Ordered flowers for a funeral and they were never delivered. I have been on with customer service reps all day and they just lie about everything. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.Business response

A supervisor has spoken with the customer when they first brought this to our attention. We refunded the customer in full and offered them a complimentary delivery which the customer declined. We have obtained proof of delivery from the florist when it was delivered yesterday to the office. We are emailing the customer the photos for delivery as well. I am rejecting this response because: I notified customer service that the deadline was 12 noon on Sunday April 14th. They assured me on Saturday April 13th that this would be completed. This was not and the flowers were not delivered.

I ordered flowers from this company on 4/9/2024. I was told they would be delivered by 6 pm on the same day. I contacted customer service 2 times about this. I never heard back from them except for a generic email when I voiced my concerns. I get an email back around 9 pm on the 9th saying they were delivered. The recipient never got the flowers! So not only was the 'delivery' late there was actually no delivery as the person never even got the flowers. When I contacted customer service I kept getting generic answers saying they had to contact their 'florist' but I never heard back anything.Business response

The customer was given a full refund, which can take up to 3 business days to appear on their account depending on the credit card processor. Date of transaction: 4/6/2024 Amount paid: $65.84 Deluxe bouquet of flowers for a Birthday. They are very misleading and unprofessional, they said my order was delivered via email and it was not delivered. I feel scammed by this company, yes they refunded me but now that are trying to keep pushing back delivery dates. They only tried to help me when I reached out via email the gentlemen over the phone said I had to wait to 6pm to see if anything could be done this was after I got a delivered email. I had to question them because they thought cancelling and refunding my order was okay but I still wanted my friend to receive what I ordered for her. Their customer service was far from professional. Tracking # can be found via PNG They sponsored their website on ****** and were advertising for same day and next day delivery.Business response

I placed an order to have flowers delivered for a wedding on the actual wedding day. I received a notification that they were delivered. However, the recipient never received them. I contacted the customer service phone number ###-###-#### and someone answered with just “hello” when I was connected to an agent. Finally, I requested the name of the local shop who supposedly delivered the flowers. They said they could not tell me but would offer me a 30% refund and re-deliver. While on the phone, I go to check their reviews on ****** and everyone has had similar or worse experiences! They offered a 60% refund and would re-deliver! However, the date has passed and I paid EXTRA to have the flowers delivered on a special day. Also, the “representative” was not very professional and almost sounded like a child! I ordered a Deluxe floral arrangement on 2/23/24 - order # ********* for the total amount of $78.15. The description of this arrangement states that it includes Hot Pink Roses and Orange spray roses ( among other filler flowers). There was not a single rose of any color in the arrangement that was received, it only included the filler flowers. The size of the arrangement also only resembled the basic regular size ( notably even smaller due to no roses)Business response

I ordered for next day deliver a bouquet of flowers from from you flowers.com it stated online that they were to be delivered today March 29th by noon, they weren’t and I was refunded the expedited fee. Then I was told they would be delivered by 6 pm I called multiple times and chatted because no information was given regarding time and if they would even be delivered. At around 5:30 I called again because the time frame they claim that all deliveries will be delivered by was clearly not going to happen. As soon as I hung up after being assured that they would be delivered I got an email stating they had been delivered which I thought was odd . They couldn’t even tell me the name of the local florist providing the bouquet . The recipient didn’t receive the flowers after stating they were delivered and I called once more where they offered to upgrade and deliver again but said they couldn’t give me a date as to when. No offer to a full refund which I think should’ve been granted after so many mishaps . They shouldn’t be stating times for delivery if they can’t honor that. I feel like I’ve been scammed.Business response

When I purchased the bouquet online it said the delivery would be done in four hours. We have passed the four hour mark still no delivery. I contacted customer service. They said that they would reach out to a local florist and get back with me with details. I explained to the customer service department that what good does it do to deliver flowers to a business is close now those flowers will sit out on the porch all night long, they said well you need to pay extra for expedited service, but it clearly said the window of delivery was four hours. It was a local delivery. Customer service was no help at all. If you run across this website on your ****** search run do not waste money a bouquet that cost $35 to begin with ended up being $80 for flowers that sat on the porch of an empty business. Worst customer service ever.Business response

We have tried contacting the customer, we have left several voicemails and sent emails. We did explain that the 4 hour delivery is an added feature with the expedite fee of $4.99. The customer did not choose this feature, meaning delivery would be in our normal time frame of 9am to 5pm for a business. The customer did not request a specific delivery time. The customer chose the mid size (deluxe) for $49.99, after his discount was applied, which is bigger than the regular size. It is not double the price. The customer ordered chocolates for $10.00 as well. The only other fees on this order are the same day delivery fee of $2.99, our service and handling charge of $14.99 which is included on every order, and the sales tax for the area that it is being delivered to, the total for this order was $73.58. I ordered flowers today 3/22/24 to be delivered to my sister for her last day of work. I emailed the company this morning when I placed the order stating if they could be delivered before 430 instead of 5pm as guaranteed for business I would appreciate it. It is the end of the business day and the flowers have not yet been delivered and the occasion has been missed completely. I want a refund. I wish I would have read all the horrible reviewed before I placed this order.Business response
