      This is the worst place to order flowers, they always cancel the order saying they could not verify the band. Hell the credit card is an ******** ******** they never call them either because I have asked. They have the worst customer service the flowers get their messed up when they are delivered. Worst company beside their sister company Send Flowers. Never order from these people they are the worst I have finally learned my lesson after ordering from them 5 times. never again. I'll stick to 1-8--flowers. .

      The issue has been resolved after the customer spoke with a supervisor. A full refund has been processed and should appear in their account within 1-3 working days, depending on their credit card provider. Additionally, we have confirmed that the redelivery was successfully received by the intended recipient on July 31st. If there is anything else we can assist with, please let us know.

      I ordered a dozen balloons and a Teddy Bear for my 3 year old granddaughter who just had eye surgery. I paid for expedited delivery. Instead of getting what I ordered, the order was delivered very late, not expedited, and there was only 4 balloons that were barely inflated. It was obvious that the order had ridden in a hot vehicle all day and the dead balloons had been cut off. When I called the company, they only refunded $5.41 out of the $113.75 that I paid.

      I will be honest, I had two very bad deliveries. One was never going to be delivered until I called and another said it was when it wasn’t delivered.
      However, customer service goes a long way. I swore I would never use this company again, but they responded back and made their wrong, right, and that is why they get 5 stars from me.
      Things happen, but owning up to the mistake and fixing it shows how good of a business they are.
      I will be a returning customer now.

      I got 2 dozen tulips for our 65 th anniversary and they never opened up. Very disappointed and no offer to replace them was ever offered. Very costly and very sad. They said they gave me a $15.00 credit, however, I haven’t checked that and it wasn’t adequate.

      Do not order peonies. They sent out ones that were in such tight buds that they would never open (and they did not). They were more dead than alive and just dried up. They tried to resend the order, but it was worse than the first one. Eventually refunded the entire purchase price. Had to send them pictures of dead flowers and write them about three or four times. A lot of time and effort went into getting refund.
      I have ordered other flowers in the past and did not have any issues. However, due to last experience am a bit hesitant to try again.
