      Wont give me old cell phone numbers back since they wont let be happy with another carrier and my old number, I personally dicrimated against a post keeping something happy!!!!!

      I was going to leave boost Mobile they put me on with the retention department made me an offer to stay and I refuse but then they counted with another offer. A free phone and 6 months with the service for $15 I couldn't say no. The operator didn't really know how to get the promotional phone on there so what she did was add another line to my account with a free phone so she could get the free phone shipped she never took the other line off they charged me $21.49 for the other line and refused to take it off they said it was put on on the web I have there's a recorded phone call I spoke to a manager who basically laughed at me and refused and started telling me just to be transparent that they were not going to be able to give me a refund for a product or service I would like to say that I did not ask for I have not used it has not been activated I still have the *** card unopened and they refuse to put the refund over to my boost account just to pay my phone bill I did not ask for this service there's a recording because they record all their phone calls of how it went down if they don't remove this from my bill my disability lawyer is going to put me in contact with the lawyer for consumer affairs and $21 is going to turn into thousands of dollars cuz I'm going to ask for legal fees time off work I'm going to ask for all of that and then some y'all have purposely tried to deceive me. Purposely tried to blame me when it was clearly your fault and even the phone call before this which is also recorded a course the operator States is much he says he can see what happened but he can't refund it because the system I don't care if they can't refund it because the system it can always be overriding all they have to do is put it into the escalation team they refuse they told me no. And even went as far as to ask me for the phone back h*** no. Better Business bureau is just a start I'm going to use everything I got to spread this to everyone everywhere that's nasty boost

      I've had boost mobile for little over a year never had an issue with them until now. I recently ordered a phone and went to return it and was refunded incorrectly into a credit. I wasn't refunded properly spoke with agents and managers finally got it fixed. But bill came out as if I owed more than what I owed was charged twice. Informed agent over the phone claims I never paid my past months bill and now bill shows for $302.99 this past 2 months has been h*** trying to get everything corrected. I am honestly over it. It isn't my fault I was credited wrong and the billing still shows I owe for Aug/Sept. I have never had an issue with my bill but I keep getting emails for credit. I have pages of chat reports and emails from higher up managers trying to correct the situation. Now I am very frustrated I'm being charged for 2 months when it should only be once. I wish I never even thought about adding an additional line I wouldn't be in this screwed up situation nw. If anyone ask me about boost I may have to give a negative impact on this company because there is too many hands in one pot and has screwed up my account tremendously.

      They do not explain the terms of the agreement fully at time of purchase. Said my monthly payment would be $30. But after 3 months it went up to $60. When we tried to go with another carrier Boost locked our phone.

      coverage is iffy, and when SIM card failed, it was near impossible to do anything because, well, my phone didn't work. I finally was able to take three hours from work and with another person's phone got the new eSIM. That was a week ago, and I am once again unable to make calls, or receive codes from Boost to verify (because my phone again is NOT working), leaving me stranded. **************** agents are pleasant but unable to do anything and it's unreasonable that the coverage is so bad even when my SIM is functioning. I was drawn by the low price and it's not worth it.

      I went to Boost Mobile in ******, Mo. I purchased a new phone, I took the phone home and it was getting real HOT to touch when I was using it and when it was pugged in to charge it. I also kept getting pop *** on the phone, non stop all day long. I tried to fix and block the pop *** but it didnt work. So I called the boost mobile store and I went back there to have ****** fix it. She looked at the phone and she messed around with it and she tried to tell me I was plugging it in wrong and thats why it was getting hot. I told her, ****** theres only 1 way to plug in an electric device, she was getting mad at me because Im in the store . she was not able to fix the phone so I asked for a refund, and she first said OK, then 5 minutes later she said , NO, YOU CANT GET A REFUND. She was going to charge me a $ ***** restocking fee, and then she said I would not get my $ ****** back that I paid for the phone. I asked her for the managers phone number , she refused to give it to me. I then called Boost mobile 611, customer service , they were ***et to hear about my interaction with the store/******. Boost mobile sent my to ******** customer service and they helped. But now the pop *** are still coming on the phone, not as bad as it was . I just want a new phone. I believe she sold me a used phone for the price of a new one. this business is shady. I had gave her a tip $, I trusted her and I feel that she is taking advantage. I want the owner to call me, and fix this issue.

      I was a customer for 15 years, and this company made it very difficult to switch to a new carrier. It took 7+ hours on the phone and still wouldn't release my number. Then, after all that they debited my card for $58 after the fact. Horrible coverage and predatory bill practices.
