      On Saturday I placed an order for a phone from boost, got the confirmation and signed and submitted the agreement and paid the amount stated. I was informed that the phone would be delivered on Tuesday (today) between 12 and 2pm but u would receive a call an hour before. I waited and realized it was less than an hour before delivery so I gave them a call to check on it only to be informed that the delivery was cancelled without any notation as to why it was cancelled and without notifying me of the cancellation, this was after I spent money ordering items for the phone. Now Im left with these devices, no phone and having to wait, 14 days to get my money back but not the money I spent on the items for the phone. This is terrible business and terrible business practice, they should not be allowed to treat consumers like this and get away with it.

      On September 15, 2025, I applied for two new mobile lines and paid a total of $414 at the time of purchase. However, on October 2, 2025, I received and activated only one device. When your technician arrived, I was informed that the second phone was out of stock and that I would receive it within the following week, accompanied by an email notification. Unfortunately, I never received the second device or any follow-up communication.Despite not receiving the second device, I was charged $164 for two active lines. I have contacted boost mobile customer support team multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. Furthermore, I have now received a second bill of $162.83 for services I have not been provided very bad service i face and i ever had in my life ..

      I am trying to port my number out of boost mobile and the only way to do that is to call them, but their phone support is shut down after 9 pm and on weekends. they have 24/7 support for sales, but not if you want to leave them. Ive already called once before and they gave me a fake port out pin. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      Ordered a phone from Boost mobile, it was a special promotion, they took the money and shipped the phone, only to request it back from the delivery hub before it got to us. **************** refused to explain why and passed us off to other people, no resolution other than telling us to reorder. We did reorder and they did the same thing to us again. Now we are out double the money and waiting for it to be returned. Terrible company and service.

      I just finished calling Boost customer service for the 15th time in five months. Many of my incoming calls go straight to voice mail without ringing. I have asked to trade phones to be released from my contract and to be escalated to someone who can release my contract . Five months later of missing calls I feel like Boost has clearly breached their contract.

      worst experience ever. Purchased phone 10/2/25. Associate could not set up phone. Went back 10/3 to different associate. Could not set up phone (no voice mail, no messaging, incoming calls going to another state). Went back 10/5 40 minutes later same result. Went back 10/6 asked to have phone factory reset and start over. Associate did that and still could not set up phone, Assoc sent me to other store where manager (*** ******} was said to be "more competent". *** worked with it for 30 minutes couldn't set it up. Called Tech support and *** worked with them over phone another 30 minutes, couldn't set it up. Said they would turn it over to higher level of tech support and call within 24 to 72 hours. No phone call, went back to store after 72 hours and asked *** if he was called, no. Told *** I just wanted refund on phone. *** said he spoke with his manager and they would not do refund because it wasn't returned within 5 days. Told *** Boost return/refund policy is 30 days for on-line or in-store purchase. *** said they have their own policy and he would not provide name or number to his manager. Said the only way he could take back phone is they try to file insurance claim but I would have to pay deductible. 10/8 called customer service and they confirmed 30 day for instore purchase. Asked them to call store and tell them that and they said they could not call the store. Asked to speak to supervisor, explained situation again and asked if he could call store. He said he could not call the store and suggested I call the manufacturer of the phone. Are you kidding me! I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said this is as high as it goes. He said he could start an internal review but it was strictly internal and the store would not be notified. Asked him what the purpose of the review was and he said it was strictly internal and I could call back after 72 hours. It is hard to believe that *** and the associates are that incompetent and customer service sucked. .

      Worst experience of my life . As a dish customer, tried to switch for the 15$ month deal. Dish tech came to our house and screwed everything up. After five days of no phone service, went back to *******. Had I issues unlocking phone before porting number. Then billing issues because phone was never activated. Had to get my bank involved . Boost is horrible!!!!

      I had the worst experience with boost mobile, they turned my service off because they said I was in violation of calling a prayer line. They didn't care about anything at all, I wish know how to sue this company. This was truly unfair

      There has to be better customer service somewhere ********************** is pitiful. I had a phone stolen back in May. Had it replaced with insurance. About that time my daughter's phone started acting up and wouldn't work right. So she wanted to upgrade but there system wouldn't allow it. After months and many many phone calls I get an email yesterday saying the reason she couldn't upgrade was because it was blacklisted. Yes they blacklisted her phone instead of the stolen phone. It's now October 18. I called today wanting credit for the months her phone didn't work because of their mistake. They said they will give me a $50 credit and that's all they wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. This is not right. But that's okay they can keep that $50 they will more than likely never get another dollar of my hard earned money. ******* is looking really good right now!!

      Horrible experience order the phone never received it it's going on 4 months now customer service ***** worst people ever can't help me with nothing hangs the phone up horrible cannot speak English horrible just a horrible place that rips you off and takes your money horrible I would never recommend this place ever
