Order placed 5/10 for delivery between 5/10 & 5/11 for Mother's Day during a time of grief. Received an email stating it was delivered. 2 days later on 5/12 still no delivery! Contact the company only to be told they are going to 'offer' me a 20% refund! A 20% refund on an approx $90 item? If i include shipping it's closer to $100! Refunding $16.29 on an almost $100 purchase for a product that was NEVER received is distasteful and disrespectful!! A FULL REFUND should be sent.Business Response

This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM! I have been waiting on a delivery since last Wednesday and every day have been promised it would get delivered. It still hasn’t. When I have called or chatted in they tell me the same spiel about trying to get ahold of their florist and then hours later tell me that the flowers will not be delivered. It’s absurd. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: it has been longer than 3 days than I requested the refund and my bank has not received anything from this company in regard to a reversal or a refund. I have contacted them three times about it and nothing.
I have spoken to several supervisors and set up a “Complimentary” delivery of flowers, however the delivery of those flowers is what I have an issue with. I was promised they would be delivered Friday before 12pm, they weren’t. Any time I chatted in or called i was given the same spiel about no one knowing anything and my request has been made to the florist. Then I was told “we guarantee they will be delivered on your promised day” after no delivery was made by 2pm I called again and was told oh they can’t deliver today, can we try for Monday before 12pm? Same situation happened Monday. Then I randomly get an email at 2:15 saying they had been delivered. The recipient didn’t receive them, or a phone call or anything. She works at a school, and from the picture of the delivery it looks like the flowers were left on a random table somewhere. But she didn’t receive them.This has just been an absolutely awful experience. And honestly nothing that anyone says or does to “remedy” this experience is going to work. I will just never use this company ever again and make sure everyone knows what my experience was like.

I ordered from this company because they said that same-day delivery was available. This was extremely important to me for the flowers to get there today! I entered in the zip code where I wanted the flowers delivered, and there were only a select few arrangements available. I ordered one that was available and paid extra for same-day shipping. I got an email 4 hours late, well after the window when I would have been able to order something elsewhere, saying that these flowers were, in fact, not available, and I could instead send something via *** to get there some other day. I called to see if something could be done, and the attitude was basically, "too bad." ... (deleting rest for character count)

This is not at all honest. They sent me an email and offered me a bouquet as they messed up so badly along with refund. I responded immediately with an address for them to send it to. No response from them. Next day I tried again, no response. Today I got an entirely different response, but then they said they wanted to call. I gave a #. There has been no call. Now I just got another email unrelated to the earlier one. Still haven't received my refund. They spam me several times a day with other offers, and have never responded directly to emails that I sent in response to them. This company is a mess. I want a refund, and I want a credit worth a bouquet that I can order so I don't have to charge anything else.Business Response

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I've used From You Flowers in the past and hadn't had any issues until now, Mother's Day. I paid a premium for a very special bouquet for my mother. I even paid the extra delivery fee in order for her to receive them the Friday before Mother's Day. She was delivered her bouquet two days early (so why did I pay the extra delivery fee???) AND they weren't even the flowers I ordered! They weren't even the same color! They looked like an 8 year child put them together with grocery store flowers and used a ton of green filler that buried the flowers. I was assured that my flowers were still with the florist and my bouquet would be delivered. Then I received an email saying my flowers were delivered and gave the correct date - May 9. This email came on May 8. Oh? You can deliver in the future now? Called again and after escalating my issue to a manager I was assured that we would get the correct flowers on Friday. We did not. Saturday now and I was basically told that I'm out of luck and if I wanted flowers they would have to wait until the 15th. I was offered a measly 30% back, and not even the extra fee I paid for a certain day delivery. I will never use this company again.
For the record, My amount that I am disputing for is the remainder of the flowers (not the 30% I already received) plus delivery and the extra delivery fee for a day close to Mother's Day.Customer Answer

Purchased Mother’s Day flowers with a delivery Scheduled (and paid extra for) to be delivered Friday 5/9. Never arrived. Called today and couldn’t understand much of what was said (very heavy accent). Guy just said not to worry he’ll call me back today. Never got a call. I purchased flowers for my wife for mother's day on 5/7/25 for delivery on 5/9/25 to her place of employment which is a hospital. I recieve an email at 2:30pm stating that there was nobody there and the flowers were not delivered. My first call is at 3:15pm and they ensured the delivery would be there by 4:30. My wife shows up home at 5:30pm flowerless. I called for a second time and they change the delivery address to my home address and ensure delivery by 6pm. Well.. 6:30 comes and no flowers. I called for a third time and endnup speaking to a supervisor and says the delivery will be to my home address either 5/10 or 5/11 depending on the florist. My wife recieves a call at 5:43 the delivery driver is at the hospital delivering the flowers. I tell them I spoke to a supervisor on 5/9 and he said he changed the delivery address to my home. Which sounds like lack of communication between them and the florist. I call again for a 4th time and they stated they will have the flowers delivered ASAP to my home address. Here i am at 6:30pm flowerless, 4 calls with nothing to show. This business needs help and needs to learn how to communicate, I will not longer order ANYTHING thru them and will make sure others know their lack of customer service, communication.Customer Answer

I placed an order with you flowers on Friday May 9th, money was taken immediately from my bank account. I received an email this morning informing me my floral arrangement had been delivered but I hadn't heard from the receiver so I call my mother and she informed me she never received a floral arrangement. I called You Flowers who offered me no recourse. He couldn't tell me what florist delivered the bouquet, no notes of who accepted it or if a human even accepted it, he offered me a 20 percent discount on another order. I filed a dispute with my bank and im filing a BBB complaint because this is absolutely insane to me that they don't have to offer some sort of info on who they delivered the flowers to. Flowers weren't ever delivered, not to who they were intended for and I know that much.Business Response

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my 91 yr old mom in a nursing home for Mother’s Day. I ordered 5 days prior in order to assure delivery by Mother’s Day. Delivery was guaranteed may 9th.
Flowers were not delivered. I called and was assured they would be delivered may 10 and would be upgraded for my inconvenience. May 10th arrived and no flowers. I called asking for ETA for delivery. Placed on hold for an hour and never got back to me. I contacted by chat and again received no resolution.

I am satisfied with that resolution and just hope they actually follow through as that was the problem in first place.

So, me, my sister and my brothers all chipped in to buy flowers for our mother. We made the arrangements a whole week prior to Mother's day and the flowers were to deliver the day before so there wouldn't be issues.
My sister ******** ***** ordered the flowers through this company. And we didn't think much there would be issues if we made the arrangements deliver the day prior to Mother's day. Then the day came yesterday and dead flowers were delivered to my mother. So, they made pathetic excuses that they have no control of the delivery or who provides the flowers and only gave us back $13.90. They haven't even tried to just send us new flowers.
Who sends dead flowers in the first place? I am completely infuriated by their practices. They better see this complaint and send my sister the WHOLE REFUND.
I am a new mom who just lost her job this month and I don't have the expendable money for DEAD FLOWERS. I just wanted to give my mother flowers with my siblings.Business Response

I ordered flowers to be delivered, paid extra for expedited delivery. As of 5/10/2025 the company says they were delivered. The recipient informs me after a thorough search, they are not able to locate the flowers. They were a mothers day gift. Upon contacting the company through an online chat, they were unwilling to contact the shipper to discover who signed for the delivery, and refused to reorder the flowers to meet the deadline.
