      Last night, I spoke with a security support and they transferred me to a guy named "*******" that could have cared less that I my phone was broken and I was trying to log into my account to purchase a new phone.

      My sister ordered a phone back in April, never received it, and they've charged her for the device and the service since April and it is now October. RUN FAR AWAY FROM BOOST

      Boost Mobile is by far the worst mobile service Ive ever had since cell phones became public, I talked to a dozen customer service representatives 3 were supervisors that said theyd fix everything and Ive asked for 90 days proof of billing and they refused to send me any documentation of my payments and heard nothing but it will that 7 to 10 days over and over again to the point I wanted to pull my hair out and very difficult to get anyone that you can understand because they dont speak clear English and forget going into one of there stores in person because they wont be able to do anything either they tell you that they cant help and I wonder why do they have stores and people working there because you get the same answers on their customer service phone lines.Payed off the two phones in full to get service with another carrier that they said Id have 30 days to get the documents from them Boost so as I can get the buyout from them but that doesnt seem like a possibility at this point and Im more than tired of run around from these cell phone companies.

      Sold my bf a used phone for ********************************************************************* 200 when I already called was getting a free sim in the mail but the guy at the store lied said phone wasn't working it is working right now and I have 2 phones don't need a third line don't want and out 200 bucks *******************************************************. Store is a scammer

      Boost mobile service ***** very unprofessional they don't have comas sense boost mobile need 2 go outta of business they don't tell u bout the cell phone they except u 2stay with a fone company for a year they also don't tell u they will lock yo fone carriers up & tell u that u have 2 stay with boost mobile service for a year before they will unlock yo device false information poor decisions won't refund u bk yo money laugh at u wen u tell them u goin 2 file a complaint I hate boost mobile service they need 2 go outta business metro is way better than boost I don't recommend nobody 2go Boost I been going through this for a whole month still nothing no service been telling me ******** & lying so I can stay with boost mobile service well I'm not

      They suspended my service so i paid the bill. They hit me for double the amount of the bill. 6 hours later still no service and they are telling me 7 to 10 business days for them to refund the money they mistakenly took out immediately. Poor customer service. **************

      Phone doesn't work so they issue a credit. Next day phone continues to not work but they are saying they already issued a credit. NO S*** that was before today and it still is not working...the service is garbage.

      I used the service for a year. I then paid off the only phone that I owed money on, & transferred two lines to ***** over the course of seven days, Ive had to wait for my device to be unlocked by boost mobile. not only have they not unlocked it, They havent given me a valid reason as to why they havent sent me emails describing my final payments or final bill, and have you yet to resolve the unblock problem.Very angry, as Ive spent 13+ hours on the phone as of 9/30/25
