      Boost has no loyalty to their customers. I have been a customer since Virgin ********************** and ********************** will give new customers all these deals, but not the customers who have been with them. They cut your data, you have service interruptions. I don't know how they are still in business. I called to see what they could do for me as far as a better plan, after they tricked me into an "upgrade" which wasn't. The only upgrade was the cost. I let them know I will be looking for another carrier, I was asked if I need the information to take my number with me! Now that's some customer service!! STAY AWAY FROM **********************!!

      Poor ***************** My son lost his ******************** phone so we decided to go with ******* due to having promos AND BETTER NETWORK all together. Boost customer service refused to provide me with the account number and transfer pin because we couldn't receive a call on that phone line specifically even though there are 2 lines on my family account AND I am the owner and payor of the bill. Their solution was I go to my local Boost Store...PROBLEM IS, OUR LOCAL BOOST STORE SHUT DOWN DUE TO LACK OF BUSINESS and the closest one is almost an hour away in EVERY DIRECTION. Not even the supervisor would do anything. I could provide my name, address, phone numbers, date of birth, social, account PIN and they still REFUSED to assist us. BOOST MOBILE will not last with this type of customer service. I should be able to access that info over the phone with verifying who I am with all my personal information and the fact they called and confirmed the other line on my family plan just fine. Their store agents charge you for help and tell you to call **************** for free, then when you don't have a local store and call customer service, they don't provide you the customer service you deserve for being a loyal customer for more than 5 years on auto pay never missing a payment ever.

      Long time customer, originally thru Virgin **********************. Recently, Boost apparently upgraded their phone so to "Boost One."For past several days I have attempted to gain access to Boost One both thru the App and on my PC with no success.Boost One will not accept/recognize either my email or cell number so I can enter their system. Yes, I have called CS, they switched me to the appropriate department, that department told me to try again **** few days! I told them that I don't have time for this Mickey ***** bs. It's not my fault that they brought out this so called new app, Boost One prematurely, b/4 all bugs worked out!I'm outta there! I don't care even if I have to pay more for phone service!Closing, I'm also so tired, fed up with telling CS, to either speak up or slow down or both! I'm 68, retired and do not deserve this c*** and nonsense!

      Horid. Everyday its a new issue, latley I cant even get or send SMS messages, acording to Boost no issues at all perfectly fine, walk in to the store and ask whats up, sit there 2 hours while they poke at it and the only solution is you need a new phone. This is only the 7th phone I have had to buy in 6 months from them to 'fix' the connectivity issues. The *** is just awful, I dont know what they did to this phone, I have a Galaxy with Virgin, zero issues had it for over 2 years, Boost this is ************** phone in 6months. The newest one has the gps says I am in ***** *********** *** :|Boost, Close the doors, close business, LEARN TO RUN A BUSINESS!You pay Doble the monthly fee then most providers for non existent service and if you need support they want more money. Virgin 1 Phone $300 bucks, 2 years zero issues, Boost 7 Phones $300 a pop at most 3 weeks usability before it losses connections to there network and your stuck on WiFi 5G, Full Bars, No 'Network Issues' to boost means NO SERVICE

      I ordered a phone on 12/19/2022. I called and canceled that order the same day, but It had already shipped. The boost warehouse received the phone at ************** and received by ********************* and held the phone there due to the cancelation request. It arrived at that IN wsrehouse on 12/21/22. I have been calling Boost Mobile weekly to get a status on my refund. I'm still calling them as of today on 1/25/2023 and they are telling me my case was updated but will not provide a refund status to me because they don't know when it will be completed. I now have a third case number with Boot Mobile which i had, and the latesr one was on 1/21/23 l put in the system by ****. I talked to *** today 1/25/23 and she has escalated it again. They told me on 12/21/22 that they would refund me $74.89 within 10 to 14 business days. Does 1/25/23 equate to 10 to 14 business days. They receive their payment for the service on time every month. I since ordered a different phone and its been activated. They continuously change their story ever time I speak with them. I need an answer. I cannot get a response from them. Buyers Beware!!!!!

      Trying to return a phone and get my refund. Spent 4 hours talking to no less than 7 customer reps. Had to tell each one my story even though they informed me that they are documenting everything. Each one telling me to disregard the previous persons input. I still have yet to get a answer . I am going to seek legal action soon, I will not spend another hour on the phone with them nor will I ever buy anything from them on line. They are the worst company I have ever encountered.

      This is an awful company. My INTERNET never work!! I can send iMessages! Then *** been having problems since October 2022 and its January and they still saying the same thing.. TOWERS ARE DOWN!! I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!!! Then force you to pay your bill when you havent even used all the internet from the previous month! Thats robbery!!! Worst phone company everrrrr

      F- service. How does BBB have them with an A+ rating? Got SIM card. 6 HOURS with tech support & phone still won't work. Reset settings, etc & customer support is clueless. Finally had to dispute charges with credit card company.

      I've been with Virgin Mobile, who got purchased by Boost, for over 10 years. On 12/22, Boost closed my pre-paid account without notifying me. I'd just made a $35 payment on 12/20. I called customer service, was told that, in order to get my service back, I must pay $35 activation fee and make a pre-payment of $35, or I would lose my number. So I ended up paying triple for December.In January, I filed a dispute with my bank for $35 from 12/20. A few days later, on 01/17, Boost suspended my account. I got a text message that I must make a payment to have my account restored. My payment due date is the 22nd so the service had been paid for. I called customer service, they filed a ticket, said to wait 24 hours. After a day and a half, I called again. Was told 48 hours. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Was put on hold for 1/2 an hour, then the line disconnected. Next day I called again, was told 72 hours. Asked for a supervisor, waited 40 minutes. Supervisor said my line was suspended because I filed a dispute. Mind you, my service had been prepaid for until the 22nd of Jan. ** said it can take up to 72 hours for the ticket to be processed. I must wait. Can't file a new ticket, because they will cancel each other out.I also did a few chat sessions, and these agents were less than helpful. Just using scripted "polite" BS responses, no real help.On the 20th, desperate, I made a payment. Called customer service the next day. Was told - 24 hours for service to be restored. Was told to restart my phone, but of course, it didn't work.Called again on 01/22. The agent said he did the process of restoring my service, now it can take one hour or more. If I don't have service, I should call again with the ticket number. So now, having paid multiple times, I have been without a phone for 5 days. I would switch to another company in a heartbeat, but it would mean having to purchase a new phone, and I don't want to spend yet more money.Each customer agent gives different info.

      Boost mobile did the same thing to me and wont refund my money back to my bank accounts or my boost mobile account and they turned off my service on me and my children and I cant get to my Kemo treatments because I cant call the tranportion to pick me up and I have no food because I cant call the ride to pick me up to go food shopping and thier costumer service Agents are rude and very disrespectful and scamming people out of their money and misleading advertising and no they are not supposed to add your debit cards without your permission and you should *** them and file criminal charges because I was with boost mobile back in **** and it sounds like all of them are from overseas and scamming people out of there money and delete your payment history and claim that they cant see the over charges and they didnt know that I screenshot everything and back up all the evidence against them and I will never go back to boost mobile again because some either ***** or ***** owner or apart of it because thats all the Agents are and they lie and really try and tell me that they really dont see no payment history on my account today and they have been illegally charging my debit cards for devices and sending them to the wrong address and since April they havent refunded my money for the four sim kits for ***** a kit each and three ******* A02 devices and charge me for ***** per device and charge me for a iPhone 8 ******************************************************************************************************************** with the iPhone thats keeps over heating since April and trying to make me pay for the iPhone SE which I am supposed to receive for free and I really done had it with BOOST MOBILE I HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS PROBLEM TO GET BACK ALL THE OVER CHARGES AND PAIN AND SUFFERING THAT BOOST MOBILE HAS CAUSED MY LIFE EVERY SINCE SWICTHED TOO THEM AND WHEN I MISS MY TREATMENT I AM VERY SICK RIGHT NOW THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND I APPRECIATE YOU GUY
