Boost Mobile stole my money...I called to activate a phone I already have. I was told by the agent that my phone was not going to work on the network. So he went in about how I could get a ******* A15 5G free, just pay $50 for a month of service. ****. Well, I went online and was able to activate my phone just fine. No problems whatsoever. I called right back and asked them to cancel the order. No, they can't do it. I had to wait until I got the phone and returned it. ****. So, I get the phone. Never even open it. I call to initiate the return process. They told me I should receive a refund in 10 business days after they receive it. I wait and wait. Nothing. Call back. They tell me, they're looking over device and asked for more time. Fine. It's been 20+ business days now. I call back. Now, after they have informed me multiple times I will get a refund, I am told the phone was free and they cannot issue a refund for the service. Mind you, this is service I never used, never activated. They supposedly don't even have a way to refund it. So they're, in effect, saying they have stolen the money. This is really bad customer service and a bad business practice.

Stopped service and removed my bank info but they saved it and overdrafted my bank account almost 500 dollars and refused to refund it

They scammed my daughter. She ordered phones fully paid for and they canceled them right before they were delivered with no explanation as to why. They they said she had to wait for a refund until the devices that they never delivered are shipped back to the warehouse. How do you cancel someone's order with no explanation and hold their money? This is poor business practice. The phones were not financed. The service is prepaid. What makes you ineligible 10 mins before delivery? They need to be shut down

I called Boost Mobile customer service to cancel my account. I waited on the line for over 10 minutes before reaching a representative. When I stated that I wanted to cancel my service, I was deliberately stalled, and eventually, the call was disconnected without resolution. I attempted to call back but received no meaningful assistance. This behavior is unacceptable and appears to be a deliberate attempt to prevent customers from canceling their service.

Boost Mobile at the *********************************************************************** is the utmost unprofessional, violent, and crucial location! Management feels entitled and is allowed to be aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful to their customers. It is absurd to experience such behavior that includes yelling, violent and offensive body language, and threats from leadership. This matter must be expeditiously handled. As leadership should not act in this manner and it should not be tolerated to make someone feel unwelcome, be bullied, and attacked! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

We had a stolen phone, since they can't send you a text to stolen phone, they have to verify you, they send you through a lengthy verification process, and if you mess up ONE answer, it throws you out of the system, and they tell you to call back in 72 hours, I have gone through this with them FOR DAYS on end, JUST TO CANCEL SERVICE, They do everything within their power to try to not let you just do a simple cancellation, now I will have to go find a Boost Mobile Store and show ID to get it done, They are the worst, I will never go through them again!

I've been with Boost Mobile for 10 years. I recently purchased a new phone (iPhone16e). Paid for the phone in full because of the incentive of getting a year worth of service for free. Come to find out that the deal is false advertisement and they refuse to honor the promotion. In the process to contact my lawyer to sue for false advertisement. I would not recommend Boost Mobile as a mobile provider because they are deceptive and rude.

Horrible experience all around! 1. Paid double for a $150 dollar phone whole reason I switched to boost for the Razor.2. I signed up for the $80/month for two lines no insurance, for the first three months I was charged $100+ because they were secretly adding insurance on my Razor that I never wanted and I called customer support everytime it happened, they lied straight to my face never took it off tell I demanded to talk to a manager, never got my money back or any store credit.3. My Razors screen just breaks and went black I called to see what they can do, they said it was still under warranty so send the phone in and they can see what they can do, I sent the phone in they told me a week max, the end of the week they call me saying they can't do anything due to a chip in the camera warranty doesn't cover that, okay whatever I tell them just send the phone back because I'm not paying $400+ to fix it like the phone isn't even worth that much I could just buy the new Razor for that price, it's been a month now and I'm just getting more runaround than ever, customer support has no idea what their doing neither does the warranty people, all they do is transfer me back and forth than hang up on you after a hour on hold, I have all the phone calls recorded definitely leaving complaints everywhere and talking to a lawyer if there's anything else I can do! DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND BOOST UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AWAY LIKE THEIR NAMES DIDDY!

I would leave zero if I could my son's phone previously broke and I was trying to get the number switched to another phone. When I tried to log in the app it wouldn't let me because I no longer had access to his phone. I tried to chat online and told me to put in the password on the website, which only offered to send verification to his phone that I no longer had access to because it was broke. I ended up calling customer service gave them my name and social which obviously wasn't enough!! For verification they asked me a series of questions that either were from 2004 or things I had no idea what they were talking about. Just not understanding if I have the card number you've been taking auto pay out with my social security number and name what the heck does did I own a 2004 car matter. The whole time after the verification process she was trying to get off the phone asked to speak to the supervisor waited about 10 minutes for that on top of the like 40 minutes I wasted to get told they can't verify me. Completely unhappy with them definitely switching to another phone company.
