      Horrible. Boost Mobile needs to be investigated for Fraudulent Transactions. I paid my account through the App for $52. They proceeded to charge my account two more times for $104 total. Now that they have posted to my account, I can move forward with a transaction dispute, as well as a fraud dispute through my bank. Apparently this has affected other customers and is ongoing. I encourage users to read the Boost One App Reviews and proceed with caution. No one should go through this. They're customer support is terrible and don't process refunds. At this point they are knowingly and willingly taking money from customers (theft) and not providing a solution and continuing the practice and affecting many more people (fraud)

      They are literally trying to rip people off! Been with Boost for over 15 years with no problems until they decided to interrupt my service two weeks after I paid my bill for the month. I called and spoke to one of their agents who said because of their new billing cycle or whatever my account was suspended but that they were going to put a ticket in to get it corrected. Long story short after calling in 4 times and spending about 5 hrs total trying to get this corrected, I was told by a supervisor that because I paid through the old system( which I was never notified of a new one) that they couldn't see my payment but that it didn't matter anyways because their new billing system said I needed to make a payment two weeks after I made one to keep my service good. I was also told that I needed to pay $60 for unlimited even though I've been paying $50 for years and was never informed of plan changes or a new correct way to pay into their system. At this point I will gladly take my services elsewhere and I will definitely let my family and friends know to do the same. Boost use to be really good about taking care of their customers needs but now they're just trash!!!

      horrible customer service. fraudulent business practices. I was wrongfully charged and Boost refused to do anything about it. the customer service agent did not transfer me to a supervisor

      If I could give zero stars,I would. Boost Mobile has the most incompetent customer service ever! They gave me the run around for weeks and I have yet to receive my refund. They screwed up and expected me to fix the issue. When asked to speak with a supervisor,my calls were dropped...or I was left on hold for over an hour. Would not recommend ??

      Boost Mobile has the worst customer service in the phone industry. I tried to port in my phone number from another carrier and it was a nightmare. No one at boost customer can speak word of clear English. I asked to speak to someone else they hung up on me. I JUST CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT

      I have been with Boost Mobile for over 20+ years. And ever since they have gotten bought out I have had nothing but problems. I pay for a family that the price has changed again. Then I have unlimited talk, text and data with hotspot. And now I cant even access internet or my boost app. I have been using my personal home wifi to do anything on my own phone! I keep getting told lies after lies. Well boost has now lost a long time customer! No more dropped calls or no service to make calls for me! I am going to a different carrier!

      I dont know whats going on but boost hasnt refunded me ***** dollars for over charging me. *** made ample attempts at this point Im beyond frustrated!

      Boost mobile is the worst phone company in the business. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years. I have 2 accounts applied a payment to the wrong line. I immediately called and ask them if they can fix this and simply apply the payment to my other account. The guy I talked to said yes no problem we can do that but its going to be ***** hours. I said ok no problem. Its been 6 days and I am still waiting. I called to see why it hasnt been done you to keep get transfer to another agent or just simply getting hung up on. I was on the phone 4 hours to speak with a manager *****. She assured and promised me this will be resolved by the next business day. ***** told me a bold face lie to get me off the phone. This says a lot about boost management team who puts a person in a position of management to boldly lie to their customers just to get them off the phone. **************** agents are trained very poorly they dont have no clue or answers except (Im sorry) is all they say. Then put you on hold another ***** minutes or say they are going to transfer you and simply just hang up on you. Only to call back and get another inexperienced rep to tell your situation all over again. This company is the worst phone company in the business dont waste your time or money here. Go where a company values their customer business and appreciates & takes care of issues. Its definitely not Boost all they care about is money. They dont EVER have issue with their payment system. They make sure that always working just fine. You been warned, I promise they will never get a ***** of my hard earned money. This company is the worst

      Literally SAD AT THIS POINT. I've been with boost approximately 13 years and I don't know what happened but at this point, I'm tired. Boost no longer carries the $50 plan I've been on for years. All of a sudden they don't have the unlimited $50 plan anymore, which I had no idea, the name of the company has changed from boost mobile to boost One and its been down hill since. I purchased a boost up prepaid card to pay what I thought was a $50 bill but was informed that plan no longer existed now it's, $25 plan $60 plan and higher. So I was put on a $25 plan which left a $25credit on my account, because I don't care for boost service any more and will be switching carriers, I contacted boost customer service and asked could I have the credit on my account$25 refunded, I was told not only by customer service rep, but also by supervisor boost couldn't refund my $ I would have to take the boost pre paid card back to the merchant, which the boost prepaid card clearly states NO REFUND FROM MURCHANT. I still contacted the merchants after literally spending 3-4 hours being transferred to different departments within boost companies. And was told by ******************* Boost pays the merchant to merely load the money on the card. So that who would need to refund my money. How can a company so good in the beginning end up like this. Sincerely dissatisfied

      CUSTOMER SERVICE Worst ever, IF you can even reach them. The stupid automated system wont let you get anywhere. Was gonna try their service but the stupid system would not even accept the post office address. AND trying to get a hold of someone? FORGET IT. Glad I looked at reviews. T-MOBILE *****. They keep putting out these lame company's and try to practically give away their service. What a JOKE.
