      I bought 2 new phones and they're basically paper weights they never sent new sim cards for their "new network" and though their website states the sim cards are free to upgrade to since I'm an existing customer, customer service and the store said I have to pay 10-25$ per card. I called customer service the day I received the phones and they said it was a mistake and we'd receive the cards for free in 5-7 days, 9 days later and I'm being told I need to pay for **** and activation. 5y customer.

      Boost Mobile doesn't deserve 1 star. I have been calling for 2 weeks to have Boost unlock my phone as I can not switch carriers because they have the phone locked. I am getting the runaround about the system being down. I will NEVER use Boost again and have spread the word to my friends and family. This isn't good business practice. You want to keep your customer's happy. All I wanted to do is unlock it to sell the phone and buy a new phone to remain with Boost. With this runaround and making excuses so they don't unlock my phone, I am going elsewhere for my cell phone provider. Looking at the overall review here on the BBB, guess I should have read the reviews first before going to Boost. Oh and you have to wait a full year if you buy a phone with them (whether in payments or paid in full (which I paid in full - cash) before they unlock the phone - it's in the agreement.

      If there was anything less than zero starts I would have given them that. I have a pre-paid plan I want to cancel. I called customer support. They sent me to a 'retention ****** who was unable to cancel my plan. I also noticed they placed my credit card on 'auto pay' even though that was not my intention. Today I tried callign again. They sent me to retention ***** again. This time I was on hold for a long time. Then the call got dropped. I am beyond frustrated. What do I have to do to cancel my plan and make sure they do not continue to bill me? I will never use them again.

      I paid my monthly bill at the end of March (3/30/2023) to continue service for the month of April .. I get a text message from Boost that confirmed my bill is paid on March 30th. Then I get a text message on April 2nd that my payment is due by April 4th or my service will be cut off...when I already paid. I'm so tired of this for the past couple of months I am switching to another cell phone company ASAP!

      Absolute worst customer service by far!! I have never written a bad review about anyone before now. I have called them 11 times in the last 9 days because I ordered a phone from them that never was sent to me. Each time I called I was assured my phone was on its way, to just be patient, wait, and got a different excuse as to what the "issue" was and what they supposively fixed. I finally asked to speak to a supervisor because my phone still hadn't been shipped as promised the day before, and before that, etc. They refused to connect me to one and when I persisted got hung up on. I called back and they said a supervisor wasn't available. They wouldn't take my number to have a supervisor contact me when they were free. They wouldn't tell me when would be a good time to call back. $1,234 phone and I'm supposed to just keep waiting for a phone thats never going to come because no one fixed the error in the system causing the delay. I've never been so frustrated with the customer service I've received. The absolute worst.

      We have been trying to get help with their customer service for over 5 hours and keep getting the run around. No one at the stores can help us or will help us. My recommendation would be to stay away from this company. Their customer service cannot and will not help you.

      The offer was for 50% off the $25 monthly fee. I signed up and they requested to leave a credit card number on file and under the request they said that the credit card would not be charged until the activation of the phone was complete. Immediately following that phone call the charge was put on my credit card I haven't even gotten the chance to get the *** card or activate my service and I didn't have any intention of doing it until the end of the month. The first phone call I made to boost their customer service department, the man was very rude told me he had no solution to my problem when I asked for financial services or his management he said that there was no such department that there was nowhere to transfer the phone call to and there was nothing more he could do for me and hung up. The second time I called the gentleman could barely understand what I was saying so that call was a bust. On the third phone call the representative that the service was simply paid for and sitting there waiting for me to use, that the reoccurring charge would not happen until the following month which I don't believe. He suggested that he turn off auto-pay on his end and when you don't use auto-pay you pay $10 a month more. He gave me no solution to my problem and no way of resolving it at all. I'm still out the money that I paid for the first month and I haven't even gotten a *** card yet. Disservice has not been activated therefore everything that they put on my contract was false and fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE!!!!

      Stay away from Boost. Most miserable experience Ive ever had with a mobile phone service. It all started when I got my free IPhone XR in November 2022. First of all it was a used phone (not refurbished). The battery capacity was 80%. The aluminum was worn and paint was falling off. I immediately called the store I bought it from to return it and they said to call some third party company and make a warranty claim. I called at least 20x and spoke with numerous people and two months later I was told they wouldnt cover the warranty because I didnt have insurance. Seriously, they really said that. I could go on and on about the rest of my miserable experiences with Boost but Im getting a headache just thinking about it.

      Boost is so horrible! I bought and iPhone 14. I was told first that I wouldnt be able to use it, then I was told I needed to be on the new network and so they switched me over, and now they cant even activate my iPhone 14. This company is a disaster! They dont know what they are doing over there!

      I would not give them a single star, starting in February after a forced update locking in autopay. I'm not able to stop service or take my credit card off of their service desk. Filed a ticket to cancel, unlock my phone and to port out it has been a month, now I have a locked network, no phone service and being told to be patient their working on it, meanwhile stay home and use wifi
