      When Boost switched to the new format of their website and Login portal both Myself and my daughter lost access to our accounts and the ability to make payments. I called and tried with tech support to resolve the issue multiple times and multiple hours. To hear from their own support that they have had this happen to multiple accounts and they are trying to resolve it but they do not have an ETA of when it would be fixed. So I asked for a transfer PIN and had to sit on hold for an hour while getting transferred 4 times to someone who could give that information. The next day my daughters payment was do and they locked the phone and stopped service before the due date was over. We tried to log in and had the same experience as with my account. Asked to transfer her phone out went through 4 people again to get the information needed. Go to the new carrier and find that Boost had put a lock on the phone so we couldn't transfer phone. Spent an hour on the phone with Boost support to get to a supervisor that could unlock the phone to be told that the ticket was not submitted to unlock the phone until I called and that it would take another ***** hours to approve even though they had the authority to unlock it. On top of it my daughter had purchased the phone herself and did not finance so they locked her device to their system so it would be harder to take it to another carrier. So now I have a teenage daughter that does not have a way to be contacted or contacted if there is an emergency.

      Worst company you could deal with. Not only do they give you the runaround for a refund but they don't even process the ticket. DO NOT even try to get service with them you will regret every moment. I guess there's a reason they are so cheap. Probably going bankrupt soon

      I am confused about a couple things. #1 how can BBB possibly have boost mobile as an A+ business if they really take everything into account they claim? Boost has a 1.5 star BBB customer rating and is about that same # over the internet. Boost mobile under dish network ***** in every area.In one place BBB says it takes customer complaints as part of their rating. Really? Then how can you possibly give them an A+? I wonder if this isn't another instance where businesses can buy ratings by donating to BBB, because boost mobile should have a D- or F rating. Just because boost responds to BBB does not mean they are an honest , reputable, trustworthy or dedicated company towards it's customers.

      Been with Boost Mobile for years. All of a sudden the phone stops being able to call out or receive calls. My bill was paid and never cut off so I call customer service and speak to the manager who hung up on me. I have my son call and they tell us the phone was not being used properly so they suspended my account but it will be back on soon. When we asked how, they said they dont even know, it could be for talking too long on a call. We asked so you would cut off someones service for talking too long? They said were not saying thats it but yes. This service is terrible. No service for two days now and dont know when it will be on!

      Boost is a garbage service provider, I broke up with my ex in ohio and moved to michigan and we fell out and boost allowed her to call and report my phone lost or stolen and to cut my phone off while I'm in a whole nother state just because she knows my pin number, at the end of the day i don't give a fuck about a pin number my beef is how the fuck do boost let a mf report a phone lost or stolen that does not belong to them? Boost fucked up and need to go out of business, do not and i repeat do not get Boost as a service provider cause when the shit hit the fan you will be the one screwed in the end fuck boost

      On February 8 at 6:30 am I received notification from boost mobile that they received my payment ( I have auto withdrawal) at 7:30 am I received a notification that they shut my service off for no payment. I called and the guy assured me they didn’t get a payment, I called my bank and they assured me the payment was taken out of my account. I have had nothing but problems with boost mobile so I switched to another company and stopped payment. BEWARE OF BOOST MOBILE!!!

      On 2/7/23 I received a text message at 2:20 am from Boost Mobile that my payment was received. My phone service was blocked by 7:00 am for all phone and text messages. I checked my bank account, the $50 payment was processed.
      I call boost mobile at 8:00 am regarding this and was told my phone would begin working within 4 hours. By 4:00 pm my phone still not working, I call boost mobile again. I was told now that I would still be without service for at least 48 hours. Boost mobile received payment but yet I’m being penalized because of their administrative issue? This is unacceptable! My mother is on hospice and dying I cannot be without phone service! I demand this be fixed immediately! I also demand that my next months service charge be credited for the amount of days I am without service!

      Absolutely horrible service all ******* on the phone who laugh at you and hang up on you and lie to you. Charged my debit card for 4 months wouldnt let me cancel. Asked for a manager every time I called to either get hung up on laughed at told the same thing over and over like a parrot. When they did transfer me to be told I need a 4 digit pin to cancel and I tell them the pin and they say its wrong. Had to come down to inconveniencing myself and canceling my debit card and having to wait 10 days for another one and have ***** fraud department go after them and get me my money back for the four months I didnt need to use their service and they told me that it was canceled on the first call lied to me and kept my card information and continue to charge it. Worst service you could ever use even if you just need a work phone thats all I had it for use TracFone or any other service besides boost mobile they are the most horrible service Ive ever had encounter with and I normally dont have a problem with anyone!!!!

      I have had nothing but bad service with Boost Mobile! They sell you service that ends up being the worst I've experienced. I am month to month I purchased my phone which is not good at all now I find out that unless I keep it 12 months my phone is locked and can't be used for any other carriers. They trap you for a year! I want to warn customers of their shady business practices. I now am stuck with bad service with a shady business... If I switch now I wasted the money I just paid for this phone plus have to buy one through the new company. No one deserves this type of customer service and poor service that ********************** provides. I am on a fixed income and can't afford this!!!

      I purchased a phone online. Accidentally asked for a extra **** card but I never received it. Called and canceled it. Have been charges 3 times for a phone line never used, never activated by me. Called multiple times to resolve issue and requested a refund Never refunded. Line still have not been cancelled. **** told multiple times but multiple agents of boost it was cancelled. Now told I cant get refund because past 14 days but when requested it was within 14 days. Horrible experience.
