      I orded flowers for a sick choir member and paid for the express delivery so the flowers would be there at the hospital for him to enjoy on a Thursday night.. They promised next day delivery. Friday came and nothing. Then Saturaday, and Sunday. Still nothing. I contacted them and asked what was happening and they refunded the delivery fee and promised the flowers would be there on Monday morning. Well, Monday came and went, nothing was delivered. I contacted them again Tuesday, and they said they didn't know what was happening but that they would add a credit to thier website for half the money so I could reorder. Ummmm what? No!! Today I demanded a full refund to my account or I would be reporting them. They said they would refund the whole order so we will see if it goes through to my account.
      Do NOT order through them. It isn't worth it. Oh and guess what, I ordered some new flowers from another site today, and they were already delivered!! That's how you do business.

      I've never used this company before. I used them for a funeral, when I got to the funeral home, I had the cheapest, chinsiest flowers in the room. So embarrassed  It looked like someone stopped on the side of the road cut some flowers, and put them in a mason jar.

      I ordered FUNERAL flowers and I asked for expedited service to be deliver at 8am. I called a few days before to make sure they will expedite the delivery and the flowers be delivered on time. The customer service rep wasn’t pleasant at all and made it very clear the flowers may be delivered after the time. I did remind him it is for a funeral he said they would be there on time.
      The service started at 11am and the flowers DID NOT arrive on time, the flowers were delivered at 2:10pm way after the service. I would never use this flower service ever again especially for funerals and weddings when the flowers have to be delivered on time. The service and customer service reps are very unprofessional and they do not care in the time of having the flowers delivered on time. I would never recommend this service and I’m writing this review to let ppl know and beware your flowers will not be delivered on time.

      I ordered a dozen roses from this website for mom 89 years old .Never ordered from them before . Come to find out my mom got 6 roses and a carnation nothing to what I ordered.I sent email letting them know never ordering from them again and I am reporting them to better business bureau.Right away supervisor sent me a discounted back on my card .People do not order ever from these guys there joke.

      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT USE FROMYOUFLOWERS
      If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a $200 standing spray for a dear friend’s funeral service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home before the service. I checked on the order multiple times—three times Friday, four times today—and each time I was assured the flowers would arrive on time.
      At 6:15 pm tonight, less than 24 hours before the funeral, I was told the florist never delivered them. To make matters worse, I was informed the florist is closed on Sundays and the “best they could do” is deliver to my friend’s home on TUESDAY. A standing spray meant for a funeral home is completely inappropriate for home delivery.
      This is beyond unacceptable. Not only did they take my money and fail to deliver, but they also caused additional stress during a time of grief. A funeral is a one-time event—you cannot just “deliver later.” Their false assurances, lack of accountability, and inability to resolve the situation are appalling.
      FromYouFlowers is unreliable, unprofessional, and downright heartless. If you are considering ordering flowers for an important life event, especially something as sacred as a funeral, look elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted with life’s most meaningful moments.

      I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered after a funeral and paid all the extra fees to ensure same-day delivery by a specific time. Unfortunately, the flowers not only did not arrive by the promised deadline but they never even arrived that day. I had to reach out myself to find out they wouldn’t be delivered as promised. They didn’t arrive until the middle of the following day.
      I was told I would be receiving two refunds, but I never received anything. Later, I was told the issue was due to my card being reported as lost or stolen—which it was not. After several emails, I was then told I would receive store credit instead. That was not what I asked for—I simply wanted a refund for a service that was not provided.
      When I called, I was repeatedly placed on hold and asked the same questions. Even after reading their emails back to them, I was told the refund had already been issued. The amount kept changing—from the full amount, to just a few dollars, then to “a little more.”
      Eventually, I gave up and sent one final follow-up email, only to be told again that my card was lost or stolen. This company should be ashamed. They are meant to offer support and compassion during sensitive times, and instead they added unnecessary frustration. The last thing anyone needs during a time of grief is to feel scammed.

      Extremely Disappointed – False Advertising and Poor Quality

      I am extremely disappointed with this company. Yesterday, I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. Their website clearly states “Same-Day Delivery Guaranteed,” and I even paid extra for this service. The delivery did not happen yesterday. I assumed they would at least deliver first thing this morning, but the flowers didn’t arrive until 4:30 p.m. today.

      Not only was the delivery late, but the floral arrangement was truly disappointing. It looked nothing like what I paid for and nothing like the photos advertised. The quality was far below expectations — completely unacceptable.

      This is false advertising, poor service, and a complete lack of value for money. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

      This is the worst place to order flowers, they always cancel the order saying they could not verify the band. Hell the credit card is an ******** ******** they never call them either because I have asked. They have the worst customer service the flowers get their messed up when they are delivered. Worst company beside their sister company Send Flowers. Never order from these people they are the worst I have finally learned my lesson after ordering from them 5 times. never again. I'll stick to 1-8--flowers. .

A full refund has been processed and should appear in their account within 1-3 working days, depending on their credit card provider.
