      On 11/11/22 I ordered flowers (*********) for my mother's birthday to be delivered 11/17/22. They were not delivered. I called customer service on 11/18/22 and was given a 10% discount and the flowers would be delivered that day. The flowers were never delivered. On 11/21/22 I called customer service again and was offered a 20% discount and the flowers would be delivered that day. I insisted on a full refund. I am waiting to see if that occurs. This was a special birthday and the lack of follow through on their part belies all their advertising. I will NEVER use their services again.

      On Nov. 17, I ordered online (order no. *********) "Same-Day" sympathy flowers for my dearest friends whose young daughter died of cancer. I paid $88.83 online with my **** credit card. I received confirmation of the order, and of a same day delivery. I followed up with their customer service (first chatbot, then real person somewhere on the planet, then numerous e-mails and phone conversations). First they could not confirm the order status and said they would e-mail the status to me. I called them again, and I was told they were still checking into it. I explained why it 'Must Be Delivered The Same Day" as I was just informed by my friends, the parents, of the death of their daughter! So now, numerous emails and phone calls later, they informed me on the phone "They didn't have an affiliate in that zip code". Why did their website accept my order for same day delivery? Now they offered to have the order delivered on Monday, November 21 (5 days after the order and my conversation with my friends). I angrily cancelled the order.

      This business model is absolutely unacceptable! A Same Day delivery order costs more and should mean "SAME DAY" delivery. This is fraud and must be stopped. Oh, and they sent me an email that was actually for a different customer (Amit Mi****), apologizing for any inconvenience of their order not being delivered as ordered. Today (11/19/2022) I placed a Same Day order with Pro-Flowers. I then called them and they confirmed it will absolutely be delivered today. The new order cost me $137.61 for a lesser arrangement. That is $48.78 more than the original order with From You Flowers, which they should have to pay to me as a penalty/remediation fee, along with an apology card in the mail, not their boilerplate "sorry for the inconvenience" email!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  The resolution is satisfactory but the company should make reasonable modifications to its business model, and website order section so this doesn't happen to other customers.  I will never use them again, ever!  Furthermore, they must stop calling me, and e-mailing me.  I have absolutely no interest in hearing anything they have to say; I don't want any additional discounts for future orders; and I don't want my friends whose daughter died (the recipient) to be bothered by them, they are in serious mourning and must be left alone!  Finally, if any charges appear on my credit card statement over any of this, I reserve the right to pursue all other legal and equitable remedies.

      I ordered flowers for my nieces funeral 3 days before the service with it being dated to arrive the day before on nov 10 th , the flowers never got delivered the funeral was on the 11th at 1 pm still no flowers, very unprofessional, refuse to guarantee after they missed the first date to deliver could not guarantee they would arrive before the funeral, after taking 164$ from me

      Awful experience, I rely on them for a very special occasion, took all the possible care to ensure that the flowers get delivered in time, and by the time they offer an appetize. Not only they didn’t deliver the arrangement, but also, they keep me waiting for over 27 hours. Making me hostage of the situation. We exchange 40 emails, and 10 phone calls.
      They didn’t deliver on the chosen date, they didn’t want to refund the money. And they NEVER offer any sort of compensation ( a courtesy arrangement, a flower additional, nothing) for the TERRIBLE experience they put me through

      The promoted and hired service was neglected, and I was held hostage of a situation that didn’t allowed me to take different a choice and by that. The damage caused because you did not cancel nor advice me that you will not fulfill the service is irreversible. 
      I do not seek for financial compensation, I do not seek for financial compensation, but indo care about another person getting scammed or tricked by companies like yours.

      Ordered 24 dozen roses premium with candy to be delivered 10/28/22. No confirmation or email. Was charged $95.27 which was correct and included delivery. Product was delivered on time. No candy, and only 5 roses, 6 carnations and a field of fake green fillers that covered the vase. Missing 19 roses and the product delivered looks nothing like the picture. Was offered 30% refund which doesn't even cover the cost of what i lost. I feel this company is a scam and from many other reviews I can see that this happens often. The card also looks like a 5 year old wrote it

      Its dificult to trust a business's credibility when everyone you are in contact with is nowhere local or speaks very good english. Everyone is impossible to understand yet still profesional which i do have to give credit. I inquired about which floristry they were planning on using in my area. Theu could not give out that information due to it violating the company policy. I think they sgouod most certainly be able to give out that information due to the lack of validity of a completly obscure, online business. Seems too shady and really hard to trust a non brick and mortar business when nobody speaks english or is even local to the continent.

      We have checked our system using the customer's name, email, and phone number and we have found no orders for him going back for 60 days. If the customer can provide the order number about which he is speaking we would be happy to help him. We do not give out our florist information due to the contracts we hold with them. This is only done if the florist gives us permission, such as if the customer wants to pick up his arrangement. We would not know what florist the order would be going to, since it is done automatically by the computer based on the zip code of the recipient.  We have removed the customers email that was provided, from any email list we have that he may be on, per his request, which can take a few days to clear.       We ordered flowers for my sisters 50th birthday. 98.66 was the cost. The above is the tracking I had to look up after work at 5:30pm. I called the company talked to someone named anthony who you could barely hear due to the LOUD and obnoxious background noise. He was extremely unhelpful didn’t seem to care at all asked what I wanted him to do. Um refund my money? He proceeded to say I would be refunded 30%. What?!!! No I want all my money back how is this my fault? If I don’t see all my money back in three business days I will escalate this. That will teach me not to read reviews.

      I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral and they were to arrive Friday the 21st of October 2022, I purchased the flowers through their online website, it had said thank you for ordering and gave me an order number… I tried to look it up the following morning just to check on the status of my order and they had acted like i had never ordered anything even though they definitely took my money, after being hung up on two or three times I finally got ahold of an actual person who said he’d refund my money within 1-3 days but I feel like that’s not going to happen either, needless to say I had to order through an entirely different place and I called to make sure this place had gotten my order and told them about my experience and the guy laughed and said they call them **** *** flowers.. I’m guessing this is a scam company but that’s why I contacted you
