      The worst customer service when leaving the company. Got hung up on 4 times and still didn't unlock my phone. Been with them 14yrs. I just want to keep my same number. Finally I was told my current phone I have was purchased 9 months ago. It has to be at least a year.I have to buy a new phone. No loyalty after 14yrs with boost.

      Boost mobile cheated me out of high speed data. Boost mobile cheated me out of my money. Boost mobile customer service gave me the run around.

      With boost for 22 years they have changed providers more that I have paid 400 for a phone phone broke ***** replaced it now boost made me floor another whole year even thou was not my fault phone broke to unlock phone then when time came they wont unlock phone nothing but excuses just to keep me paying there services

      On March 28 2025 I purchased a phone . They said my number would be ported by the next morning. In the morning the number had not been ported so I went back to the store. The associate called tech service and the ****** lady told the associate to refund my money and restart another sale, as she would not be able to help port the number, or give me a new number on that phone. On that 29th day of May the $201.79 would be processed back to my card. It is now July 18th 2025 and have yet to receive my refund. I have called Boost mobile on four separate occasions, and the ****** associates would reroute my call to other departments for an hour or so until one department would act as though they could not hear me and would hang up. I've also called and left a message for the manager at the store to call me and haven't heard back. What do I do to get the money that is owed to me?

      Buyer beware. We decided to give Boost a try only to find out that the super special flat rate did not include a hotspot or international calling. We added both and after a month were charged another monthly payment...decided to cancel on day 33 due to a variety of factors including international calling, extra charge for hotspot, quality of service, no US customer service, et ************** up on the cancellation, I was not finding a refund for the 27 days of advance payment made noted above....20 minutes later and after being passed around to four different "representatives" I was told, sorry, no refunds were forth coming.....what a ripoff. Please choose carefully and get all the details from the less than forthcoming Boost sales people.

      Boost Mobile has been the worst telecom experience Ive ever had.For over five months, Ive been calling their customer service repeatedly to have the correct discounts applied to my account including the $5 AutoPay discount and a second line at half price, which were clearly part of the plan I agreed to.Not only have they refused to apply these discounts, but they have also been charging my credit card more than authorized, without any justification. Every time I call, Im told its being escalated or someone will follow up or open a case and nothing ever happens.Their service is completely disorganized, dishonest, and negligent. Ive spent hours on the phone for months, and no one has resolved anything.Boost Mobile is engaging in deceptive billing practices and providing zero accountability. At this point, I believe they are knowingly taking money from customers without delivering what was *********** requesting an immediate refund for the overcharges, and for my account to reflect the pricing I was originally promised.I strongly urge BBB to investigate this companys business practices.

      Do not use Boost Mobile services. They ripped me off by charging me for a full month of unused service on an additional phone line. I talked to customer service and got a lame reason. They weren't even willing to discuss the issue. They said it's policy to charge for a full month ahead of time. Go somewhere else for your mobile services.

      I called boost mobile the first time on Tuesday July 1st 2025. Set up service as of July 4, 2025 never received *** card need a phone so I went with another company. Called Boost Mobile on July 4, 2025 to say I never received *** card and needed a refund was told that the money has already been received to Boost so therefore will not refund my money. But was told they show the *** card has never been activated what I paid them for the service which I never used because cant have service without a *** card.
