      Ive been with this company 8 years a legacy holder. Every month on the 2nd my bill is due with the exception that I receive reminder text which for several months Ive have not been. On the 21st of November my service was terminated not a reminder, warning or chance to pay. I work a late night and am a traveler I relay on service for safety and professionalism. Boost mobiles service is already wonky but paying for wha I get thats one thing but lacking in the ability to maintain professional ethics pertaining to communication and consumer protections due to billing is absurd leaving this company soon. If you dont mind this type of service good luck these people will turn your service off in the middle of stranded in the middle of no where with no notifications or chance to pay!

      Boost is saying they didnt get my old device *********** are charging me for it now. I ordered it when I was still employed at Dish Network on 3/14/25. I wouldnt have even gone to Boost if Dish Network didnt shoved it down their employee throats. We were told we had to get it or else. Anyway I was sent a box with a *** label to send my old ******* phone back I sent it back as instructed. All this time never heard anything that Boost subscriber **** never received my device until I was looking at my upcoming bill and I was charged $629.91 charge. I first tried during a chat with a live agent who said I needed to call customer service. I called and the guy didnt even know what the charge was. He had to ask and then told me. After explaining the situation he said nothing he could really do. On 11/20/25 I tried calling again to speak with a different agent. The agent said I cant do anything after saying the same thing the other agent did so he ended up getting his supervisor. After explaining for the 3rd time he said basically we didnt receive the device back. I said I sent it back because I dont have it and I was told to do it. Why would I still have a phone that I cant use. I had the return *** tracking number at one point but after hearing nothing from Boost until now saying they didnt receive it I threw it out. I was going through stuff and thought I didnt need the tracking number anymore. Why keep something you dont think u need. Supervisor didnt do nothing & on top of it was rude. He said if you dont have the tracking number I cant help you. When I asked why did it take so long to tell me you didnt receive my old ******** was told it was because it is the automated system fault. Boost should have notified me much sooner but they nope. *** had to have lost it All I know after my Boost contract is up I am so gone. Both ***************************** are 100% crooks. I didnt need this huge bill as I still trying to find a new job. 2nd time Dish screwed me over!!!

      I had saw a promotion for boost mobile and I had paid $10.98 for an eSIM card and one month of unlimited data talk and text. It said it would take around three hours for my ESim to come into my email. I waited three weeks and still nothing in my email. Ive called support almost every day since I paid and was just told today that there is no way I can get a refund and they wouldnt tell me why but I paid for a line that I cant even use and they didnt even let me get to the point where I needed to cancel my line so I am currently being charged ***** a month for a cell plan that Im not even using support isnt doing anything for me and when I go in store, they just tell me to call the support number and when I call the support number they are very rude, interrupting and unprofessional. I recorded the call and got them to admit theft, but I am not getting anywhere with them. All I want is to cancel my line and to get a refund for the initial line that I paid for.

      I bought phones and switched to their service. A good portion of the time my calls go right to voicemail and does not let you know a call even came in. Also a lot of calls are dropped. I reported the issue but so far they havent been able to fix the problem. I tried to switch to another carrier but this company will not unlock the phones for another 8 months. They suggested I try to sell the phones to someone interested in their service. I feel I am paying for a service Im not fully receiving.

      Their service is terrible their customer service is terrible. I used to brag about having boost and how good their signal was and everything else and now I would give it a zero and my phone wants to go in emergency calls only here lately for no reason at all and it's becoming more frequent. When you talk to talk to somebody to get help they don't know what they're talking about I think a child would know more than they do If you could even understand them because I don't think they're from the ************* they don't speak English hardly at all. If you're going to have people answering the phones from an English speaking country make sure it's employees that speak very good English so people can understand them. I need to go back to 4G because 5G is nothing but junk I have nothing but trouble out of my phone with signal drop calls some calls don't even come through I don't even know somebody's called unless they leave a voicemail. I might as well not even have a phone because the service has gotten so bad. I used to get way better signal where I live at and now it's like I get a fourth of the signal that I used to have. I'm not sure what they've done or what they're doing but they need to fix it and fix it fast or they're going to not have any customers before long

      express my extreme dissatisfaction and profound disappointment with the customer service I received during a recent attempt to obtain my transfer PIN. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has ultimately solidified my decision to seek a more reliable and professional service provider.On a recent occasion, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with one of your representatives. My objective was straightforward: to secure the necessary transfer PIN to port my number to a new carrier. However, instead of receiving direct assistance, I was met with what felt like deliberate obstruction and a continuous 'run-around' regarding the process. The agent seemed unwilling or unable to provide the crucial information, offering vague explanations and continually redirecting the conversation.This protracted and unproductive call left me feeling utterly exasperated and, frankly, as though I was being intentionally held back from accessing my own service. The level of unprofessionalism and the apparent lack of effective training displayed by your service personnel are deeply concerning. Customers should expect clear, concise information and efficient resolution, not misleading statements or prolonged, unhelpful *************** time is valuable, and this incident represents a significant waste of it, compounded by the emotional toll of dealing with such an uncooperative service experience. I believe this reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction and service integrity.I demand immediate and straightforward assistance in obtaining my transfer PIN without any further delays or convoluted processes. I also urge you to conduct a thorough review of your customer service training and practices to ensure no other customer endures such a frustrating and unprofessional ordeal.

      Bought new phone there. Deal was suppose to be for $50 a month for six months, then $25 a month lifetime. Not what happened!!!! I have to pay $50 every month for year, then change over to a different plan. Plus, for first six months they were charging me $58 per month! This company is fraudulent!!!!!

      This is a terrible company. So many loopholes and insufficient coverage, especially internationally. Left me stranded in ****** without signal and without ANY WAY to purchase more data so I was covered. DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if you travel outside the ** - like - ever.

      On Saturday I placed an order for a phone from boost, got the confirmation and signed and submitted the agreement and paid the amount stated. I was informed that the phone would be delivered on Tuesday (today) between 12 and 2pm but u would receive a call an hour before. I waited and realized it was less than an hour before delivery so I gave them a call to check on it only to be informed that the delivery was cancelled without any notation as to why it was cancelled and without notifying me of the cancellation, this was after I spent money ordering items for the phone. Now Im left with these devices, no phone and having to wait, 14 days to get my money back but not the money I spent on the items for the phone. This is terrible business and terrible business practice, they should not be allowed to treat consumers like this and get away with it.
