      Limited service area. False promises on advertising. Tried to buy extra data to use for hotspot that specifically said it could be used for hotspot and didn't work. Contacted customer service and got BS excuse. Issues with top up cards not working. Can't use top up cards in app. Boost One app malfunctions. Signed up for what said was an unlimited data, phone, and text. Contacts customer service and they assured me I had unlimited data, but that was a lie. You only get 30 GB data. Then it throttles you. If you have hot spot data left, but are out of original 30 GB you can't use your hotspot even if you purchase additional data packs that say they can be used for hotspot. Can't use top up cards to upgrade service or add extras. Have to use debit or credit. **************** reps are not competent and do not resolve issues. Just give lame excuses why their service doesn't work as promised. Bait and switch constantly! DO NOT PURCHASE! Especially if you rely on hotspot for work or school!

      Boost mobile has the worst customer service I have ever seen ********************** is the least helpful carrier out. Boost mobiles phone support would lead one to believe they are on the phone with scammers. I would leave negative stars if at all possible.

      3 days ago my husband went to ***************** store buying phones new customer. Well when my husband got back he said he paid over $300. I said no way! I told him give me receipt he said the guy wouldn't give him 1 go to email. So I look for email and notice 4 email for activation?? We only have 2 phones one email offers downloading Boost One. First thing I see **** for $257. Open list for devices there is 2 phone # never seen before activated. Look at payment and 2 @$38 and 2 @ $60 1 "Recharge"? Call customer service right away sat on hold over 1hr 30 min I recorded call. She told me have to go to store there only ones that can do it putting in 2 tickets ******* & ******* explained her notes are in system so they can read. So went to the store next day and the ****************** started yelling and cussing at and threw me out of store saying theyare not refunding nothing. Called customer service again to see what I do now because they are not refunding and currentl bill is not fixed. Called 2 more times nobody can help just the store who refuses. I have pictures of charged and paid amount the 2 tablets/ charges, unexplainable charge ,RECHARGE $100. Along with call recordings

      They ain't even worth a single star. They store reps and customer service are a joke. And now that they're service is going down hill they are pulling some illegal and immoral actions trying to force customer retention

      Ordered a new sim card (new customer) which should have arrived within 2 days (they advertise *** 2nd day shipping) but it will take 1 week to arrive.The website's chat does not get you to a human and it is very limited in options and the phone support is a JOKE,After the long wait I get to someone that hardly speaks english and limited himself to tell me that "sometime 2day shipping take 5days" !??!?!?Note: You can't even send them emails!!!!!Suggestion: Go with MINT Mobile.

      I can not even provitrack phone. ZERO. This service **** completely ***** and I'll explain why. This morning I had an emergency call that I could not receive which led to my clients without any support. Around lunch time I noticed that I had not received any calls and went to make a call and could not. Then around 3, I receive a message through my son's tablet regarding my work related business. I for one promote communication and for no one to be able to get in touch with me regarding an emergency had me beyond angry. I furthermore called the customer service number and they too just could not help. Their services were down. I have had enough of BOOST MOB! They don't have issues deducting funds from my account monthly, faithfully...so with this being said I had to switch back over to cricket. At least they work with you or provide you with some sort of back up when it's their fault and not make the customer feel as if they are the blame. I need for BOOST MOB to get the BOOT...this is not a good service to have. I have been a customer for a year and the bull they doing, you better off going to ******* and getting a trackphone.

      The service is fine it's the customer service that *****. You can't talk to a real person without pulling teeth the stupid AI that they have on there is does not answer your questions clearly or it doesn't understand your question it's very frustrating and for this reason alone after 5 years I just might switch providers.

      ******* 6-1-23 Brought new phone in December 2022 from Boost was told I will receive an e-card via my gmail account. I called in April and was told i will get it in 7 days by my email, never received the e-card. I have called several times to be lied too. I am new customers to boost, I requested a supervisor and was told the wait time would be 1 hour. I have meet the requirements to have the e-card sent. I called boost today and was told I won't get it, why? I asked, I meet the requirements.

      This company is garbage. Always having technical issues. *** and say they resolved the issue but clearly did not. I would not recommend this mobile service to anyone.

      THE WORST EVER. Overcharged me on my debit card. They charged me for 2 phone bills instead of one. Everytime I call the customer service number they say their systems are down and to call back. The store employees are no help either. They just tell me to call customer service. ??
