      I bought a $10 2 GB extra for my phone all right it rang on 2 weeks and I never got it so I called to have my money sent back to my card they said it was going to within 72 hours well it's been 72 hours I call and now they're saying it's going to be a three to four more days before it goes on my card and this ain't the first time the first time they took $25 and they never sent it

      Bought a new phone from Boost and ever since my calls drop all the time. Took it back to the store and was told the problem isn't the phone, is the carrier, T-Mobile. Agent told me she can't switch me to ***** the other carrier. Drive home, call 888 number and tell them the problem. Says T-Mobile's satellite(s?) are under repair. Huh? Okay, switch me to ***** Told I have to drive back to the store and get a new SIM card, cost unknown by 888 agent, then call the ***************************************************** up to ***** Store is 12 miles away. Such BS. I've been a Boost customer since they took over Virgin. Avoid this company if you're smart. As ********************* used to say in her joke about ***** but now applies to Boost, "they don't care, they don't have to".(tried to leave a zero start rating but forced to select one star)

      They treat you like you're a prisoner rather than a customer and they straight out lied to me.Their ad on the website clearly states that you can buy 5 GB extra and use it for either hotspot or high speed data when I told them my hotspot didn't work they told me I couldn't buy more for it

      Since the merger of Dish and Republic Wireless the customer service has dropped to a zero rating. I'm unable to get a refund that has now been over three months.

      Republic informed me 1 WEEK AFTER RENEWING MY SERVICE BY PAYING FOR A YEAR's SERVICE that they do not take payment that way anymore. They had no problem charging my credit card $211.00 however. I requested that they cancel my service and issue me a credit to my credit card which they assured me that they would do. Instead they didn't cancel the service, didn't inform me of that, and issued the credit to that account that I didn't know was still active AFTER I requested it closed. I discovered this after a year of 'credits' when they started to charge my credit card for service again. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they are a total scam. There is no integrity involved with this business whatsoever.

      I have been trying to log into my BOOST MOBILE account for several days.I am an existing customer. I've been a customer for 10 years, I've had the same phone number and email for 10 years, nothing has changed. I downloaded the new BOOST One app and tried to log in and it will not let me log in, no matter what I do. I was never contacted about their new system change over as it claims they were supposed do on their website. I tried logging in as a new customer and it won't let me. I called ********************** 3 times,waited over 20 minutes each time only to get disconnected,after a few minutes of talking to a rep, which was extremely frustrating. I need help with this since there is no way for me to do it online. I tried the Boost Mobile website and got the same thing. I contacted Boost through INSTAGRAM messaging, since this is the only way they communicate with customers online! They DO NOT have an Email address, yet they send promotional emails! So how does this problem get resolved if I have no way to login and their customer service phone number disconnects while I'm speaking to a rep? I need to access my account and information! I have no idea where it is ending up! They need to help out their long-time customers and fix this problem ASAP!

      Would not recommend the only worker there is a Thief and she will take you're money.... I just paid my phone bill the 1st , gave her $200 and today my phone is off and she can't help plus their was 2 other men with the same problem.... worst place ever shut it down

      I have called boost every month for 3 months about my service my calls aren't coming in and when I dial out I have to dial the number and hang up like 4 times before it works. I don't pay a bill for my service to half work. This is real inconsiderate. My important phone calls goes to voicemail for no apparent reason.

      WORST customer service of any ********************** phone carrier in HISTORY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these untrained people who pretend to be service agents. Over 4 hrs, 7 agents, took my $15 payment and STILL didn't get the 5GBS of data. I asked to speak to a supervisor and there WEREN'T any??? Not another ***** if my money! Do not buy BOOST Mobile! Period!

      They took an auto payment 6/4/2023. When I checked my account ********************** Account they took a payment 5/4/2023, then two payments out on 5/26/2023 and a payment today 6/4/2023. when speaking with customer service (location ***********) said it was to keep the service from being interrupted. Why would it be interrupted seeing it was auto-pay I asked. Then I was told there was a glitch in the system and everything is be okay. We've been arguing with a representative for (3 hours 55 minutes at this point) to speak with a supervisor. We've been put on hold and they check with us to see if we're still on the line every ten-fifteen minutes.
