      Charged me a warranty, failed to repair my equipment for more than 5 mos. I quit paying the bill so then they start calling asking why. But tell me there are no repair techs in my area. Now they want to turn me over to collection unless I sign another contract. They are a fraud and a scam and they do not stand behind their equipment nor uphold their end of the contract. DO NOT SIGN WITH SAFE HOME SECURITY.

      I agree with ALL the comments below. This company is a fraud. I have been trying to cancel my service (my contract ended on 9/30/2024) since July 2024. I contacted this company 4 times, before 9/30 by phone and in writing and each time I was told something different. First time they said "I'll make a note". Second time they said "OK". Third time I was told to go to their website and put the cancellation request in writing (which I did). Fourth time they found no record of my request and that I should email them a copy of my written request and then promised they would cancel my service as request. Still has not happened and I have not received any word from them. On October 16th they deducted another payment from my account. Do not due business with this company. They should loose their license to do business in this State and every other State in the nation. If I had the option I would give this company zero stars.

      This company is a fraud, they have called me from multiple numbers and I have told them that I want to cancel and they hang up on me, one time they told me that my cancellation was in process and that they would send me an email with the information to return the security device and they never sent me the email and it turned out that it is not canceled, I am still receiving bills. I do not know how I can cancel it, they refuse to cancel the contract.

      Canceled the service a couple months in contract and they told me I had to have it for 3yrs which was ok but I canceled it and I'm still being charged a Whopping total of $5,192.61 cents do not get there service it's a ripoff to me try to find an attorney who can help.

      This is the most unorganized security company i have ever dealt with for my home security system. I have issues with security system since last year and they refused to fixed it.I ask them to cancel my contract, but they refused to do so. I filed a complaint at the Atty. general office and I was told to take them to court.

      Safe Home Security's entire business model is built on fraud. It is sad that only two states have successfully sued them so far for the way they mislead consumers and defraud Americans. Hopefully more states will follow suit.
      Do not do any business with this company.

      I also received a phone call from someone acting like my alarm company. Saying we were entiled to a free upgrade on our panel and a new camera.
      July 7th this person came to our home and misrepresented your company. Saying that your company was taking over for *** but after we signed (Haven't seen it yet) a contract
      he told us that you were really not taking over for ***. Still till this date we have not yet
      recieved a copy of contract. We started having issues almost within one month of the installation,
      We have called numerous times to have someone come out and fix the problems. They have no techs in the area for over a month. What is the sense of having an alarm system that does not work. They were supposed to come out yesterday and they called and said the tech's car blew up. When I called in and emailed a complaint finally someone from corporate called me back and said what we have been though is terrible. But we were scammed by a 3rd party
      company who is representign your company. Seriously you would not be concerned that there is someone out there not representing your company in the best way. I received a phone call back from a young lady who promise to help me. Left me a message. I called her back and she said "I didn't call you" How would I have possible gotten her name and extension number if she didn't leave it for me. Today they called my husband and told him "OH well. Not our problem and we can not cancel the service we just have to keep on paying. Absolute horrible customer service. I don't understand how a company with so many complaints says in business. Anyone who deals with this company is crazy including myself. I would love to get this resolved. But if you have an alarm system that is supposed to be keeping you safe and it doesn't work, what is the sense of having it.

      False contract .agreement. I was not told how long I would have to stay with them .the doorbell works maybe half the month.terrible customer service. I am a senior and was lied to. Please help. Thank you

      THE WORST. We have not had a working alarm in over 4years and they still continually bill us. The last techno that came out had to use MY cell phone and within 24hrs of this barely functioning human leaving my house, we had no power to the alarm. But the bills still keep coming and they have NOW offered to come back and fix things for 2k. LOL!!!! Do not let these idiots into your home!!!

      This is the most unorganized and lame company I have ever dealt with. 1) their representative blatantly lied to me that my then nationally recognized alarm company was no longer servicing non-business customers. This is NOT true. 2) I signed up with this company for the aforementioned reason and because it was a little less per month. 3) A year into the contract I moved locally. It took 2 months at least for them to finally understand that it was a local move of merely 5 miles so that I should not have to wait a week in between un-install and install. Come to find out they only have one tech for the entire state - poor guy. 4) They continued to bill me for my vacated premise along with sending me bills for my new location. They billed me for 2 months on the old address even after asking REPEATEDLY for them to remove the auto payment. Frankly I cannot wait for my contract to end.
