      On October 12 I ordered a funeral spray for my father’s funeral to be delivered on October 16 before 3:00 p.m. On October 16 at 9:32 a.m. I received an email stating that a similar floral display was substituted due to time constraints. At 11:57 a.m. on October 16, just 3 hours before the scheduled delivery for his funeral, I got a call from From You Flowers stating that there was no florist who could complete my order. With 4 days of advance notice, calling 3 hours before a funeral to cancel a delivery is simply unacceptable. I received a refund but based on the company’s handling of this order, it is clear that they do not understand the emotional and financial impact of failing to deliver a floral arrangement to a funeral. I was unable to get a local florist because of the late notice and had to spend more than the cost of the ordered item to create a last minute arrangement myself with a house full of people just hours before the funeral.

      On 10/10/22 I placed an order #********* for 3 dozen long stem premium red roses, i paid $203.04 . The recipient received totally different low quality flower arrangement orange, yellow and red and not even 3 dozen it was 2 dozen. I tried having this issue fixed and the the only thing they provided me with was a 20% discount , which i wanted them to fix this and deliver what i actually ordered or refund my money. They refused and said that it states on their site if the flowers are not available they will do their best to deliver something similar . To me they didn't even try. They didn't even deliver the correct amount and very low quality flowers horrible. I feel like i just got robbed , paid all that money and got something that was worth not even a quarter of what i paid. Included are pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered.

      I placed an order for flowers and candy to be delivered to my daughter after surgery ($101.00). Flowers were delivered but no candy. I called and was told they could not/ would not deliver the candy. When I insisted it was satisfaction guaranteed they said they would give me $10. When I said no they kept increasing the refund and stopped at $25. I am not satisfied and wanted the candy delivered. I feel I should have satisfaction on an order of $100!

      I used this company because they advertise same day delivery. Their potties were also lower than some other businesses. I paid extra to make sure it was delivered same day. The order was placed early morning. Late in the afternoon I began getting emails from them saying the address could not be found and the telephone number I gave for the recipient was not working. I checked to make sure I didn't type any of it incorrectly, but NO I typed it all accurately. That address can be very easily found in any map!!!!!!!! It's a super easy place to find. I had already both received and placed calls with the number I gave them with no issues at all. The emails they sent me didn't give a phone number. I had to go to the ensure to even get a number. They told me they had all the correct information and the product would be delivered that day. At this point it was 4:00 in the afternoon and they would only be open for one more hour. They said they were still looking for a florist in the area to provide the delivery. There are dozens in dozens of florists in ******** **.
      The product was NOT delivered as promised!!!!!! It's still not delivered.
      I believe this company is a scammer and my money is lost forever! They should be put it off business. Fraudulent information about same day deliveries. Lies saying there is no problem with the order and it would be delivered on time. People need to be aware of this scam company.
