hold for 30 mins. And kept cutting me off. Told me my tickets were on Ticketmaster, which was a lie. A TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m. Fighting with bank to my money back now. A TRUE SCUM BAG OPERATION. Phone contact was some Asian company even though website says Delaware. True pieces of feces.

    DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!! THIS IS A SCAM !!! Purchased tickets ( Thought it was Ticket Master) Have been trying to cancel the order with no luck. Have tried numerous timed to contact them. You got to the site and cant talk to a person, cant get a reply, you have to do a live chat (as they call it) but its just a generic computerized circle run a round. G.W Honolulu, HI

    Do not use this site...they appear to sell tickets they dont have... lost of promises and no delivery. I agree with other comments that they have paid for up front Google placement.

    Paid for ticket that never came, had to buy a ticket at the box office, I have been had for

    $244.75 and I will proceed to get my money back.

    SCAM WEBSITE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Negative 50 stars!!!!! 8/30/2025: I bought tickets for a Tim McGraw concert. They did not send them and kept giving me the run around "seller said they sent them to you," "check your spam for Stubhub," "we sent you an email saying they were delivered followed by another paragraph saying you would receive another email telling you how to access your tickets (that never came)," etc. . Even when I contacted Tickets-Center, they gave me a fraudulent invalid email to retrieve them with. I did not receive my tickets...ever. They assured me the day before the concert I would have them before the concert started the next day. Drove 3 hours never received the tickets. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

    I will never use Tickets-Center site again. Tickets are overpriced, tickets were not sent to me on the day of purchase but "promised" to be sent the day before the event. I tried cancelling purchase and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company the "mystery" Tickets-Center reseller, resold my tickets without informing me. I didn't find out until the day before the event, when my tickets weren't available. It was only then that I was refunded about a 1/3 the price I paid, supposedly the amount my tickets were resold for. Poor Customer Service was my experience. Don't waste your money, avoid Tickets-Center.com.

    Ticket Center purports to be the venue that you are buying from, but they are not. They are a Bot that searches the venue site while you are online and buys the tickets from them and then resells them to you at twice the price you could have paid. They charge twice the price you could have paid. BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T USE THEM!!.
