    My father gifted my wife and I along with her parents tickets to go see a baseball game and not only were the ticket prices incredibly skyrocket high, the tickets were NOT LEGITIMATE! We are now informing our bank that the seller sold fraudulent tickets to us and we are out nearly $700 dollars!! It's absolutely insane to think that a Birthday Present could go this far wrong - but here we are. When you call them they say the best option is text support. There is no person answering the phone. I don't think one LEGIT person has ever received tickets from these people. I hope they get shut down. Disgusting company - disgusting practice - disgusting all around. Shame on THEM!

    They are a SCAM DO NOT USE THEM!!! They sold tickets to me in April 2025 for a show 9/11/2025 in Vegas that was CANCELLED and they were notified by Mandalay Bay May 30th of the cancellation.... I have been trying to get my money back and they will not verify with Mandalay Bay when it clearly shows on their site of the cancellation.... they are AWFUL and you can only live chat which they give you the RUN AROUND BEWARE!!!!!

    Scam pretending to be a real box office website. They pay top dollar to be the first google listing and appear to be the real box office. On mobile you can't even tell the difference. With their website design it is not clear that they are a scalper site, and you don't know what you're getting until you've already purchased. No seat numbers, no real tickets, not a real business. Avoid at all costs.

    Do not buy from this site. I purchased tickets and what I was charged was different from what I thought I was buying. Additional fees, etc. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my tickets. Tried talking to someone but the website is a scam. Check out BBB - they are not recommended or registered. Search sicket center reviews on google and you will get it all. - Canadian government - shut this business down.

    For a September 11 concert in Cleveland.
    $533.50.

    Confirmation states “Tickets available by
    Wen September 10 2025.
    Tickets never sent!!!!!!

    No stars! At first we thought we were on the legitimate website. It fooled us into believing that there were almost no tickets left. It posted that 350 tickets had been sold in the last 45 minutes.
    We were fools to believe it, but we are old (80s) and were tired at the time. Stupid!
    Today I contacted the correct ticket office and got our tickets (almost same seats) for $130 as opposed to $548.55! Tickets Center is refusing to refund our money even though I tried to cancel less than 24 hours after the transaction! Girrrrrr!

    I want to report deceptive parking space practice by Ticket=Center.com. I recently purchased baseball game tickets from them and this was fine. They asked if I wanted parking at the venue and when I purchased the $40 parking I later discovered it was 10 blocks away at a hotel and entirely inappropriate. I contacted ticket-center to complain and they refused to make a refund. Do not use this site. They practice deceptive methods to see you parking you can't use-

    Do NOT buy tickets from this site! You won’t get them and if you do it won’t be until the day of your event. Customer service is the worst! Buyer beware, you will lose your money and you won’t get your tickets!!!!

    SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! Do not use this site!!! We ended up paying 3x the regular ticket price and the parking pass, well we payed something like $41 for a pass we could not even use. BTW, the lot was $5 cash only. Awful

    DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam! They have somehow manipulated the search engine to appear as vendor’s primary ticket seller however they are charging almost triple the actual cost from the vendors while the vendor still had ample supply of tickets. Also they have fake customer service. They are unreachable and claim the information I entered is inaccurate even though it’s the same information they used to contact me. If I could leave zero stars I would.
