I switched from ******* to Virgin mobile in 2008 when the refused to give smart phones without smart plans. Virgin mobile merged all customers on to Boost in 2020 (I believe). I have had nothing but a positive experience. **************** reps who almost all know what they're doing, apps and website that easily break down and show phone, bill, and usage information. Service is spotty sometimes, but it's the best price in the market. My wife spent week long episodes arguing with ******* about billing, then phone replacement, then service interruption. Hours, everyday, for weeks on each of the issues. She recently switched to boost and other than spotty service issues (because she travels for work quite a bit she loves the service and experience.Review from Christina D

Terrible customer service.I ordered a new phone. Without asking what address to send it to, they automatically put an old address on the order. I received a phone 3years ago from them, and it went to my current address. I called asked to have it corrected and they said they couldn't do that. They could not issue a refund either. They gave false information over the phone to have rerouted through ups,by calling them. *** can't do that. Each one of them told me to call each other. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this problem. I got no results. So now my phone is going to wrong address, and there is nothing I can do about it. Their business is commiting fraudulently. I have read other complaints similar to mine, and I will have to fight for myoney back, or file a claim through my bank. They actually told to stand outside and look for the driver. This is ridiculous. They should not remain in business. If I could give a 0 percent rating, I would. The people there are uniformed, and according to them, they presented the issue with their so called team. They did absolutely nothing. I have been with them for 14 years. That means absolutely nothing to them. I am going to try the corporate office tomorrow. Hopefully I will get some help there.Review from Janice R

I have been with Boost Mobile for quite a few years without issues. Then, starting in December of 2023, every time I have gone to pay my bill, I get automatically enrolled in Autopay. First, I was told it was an I.T. issue, that they were updating their system and this caused a glitch. Then I get told that it is me, that I keep pressing the Autopay button, and "would I like to leave it as it would be much more convenient for me". This is extremely annoying. If I am not aware of this auto-nonsense, I would be paying twice in one month. I feel like this is just a scam that Boost Mobile is doing, trying to force their customers to do Autopay. Today, 4/17/2024, finally I was told by someone at Boost Mobile that they were going to investigate why the second I click on to make payment, it defaults to Autopay.Review from Shantell J.

So we know that Boost Mobile do not give us any extension. I brought two phones through Boost Mobile and I just purchased another one so that is three devices. My job messed up my paycheck so I decided to go to Xfinity come to find out my phone is locked even though I pay cash. They are saying that I am in a 12 month contract. I have not signed any documentation and the salesman did not notify me that you are signing a contract or you are locked in with us for 12 months or the devices locked in for 12 months, be careful on Boost Mobile boots Mobile do not care about the people life happens. Sometimes we need help until the next pay period so are you one of those people that really doesnt have support like that do not come to Boost Mobile Xfinity mobile is the best T-Mobile ******* wireless in **** in order?Review from Steven H

I have been with Boost Mobile since 2010 and in all that time I have tried my very best not to need anything from this company but they have gone too far with this. Back in Nov 2023 I added a $10 reoccurring 2 gig data pack to my account. In December I turn it off by calling into there customer service department. After she reassured me that i would no longer be charged I paid for Dec 2023 and Jan 2024 bill. In Feb 2024 I noticed my account went up $10. I tried to call the company to figure out why my balance went up without warning. But to my surprise the customer service number did not and would not connect me to an agent. I tried for two days with no avail. The same issue happened in March. Recently i received a text message stating that my new ******************* would be $61.23 from the $71.23 that i was charged the two pervious months. I call today to get clarification and i was told that some how the reoccurring $10 data charge was on my account and it was deactivate as of recent. I explained to this woman that I have not needed to add data to my account for months now and I did not change anything on my account. In addition to that none of this information was on my the website, the app or the automated customer service system. I know this may seem small but this is not the first time they have taken extra money and claimed it was my fault. Do not worry i will never come back.Review from Rachel T

Absolutely worthless to have a boost plan. I have had nothing but problems since I have had my 2 phones. I can't call, when I am able to talk to someone it is very distorted and most of the time they can't even hear me at all. I have went in the store and they have called and I have called myself and all that "gets done" is a mobile reset that Absolutely never fixes the problem. I Absolutely DO NOT recommend Boost to anyone. It is a Absolutely horrible service, customer service is NEVER any help and then hangs up on you when questioning them.Review from Marizol V

I left boost mobile on December 21 2023 my number was transferred to another cell phone carrier Boost mobile has been taking money out my account for 3 months now and they dont want to give me a refund I never signed up for automatic payments so I decided to look at my bank statement and saw Boost mobile been taking monthly payments I live on a fixed income also what can I do to get my refund also the representative was rude now all of a sudden when I contacted Boost mobile about the situation they took me off of automatic payments it is weird I have proof from my new cell phone carrier that my number was ported over on December 21 2023Review from Erin F

Boost is a horrible company. I bought an iphone15 from them in October 2023. It took more than a month for them to get it working. I signed up for their Boost Unlimitied + plan at that time. Six months later, they still have not been able to get this plan to work on my phone. About two months ago, in their attempt to fix my issues, I completely lost all mobile data. They have not been able to resolve my issues and will not let me speak to anyone who might be able to help. This is a phone company who is not able to get my phone to work. I speak to a case manager at least weekly and no employee has been able to help. I can't imagine why these issue has persisted for so long.
