      I am an existing Boost customer. I went to change my phone number and get a new memory card. I was talked into buying a new phone and they had trouble transferring my data from one to the other. I was told after waiting in the store two hours to go home and it would be on later that evening. I called them and could not get the new phone to work. I later discovered there were TWO SIM cards in the same phone. I had purchased a memory card...or so I thought, then I had to buy a new cube and car charger. After spending $236.19 and fixing the problems myself, I was already enrolled in autopay so I think I got charged twice this month. I never received a receipt and when I called today they could not find me in the system. Yet, I gave them the reference number that is on with my credit card bill. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS NEW PHONE NO LONGER SERVES ME!! Did I mention I still have the same phone number and no memory card????

      After receiving my sim cards I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get my phone activated and number transfered. I was assured that it would be done within ***** hours and that they had put a ticket in to keep eyes on it and they scheduled me for a follow up call the following day. I never heard from them and after 4 days of still not having service with them I called again only to be told they could do the same thing again and push for the port since it was still pending. Mind you all the while I still have a second line that needs to be activated and they intend to charge you 15 days later. I canceled the activation process and was told I will not be charged but I guess we will see.

      They Steal From Their Customers. I bought a phone. Then cancelled the order.They will not refund our money/nor credit our account

      Boost mobile has stolen our money they won't refund our money we bought cell phones and Sim cards and a plan. We have not had service for over 3 weeks Anyone who is thinking of using Boost DON'T DO IT. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I am only giving a star because your app won't let me give zero stars

      After Boost took over I automatically went to Booat. It was fine for a while. For the last few montjs I have used almost all my data before the cycle was complete. I just took off some programs and was fine. This month I received a warning then within 2 days I had no more data left. I had ony used the phone for 2 weeks. I have spent the entire day trying to contact Boost after making the mistake of telling the Chat person "I want to cancel my account". In order to stop Boost I need to cancel my credit card getting a new one in 4 to 7 days. We will go to ******* tomorrow, use our credit card, and a few days later will cancel it and get a new one; It's a good thing I am retired and do not rely on my cell phone for emergencies. ***************

      I signed up and paid on-line for 2 phone lines and set up auto pay for the $25 monthly unlimited plan. I then went to the store to get the phones and paid another $245 which included activation, taxes and 1st month service. After about 27 days, the phone service quit working. I logged on to my account and confirmed the next months payment had been paid, then I went to the Boost store and spent 2 hours for them to say they are having issues with the network and to give it 24 hours to get resolved. After 48 hours, still no service so I went back to the store and after another hour, I was told that I needed to make another payment. I went on-line and paid another $60 in desperation to try to have service!! Still, NO SERVICE. I called customer service and they said that I would need to pay another $54 in addition to the $85 I already paid for the month!! Oh h*** no! So I am into this almost $400 for 27 days of service and they want more money!! I am now trying to get the phones unlocked so I can get service with a new provider. After 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold for a supervisor, a voice came on the line and said "please call again later" UGH!!!!

      Let me tell you about my current experience with boost. I paid my bill on Apr 23rd and because they switched my account over to the new boost and changed my due date to May 8th they shut my phone off today. I called customer service and they basically told me to pay another 50 to cut my phone on or I have to wait 3 to 7 days before my phone will be cut back on. I was trying to get some one to help me stating at about 1pm today. It is now almost 6pm and I have been put on hold for 30 plus minutes at a time. Hung up on 3 separate times and had to start the **************** again. Been told that I was basically just going to be without a phone. Old boost and new boost customer service just kept trying to transfer me back and forth saying that they couldn't see my payment even though I have a confirmation text. And oh the different stories the Representative had one could see my payment then the next one couldn't. One said my phone will be on in 24 hours one said 7 days. So after all of this I'm currently back on hold because they hung up on me when I asked to talk to a supervisor and now I'm starting **************** again

      I just recently switched to Boost Mobile.I instantly had problems with my phone.I use my phone for business purposes and my calls were not coming thru,my speaker phone was not working,my phone keeps roaming.I called customer service.They had me do some kind of troubleshooting and it was okay for a hour or two.So today,once again...my calls are not coming thru.Its going straight to voicemail.I call 611 and speak to ***** ID#********* at least that's what he told me.He was very rude and was not knowledgeable about amything.All he wanted to do was argue Finally I ask for a supervisor I AM STILL ON HOLD AT THIS MINUTE STILL WAITING.ALMOST 2 HOURS ON HOLD.I don't think ***** is even getting a supervisor but I'm still holding.I need a refund or someone who can get my phone working right.No one at.Boost see to know.I called 611 on my husband's phone who is also with Boost and the man on the phone told me that he couldn't verify my account for ****** only to come back on the phone to tell me that he has to transfer me to a supervisor.Im already on hold for one on my other phone.I just need a working phone at this point.PLEASE DONT GO TO BOOST!!!And ***** ID#HL1 SHOULD BE FIRED...HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. AS I FINISH THIS COMPLAINT...I.AM STILLLLLL ON HOLD WAITING ON A SUPERVISOR!!!

      After 3 days of trying to return my iPhone back to boost, I thought this nightmare was finally overwas I wrong VERY wrong. Now that they have received the phone back I went ahead and told them to put in a refund request which they told me they had done. I called back on Monday to check on the status of it only for them to tell me they only put in the refund request for the service which was $40 and not for the phone that costed $218!! So this already made me furious, but I went ahead and told them to go ahead and put the refund in for the phone too obviously. Just a couple hours later I get an email stating that the case was closednot resolved or anything just that the case was closed. At this point ** very confused and furious but I keep my calm and call to speak to someone again. Oh and let me not forget to ever get ahold of someone you have to wait an hour every single time!! Anyway, when I went to speak to someone he was completely rude and told me we had to wait to see what was going to happen??? Not the answer I was looking for whatsoever so I ask to be transferred to a supervisor. He refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor and said he knows what hes doing and they are going to tell me the same thing. I explained to him that I dont care if they are or not Id rather just have peace of mind knowing Im speaking to someone higher in the companywell what does he do? He puts himself on MUTE and ignores me for 10 minutes Im sitting here saying hello hello? Finally he answers and tells me look we can talk when you can finally understand that you are going to have to wait 10 business days. I told him Im not okay with that I need to speak to a supervisor because nobody is even telling me if the refund is processing or not!! What does he do? He literally hung up on me. Well Im not going to give up on receiving my $218 refund for a phone I never received!! I ended up having to contact my bank for a dispute because they are refusing my refund.
