    This is a fraud site. I work for an entity that sells tickets legitimately to the events we host. Tickets-Center resells all of our tickets at an exhorbitant amount of money. 99% of the time those tickets do not work when the buyer arrives at the venue. This is considered fraud. Tickets-Center has no contact information to complain or to speak to anyone in management. We will be seeking legal advice to stop Tickets-Center from selling our tickets for triple what we sell them for. It is a crime and you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of individuals who want to pay a fair price to attend events within their communities.

    If you have anyone with mobility issues do not go through these people. I bought Tickets to an A's game on the 31st. Unfortunately my kid broke her leg. I asked if I can send the seats to the other people going with us, they said yes but not until I can download the tickets which isn't until the 30th. I cant resale them until the 30th. I cant cancel them, and I cant make sure the actual seat numbers will be accessible to my kid who now can't make her way down bleacher seats and is reliant on a walker. They offered an 8 dollar credit on my next purchase as if I would ever send any money to this ableists situation again.

    This place is a ripoff. Got tickets for concert and parking. 1st off paid 533. For tickets thinking I had good tickets. Nope the tickets sold elsewhere for 93. Then paid 73 for parking and couldn’t scan parking pass in. So had to pay another 25. This is a scam. Please learn from my experience. No! No! No!

    Ticket-center.com clearly paid for a top position on the search engine, because both me and my sister went to purchase tickets for the same show and ended up buying them from this company thinking it was the event website. When we learned that we had paid four times the face value, it was nearly impossible to get a refund. My sister was able to get the refund, but I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. Very shady business.

    What a disgusting scam of a company. It openly promotes predatory practices when selling tickets, I was redirected from the actual venue website to this sitesaying there is a limited number available and then charges three to times to five times the cost plus hidden fees. It also says that you can get a refund when purchasing the tickets and adding them to your cart and then switches the language on you after you purchase to say you can’t.

    The tickets that I selected were not the tickets that were sent to me in the confirmation email. I called the next day to get a refund they said they couldn't refund me. I am calling my credit card company now to try and cancel the order. They need to ban their web site from the internet.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered tickets three days in advance. These tickets had to be printed. Did not receive the tickets until two hours before the concert and didn’t have anywhere to print the tickets. Had many chats with people on this site with no resolution. Had to purchase more tickets from a reputable site. If there are any good reviews made, they’re made from the site themselves.

    I ordered tickets on August 11th for a concert event on November 7th and did not get the tickets delivered to me after a week which made me suspicious. After looking into this company, I realized that they upsold the tickets at twice the price of the box office and had misleading information about the demand on the tickets when compared with the actual box office seats available. When I messaged the online chat they were extremely unhelpful and refused to issue a refund, when I said I was disputing through my credit card company they tried to barter by offering a 10% future discount or a $50 store credit which is abysmal considering the fraudulent means that they took my money. I don’t know how they managed to get to the top search result on Google, but this company is not to be trusted, they are scamming people out of their money. Please ensure you’re on the actual box office website for purchasing event tickets or an otherwise credible ticketing service.

    Do not buy from Tickets-Center.com they are double the cost of the original ticket. I made the mistake of ordering from their website. They said tickets were selling fast and there were not many left so I paid the price. Literally. Tickets-Center.com will not refund you or resell your tickets . Please use reputable ticket sites. Not this one
