      I was charged twice for one phone number. I had been making my regular payments for my number with my debit card, but discovered (by looking at my credit card statement that) Boost had been deducting from my credit card for a different amount- for the same phone number. It all probably began when I tried earlier in the year to transfer my old number to a new phone but Boost network was not compatible- so I did not complete the transaction. Apparently, Boost went forward with charging me, anyways, without providing the services for the new phone. I tried to resolve this with representatives but they hung up on me and disconnected my ability to contact them. I just want my funds returned to me, that is all.

      Horrendous. They were unable to transfer my phone number, so I requested a refund. It took about 10 hours total on the phone to finally figure out that they were lying about steps they took and I demanded a refund and went directly to Mint Mobile. I prepaid ****** and was told that under the circumstances I would receive a refund (according to their policy.) I spent another roughly 6 hours trying to get said refund. There is no option to speak to the 'back office' to find out why it kept getting rejected. I was promised on each of 4 phone calls that the 'back office' would contact me if there was an issue, but I never was. I finally just called my credit card company and they issued me a credit, and they will deal with Boost themselves. I became suspicious that they were trying to keep my money because I would get different answers from different customer service representatives. I will never attempt to use them again.

      WOULD HAVE BEEN 0 STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO TICK AT LEAST 1 BEFORE YOU CAN SUBMIT. YES! THAT AWFUL! OH BOY WHERE DO I BEGAN? FIRST PROBLEM WAS DATA USEAGE. ALWAYS OUT OF STORAGE NO MATTER HOW MANY FILES ,PICS,ETC YOU DELETE. OR EXTRA STORAGE YOU PURCHASE YOU CONTINUE TO GET THIS WARNING! THATS A RIP OFF! THEN I NEEDED TO HAVE MY ***** SCREEN REPAIRED. LET THEM KNOW, THEY TELL ME THEY DONT REPAIR *****S THEY REPLACE ONLY BUT A $50 DEDUCTIBLE NEEDED TO BE PAID?! WHATS THE PURPOSE OF THE INSURANCE IVE BEEN PAYING FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS?? THEN I FIND OUT IVE BEEN PAYING FOR 2 LINES I CANCELLED 4 YEARS AGO WHEN I NOTICED A REDUCTION IN MY BILL. I CALLED TO INQUIRE AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS ON A 4 LINE PLAN BUT NOW,AFTER 4 YEARS , "THEY" SWITCHED ME TO A 2 LINE PLAN.WAIT! WHAT?!? WHY WASN'T THAT DONE WHEN I INITIALLY CANCELED 2 OF 4 OF MY LINES 4 YEARS AGO?! THEY TOLD ME MY RATE REMAINED THE SAME BC MY PLAN WAS " UP TO" 4 LINES. NO MY PLAN SPECIFICALLY SAYS MY RATE WAS FOR "4 LINES" NOT "UP TO 4 LINES" AND IF THAT WAS THE **** WHY DID THEY TAKE IT UPON THEMSELVES TO JUST NOW REDUCE MY PAYMENT AFTER 4 YEARS TO A 2 LINE PLAN?!! I STAYED ON THE ***** FOR 3 HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE ON HOLD THEN WHEN I FINALLY GET THE SUPERVISORS. MALE AND FEMALE WERE THE NASTIEST IVE EVER COME ACROSS!! NOW IM HAV8NG ALL KINDS OF ISSUES WITH MY *****S SERVICE...I WONDER WHY?!! I DEFINITELY WANT TO START A CLASS ACTION SIUT AGAINST BOOST ***** BECAUSE THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL SO LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN!!

      I will never go to boost mobile again for service and I advise anyone else not to either. There customer service is the absolute worst in the industry, the agents always claim there is no management there and they falsely turn your phone off before 12am. They also will not allow you to use any credits on the boost one app, I have ***** on there I have been attempting to use for 2 months and everytime I try to use it either there is something wrong with the app and it's down til after the bills are due or they suspend people lines before you are able to apply your credit to your bill. They also willingly put a hold on your boost one app after you get to 20 dollars so you can't use it to earn more points on a daily, they criminally and knowingly freezes it so you can only get on there every few days so you won't earn points. My opinion us consumers need to ban together and file a class action lawsuit against boost mobile and they should be made to pay everyone money back for the false advertisement and criminal acts they knowingly do to keep you from using your bill credits.

      I have been with Boost for 10 years. I needed my Boost account number to change carriers to keep my phone number. You cannot find your account number on your online account. I had to call in several times to finally get a person to tell me my account number. I find this practice insane. I should have access to my account number if I have access to my account. I would strongly urge someone to use another carrier if you don't feel like being held hostage because they are unwilling to provide an account number on your account. However, they are very willing to take your payment on your account each month without an account number.

      This company is a joke from Dish network. I read too many comments and now I will type less. The rep in the store apologized himself for me missing am important appointment while Boost was being hacked in March or April... *** he came out of his own pocket to help me. I logged 16 solid ours of trying to port my number out. Finally an ( American rep?!) *** on the phone and ported the number with the employee from the new company I have now. Reps from my new company logged at least 4 solid hours over 2 days of me porting my number.Why would I port after being a faithful customer for many years, and spending thousands of dollars with them? Because a phone rep offered me a brand new phone given I pay the shipping ( because of my hardship), then the very next day I called back, and the "offer" was no longer valid. Rep said nothing about my new phone being on a 24 hour time limit... They played a game with the network, had all of our phones shut down with no way of paying the bill... *** now I ported my number and I am still getting text message alerts from Boost telling me the old network can no longer support my old payment method... That's a joke. Thanks dish, will never ever EVER use any of your products. *** I will be telling everyone about this mess, and to avoid your services. You ruined boost mobile. Now you are zombieing me with these weird texts about my payment method not working on your new network. I have a new company now, leave me alone and fix your glitches.

      I have been a customer of ******************** for many years with no complaint. However today I wake up to no service. I call Boost, they tell me my phone number has been suspended due to irregular activity: excessive data usage. I have an unlimited family plan; the three other phones are working fine. I have done nothing different with my phone than I have any other month. My bank, bills and job use this number so that I can access my accounts. Boost is telling me it will take **** days to remedy this situation. This is absolutely unacceptable and I have told Boost but they say they can do nothing. My phone is locked to Boost so even to change service I have to wait a week for them to unlock it.

      If I could leave zero stars I most certainly would. I started with a new provider and was trying to transfer my number and close my account. Because of the data breech Boost said they were unable to port my number or close my account. I started this process BEFORE my billing date so I wouldn't be charged by two phone companies! On December Boost took $25 from my account. I've been back and forth with Boost since December 2022. I find out April 2, 2023 that Boost also took two more payments!!! I check my bank account daily. I never saw those charges until yesterday. I have spoke with several people at Boost. They seem to want to blame this on me!!! Boost had the security breech. Not me!!They say they can't refund that money. That's ridiculous. They are a huge company. Sending me a check for $75 certainly won't break the company.I'm disabled. I have a very limited income. That's a lot of money to me. I strongly urge anyone considering Boost... don't. They are THIEVES. **************** is HORRIBLE. I was told in the beginning I would get my original $25 back. I asked them to close my account. I assumed they had but no. They STOLE $50 more from **** just want my only back. I also want other people know about the dishonesty in Boost.

      Went to sign up online with the intention of picking up my phone in the store. Was offered a plan, offered a phone, never given any sort of information about how I would receive the phone or set up the plan. The site asked me my method of payment and billing address, so I put it in figuring the next page would be about shipping / pickup before confirming the order. Nope. Once they had my billing info they initiated the order and sent me an email saying "we'll let you know how to receive your device shortly". I put in the order around midnight on a Saturday, so I had to wait until 5am MST to contact them about this. When I did I got a typical customer service team who can't actually do anything because they're bound to scripted responses. After a half hour of being run around and hung up on, I finally got a manager on the phone who reiterated what I had been told by their other staff "You cannot pickup in the store and we WILL NOT cancel. You must wait until you receive the phone and then send it back". They refused to cancel my order and refund me a mere 5 hours after it was initiated, on a Sunday no less so it was 100% not shipped yet. I doubt anyone even looked at the order before I called. But still they REFUSED to cancel the order, instead holding my money long enough to collect a fraction of a cent of interest or whatever ridiculous, shady reason for the refusal.The result of their unethical behavior is that I am without phone service for several days as I wait to receive an order that I attempted to cancel repeatedly. My previous service ended on Monday as a result of ownership change, which was the whole reason for my purchase. If I had known the online purchase could not be picked up in store I would have simply GONE to a store and spent the extra hour dealing with another customer service rep who is also bound to scripted responses. But since they refused to cancel my order and give me my money back that became an impractical option. Thanks!

      I would give you 0 stars if I could. I was originally a Virgin Mobile customer but you bought them out and ever since I have had nothing but problems! The past year or so has been the worst! You keep switching towers or thats what your stores say. I have tried going into the store and they want to charge me $85 to switch numbers or tell me I need a new phone. Mine isnt even 2 years old and I bought it from YOU! Im not paying you for a problem you caused and cant guarantee it will work after paying that! I have tried the store who just wants to charge you for things rather than fix the problem, call in they say lets troubleshoot but you have to call from another phone. This is my ONLY phone! Or chat and they just make excuses! Its been over a year dealing with this! Its not acceptable and they just want to make excuses rather than fix the problem. Plus everyone gives you a different excuse/answer! Its not acceptable or okay so how is anyone still a customer? And your new web site is a joke! I dont care about all your but from here and get a credit. What are you a credit card company now? I just want what I pay for to work and it doesnt! You dont offer a free month for the inconvenience of YOUR service not working! You cant even fix the problem so I am giving up and going with another company ASAP! Plus I will tell everyone not to use you crappy service! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! All you do is make me mad! Everyone I call has a different excuse but no one fixes the problem! Worst Company EVER!!!
