      I was a customer for 15 years, and this company made it very difficult to switch to a new carrier. It took 7+ hours on the phone and still wouldn't release my number. Then, after all that they debited my card for $58 after the fact. Horrible coverage and predatory bill practices.

      Beware of Boost Mobile. They and all the other little fish, are soon to be swallowed by SAT PHONES. Some of their employees use customer personnel information to add unauthorized Lines and bogus fees to keep their jobs. This is a prepaid phone service. It shouldn't require me to give my full SSN to access my account, to activate their phone.They refused to use their own pin # that I was given by them to use.They added another line to my bill that I didn't authorize or ******* far their phone doesn't even work in my area.Why would I order a 2nd line.I have more than 2 dozen emails regarding their failure to provide me with a working service.I AM a disabled Veteran. Living in the ***** with dogs. I can't be dealing with high school kids in another country, trying to get help.I don't care about the $40 boost phone or their $11 1 month service that I haven't even activated.I already filed a dispute with my CC company.Only to make sure they don't access my account and charge me for things I never ordered.These guys. Add another line on unsuspecting customers. And Bill them. If it is detected, it can be prevented. But if the charge goes through. It will take weeks to retrieve funds. By then, the scammer got credit for the sale. Get cash for selling that #. And..and..All this for a stupid prepaid phone?What happened to the good old honest corporations. Now we are at the mercy of God knows who or where.Thank you for your service and help

      Not unlimited even at 60$ unlimited service is terrible and customer service is not so good either 1 week left and no service left went out after 2 weeks got back up after 2 days no service ?? I need to try again for good cellular service don't have 60$ to just give for nothing

      I got the plan where you get an Android phone $50 includes the phone and the service and after that you pay $50 a month. I was waiting on my phone I had noticed it had been delivered well they had the wrong delivery address I gave them the white wine they said it was a computer gitze. It has been a week. They keep telling me it's under investigation even though they know that the wrong address was put into the computer it was not my fault they will not offer me a new phone because they're waiting to hear the response from the person who's signed for the thing I live in a totally different City than where the phone was sent. I keep getting a run around so I decided to cancel my service and I asked for my money back and when I asked for rent money back they told me to dispute it with the bank that it takes less time to do it that way then it goes for them to give it back to me. That doesn't sound right to me.

      I DON'T WANT to give boost even a 1/4 of one star!!! They are criminals!! 8 to 10 months ago I tried to port out numbers to T-Mobile and boost gave me nothing but h*** for 2 weeks. Then I was told I could not even take some of my devices which I purchased from them because they "can't" unlock the device until I've had it a year. Well now it HAS been a year but that service was cancelled LAST NIGHT and I decided it was time to port my numbers and get phones unlocked.. GUESS WHAT!!! Now they say that will not unlock them unless I pay for another month on both lines!!! I already bought one phone and have that number ported to T-Mobile. But they are holding the one phone hostage for ****** that (I OWN) and refusing me my right to use my personal property unless I pay them another $80 for another month service for TWO LINES!!! THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP CRIMINAL and I am going everywhere possible to warn people DO NOT TRUST BOOST!!

      I just opened up an account yesterday and was trying to get my number ported over to that account and they told me I have to open up a whole Nother line in order to get transferred and was not told Id have to do that then asked for refund and they told me I was disqualified from it cause I had an account from two years ago but never used that service

      I have been a customer for 15 years and decided to change my service to another carrier to save money. When I called customer service to unlock my phone and get a transfer PIN they 1st told me they had to escalate the issue. No one ever replied via phone or email. I never received any help. When I called back they said that I was not allowed to unlock my phone because the phone was not a year old. I had to purchase a new phone 2 months ago because my old phone literally died but they did not take that into consideration, or the fact that I was a loyal customer for 15 years.When I went into 2 stores the 1st ******** said we had to call customer service and she refused to call on my behalf. I said that I pay for customer service as well as phone service every month. She and the 2nd rep both told me it was company policy NOT to unlock any phone that had not been active for a year with them.They didn't even offer to unlock my phone for a fee which would have been fine. As well, their locations here in ********* are supposed to be open until the hours posted online, but they close early or never even open at all for the day.Lastly, the past month my service has been terrible and I am on the same plan in the same geographic location. Everyone sounds like they are on the moon. I'd like an apology, I'd like my brand new phone unlocked as a courtesy and most of all I would like customer service to be helpful instead of Belligerent. Stay away. My boyfriend had Metro PCS and was able to have his phone unlocked, get a transfer pin and close his account easily in 15 min with the chat on his account. **********************, take notes!!

      Returned via *** problematic cell phone back to Boost Mobile. I was told after much ado that phone was locked for a year! So sent it back for a refund. Now they insist must get refund back from *** which I have PROOF of delivery from *** driver to Boost Mobile employee--R. Carcers!!!!!!!

      I have my payment taken out of my bank account and have for 8 years. This month it was $8 higher. I called and was told that I authorized insurance to be added to my acct. No, I did not. Watch your bill every month, they will add things you didn't order!
