On 9/16/25 I placed an order for item #********. I paid extra for same day delivery and expedited shipping. The arrangement delivered late and is very small and looks half dead...very poor presentation. Even the recipient stated that the arrangment looked half dead and she NEVER complains! The arrangment was small, dead, and ugly. I want a refund or a replacment. I will not be ordering from this company again. They were very unhelpful in rectifying this situation. I have ordered from this company for several months and this will be my last order. I cannot trust that they will keep their promises and I cannot trust in the quality of their product quality. If this is handled appropriatly, I wll reconsider my ongoing orders. By the way, I placed 3 orders with them on the same day. I will be checking with the other recipients to find out what their deliveries looked like.Business Response

I placed an order for Flowers on 9/12/25, and they were supposed to be delivered the same day, and they were not. When I contacted the company, they stated there was a problem, and they could deliver them the next day, and refund $18.06 due to missing original delivery date. I agreed and requested the flowers to be delivered on 9/15/25. I called on Monday to make sure the flowers would be delivered, and they stated, they would have to deliver it the next day. I told them they didn't honor there contract, and I want a refund. They tried to send me a gift card, and I told them I want my money, because I will never use their service. I think this is a scam to get peoples money, and not deliver, then try to send a Gift card. This business is a Scam, and needs to be Closed.Business Response

On Aug 19th I ordered the premium Brimming with Joy Bouquet from this website which was to include: • Yellow Roses • Orange Lilies • Red Alstroemeria • Green Buttom Poms • Purple Monte Casino What was delivered did not have a single yellow rose and was NOT the premium version of this bouquet, it appears to be the deluxe version which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered and paid for. I have tried to contact this company through email twice with zero response. I also paid for expedited delivery which was an extra charge because they claimed it would be delivered by noon(I did this so my girlfriend could have and enjoy them at lunch). The flowers were not delivered until 1:16 in the afternoon. I feel this company performed a bait and switch on both the bouquet and delivery service. With zero response from company I am demanding a refund in full.Business Response

The company's supervisor lied to me when they "confirmed" that a funeral delivery had been delivered at 5:29pm to the funeral home. At the time, I was standing in front of the parlor and NO delivery was made, althought the rep on the phone insisted that it had been. They even sent me an email saying it had been delivered. Mind you-- this was 5 hours, after the order had been scheduled to be delivered. Bottom line-- it never was delivered and they lied to me.
They did provide a refund-- but, small consolation and that was ONLY after I caught them in a lie and after hours and hours of phone calls. Then, I asked them to at least get flowers to the church the next day. They refused to do so, but, instead sent flowers after the fact to the decedents's home. Incredibly tacky and insensitive. Overall, a 3 day ordeal of hours of phone calls, "rest assured" "no worries" statements, only to result in me having to call a local florist to spend $130 on a delivery that I knew would get to the church. Terrible, terrible company-- I've never been treated so badly by a business. Oh-- and I asked for photo proof that the 2nd delivery to the decedent's home would at least arrive... they first said they would and then didn't... 1 more day of calling and insisting to at least get that. They have no regard for a sensitive situation and no control of how their "contracted" local florist do business. Just a complete disaster of a company.Business Response

I ****** ******** made a purchase with LLC from you flowers on 08/14/2025 and was told that it would be delivered by 08/15/2025 but it was never received. I contacted customer service and they were very rude. I asked to speak with the supervisor and the employee refused to get a supervisor and proceeded to hang up the phone.Business Response

I ordered flowers online for a funeral. Flower shop said they were delivered. I verified with several family members that the flowers were never delivered. I contacted customer service and they offered to deliver the funeral arrangement to the families home. The family isn't interested in a funeral arrangement after the funeral. Customer service refused to offer a refund and failed to deliver the service I paid for.Business Response

I ordered sunflower bouquet to be delivered on August 6 and it was not received until the next day and I wanted sunflowers and the arraignment was not even close, I read and understand the substitution policy, but this was not even close. If it had 1 sunflower I didn't see it.Business Response

I went online to order flowers. I have my baby sister funeral coming up. I went to this website fromyouflowers. I put in an order for 5 different bouquets and standing sprays. They took my information and I applied my bank account information just to find out they do all charges separately. When that happened my bank stopped the order as if it was fraud. So granted my card locked and now the charges are stuck in pending for the next 24 to 48 hours. I called customer care for them to tell me that’s not their issue I have to take it up with my bank. I ask her how come it let me put these items in my cart just for it to make separate charges. She was very rude and because the language barrier I could barely understand what she was saying and she probably could barely understand me. This is a company that deals with people in grief and loss I think they need to do better. The whole experience was just frustrating. After explaining that my money is taken by the company and now has to wait 48 hours to access it her only advice was to order the flowers online right then and there. I told her the money for the flowers is in pending status she said I have to take that with my bank no apology no nothingBusiness Response

I purchased an order on 7/31/25 and paid extra for same day delivery. Never delivered. After numerous contacts via email, chat, phone, I was told delivery would be the next day and said they would refund the same day delivery charge. 8/1/25 still no delivery yet they send a email on 8/1/25 saying it was delivered. THAT WAS A LIE! I contacted my bank for refund. I then try again with them again 8/1/25( hoping for better results) I reorder and same thing again...NO DELIVERY.
