      Zero stars*After the new merge I opened the new app(BoostOne) only to see they had already added ALL of my personal information, including my credit card! Very illegal. After contacting customer support, I was highly dissatisfied with their response. I was clearly not speaking to someone who understood or spoke English clearly, which made it even more frustrating. They reassured me that yes it was illegal for them to add my credit card information like that, but did nothing about it. I have been a boost customer since 2018 and will be switching over to ******* so my personal information doesn't get stolen again. I would never recommend the new Boost Mobile to absolutely anyone, even if you're on a budget, it is not worth it for a company to save all of your sensitive information like that.

      Paid my bill in still can't use the internet. I been calling in just get the run around. Now it's a power outage some were??. That's what I get for beening cheap. They say 48 hours until the department fix it??. Time to shake the spot. **************** is grabge

      0 stars... Clearly training people to speak english is not a priority. If you can speak spanish or understand broken English dont bother. **************** is a joke. Also if your looking for a "pre-paid service" this is not for you. For years all you had to do was buy a phone and a card to activate. Now the first thing they ask for is your debit or credit info and nowhere in the fine print does it say that your S*** out of luck if you buy a phone and boost card but refuse to give a second hand establishment your banking info... Oh we will delete it they say. Dont fall for the scam of Boost Mobile. PS. id give it 0 stars if they'd let me.

      Boost mobile sold me a wifi hotspot with 2 gb service. This was last week about Wednesday that I received the product. I have tried to connect it, and it says the sim card is locked. I have called several times, almost every day, and sat listening to music for at most 1.and a half hours. They have told me to wait 24 hours at first. Still, no connection. Then, they had me go to the local store. They said that they couldn't unlock it, but customer service can. I am getting the run around by boost mobile. On top of all this, they signed me up for a second line, and I already have a government phone,.being I am disabled and in ********* Now, they want to charge me more than $30.00 and my bill was supposed to be $15.00, and I have nothing at all!

      Boost will steal your money. Order phone off their website and package got sent to wrong address. The phone was returned to sender and because it was bought as a guest and did not make a account they act like they cant find the purchase order. I have email of purchase, reference number and tracking number but they still wont do anything. All they do is hang up on you they wont even ask for reference number or anything if you didnt make a account with them. Just beware never use boost website to purchase a expensive phone now out 300 dollars and a phone

      I will just write what happened and you can make your own decisions about whether or not you want to enter into any agreements with this company. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Frankly, that's embarrassing for a company this size.My father and I walked into a store to switch our plans from T-mobile (another crappy company) to Boost Mobile as new customers. I asked about the plans. She offered two lines unlimited TTD for $80. My dad is 86 and isn't going to pay $40 for a line when he doesn't text or stream. He just uses the phone. He doesn't even listen to voicemails. She offered me a $50 unlimited TTD line and him a $15 limited line. After activating our phones with new SIM cards ($70) she told us to go home and download the Boost App. A half an hour later, we got home and downloaded the app. An ad popped up for a $25 unlimited TTD line FOR NEW CUSTOMERS. I called the store and they said we weren't new customers anymore because we activated the lines at the store. I said that's because the plan wasn't offered. They said there's nothing we can do because we're not new customers!!!!!!! I called Boost support on the phone and have spoken with multiple agents and "resolution managers" and "supervisors" and wasted HOURS of my life doing so. Bottom line, no one has the authority to fix THEIR mistake. It's a case of sorry about my luck. If a company cannot fix their mistakes (or are unwilling to do so), do you really want to do business with them?!?!?!?! Basically, Boost Mobile screwed us. The girl at the store said she's pretty sure she offered the plan..........like I'm going to say $25? Nah, I'd rather pay $50 for the same service. (not to mention the $25 plan also waives the $70 SIM card and activation fees!) I'm not attaching proof of purchase because of my credit card.

      I have never provided a poor review of a company, but I hope to spare potential customers the frustration and stress I have experienced as a result of Boosts horrendous service. On 12/31/22, they suspended my account indicating a payment was needed, despite the fact that my payment was not due until 1/19/23.* I made the payment anyway so that my service would be restored. After a few hours without re-activation, I called the support desk and was told it could take up to 48 hours to restore my service. I called back after 72 hours and was THEN told that the agent who submitted the 1st ticket input some incorrect information, and ANOTHER ticket was submitted. I was then told it would take an ADDITIONAL 72 hrs. I asked to have the issue escalated and noted that any other customer-focused company would have done anything they could to resolve the issue within the original time commitment of no more than 72 hours. (I should note that I was put on hold for ***** minutes each time I called). The manager just kept reading from the same script, saying the issue would be resolved within 72 hours. After 144 hours (6 days), I called again and was told the ticket was in process. I told the agent I was staying on the line until my service was restored. I was connected to a manager who told me my service would be restored within a day. Im still waiting to have my service restored! *Boost charged me twice on the same day on 12/20/22. On 12/26/22 I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. The bank provided a credit within a couple of days. That same day, I saw that Boost had provided a credit to my pending January 23 bill in the amount they double-billed me. I immediately notified my bank to let them know Boost had credited my account, and the bank immediately removed the disputed charge and rebilled by credit card on 12/28/22. Boost was therefore paid twice, but suspended my account 3 days later (on 12/31/22) for a bill that was not due until 1/19/23.

      ...I despise the incompetent way this "New" app is run, and am completely digusted by the customer service department...WHY pin the **** would you change something that WORKED so nicely before....ALL I'm trying to do is GIVE them more money to restart my plan because I've used my data...You used to be able to just "restart" your plan on the old app,not the NEW app though, not even an OPTION, oh, you can buy 2 GB of data, for *****, buttttt you can only do that once per billing cycle!...soooo, Boost doesn't WANT to make money?...I mean, if I want to pay my bill, and the very next day "restart" my plan and pay my ***** for unlimited (which is false advertising because unlimited means UNLIMITED, not 35 GB's and sorry if you've used it up)...ALL I'm trying to do is restart my plan, and Boosts incompetent employees on their payroll can't seem to figure out HOW to do this...These are people that you're supposed to go to for assistance, but are unable to do anything for their customers...CUSTOMER SERVICE?....more like customer DIS-SERVICE...A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT, FOREIGN SPEAKING IMBECILES....I WILL BE CHANGING COMPANIES, AND WILL LAUGH WHEN Boost crashes and *****...so, so, soooo dissatisfied...Their NEW app is USELESS, I can't even change my E-mail info on it, which isn't even MY E-mail...COMPLETE MESS of an app....ALL THIS, just because I wanted to restart my plan 10 days before my "pay by date"....I really have to believe THEY want to go bankrupt...with this many NEGATIVE reviews it won't be long....I JUST WANT TO RESTART MY DARN PLAN, JEEZ!...The old app, 60 seconds you were done...and happy, guess those happy days with BOOST are over...

      Boost has the worse customer service I've ever seen. If the Hispanic girl on the phone had actually listened to me I could have told her what I was calling about. But she was too busy talking to someone in the background who apparently thought it was a joke by the way they both laughed .

      I ordered two I Phones Ct from the Boost website. Went to the store to have them activated, the first phone was fine and was activated, but the second one the guy told me it was on the blacklist and reported stolen so it could not be activated! After having to prove that they were purchased from Boost and that both phones were brand new and not even refurbished the guy called the phone in and tried getting it released from blacklist. Told it was going to be at least 24 hours before that could removed. Was told I would get a call then bring the phone in, that was 4 days ago and still no call! The only other option was to send the phone back for replacement. I already checked and the same phone in any color is already sold out! If they are willing to upgrade it to I Phone 11 same color and memory that would satisfy my business with them! I am afraid once I send the phone back to them I will not hear another word from them or even get refund !!! After being a customer for over 10 years this might have to be my last dealings Boost Mobile. I am gonna report this issue to all authorities I can to get resolved Credit Card, BBB , and even TV News. So this issue gets resolved or hopefully not happen to someone else.
