      If i could i would do -10 stars. This is the most horrible customer service. Last month i made a payment and they took out 3 payments. I got 2 of the payments refunded which left 1 payment for the month. I woke up today 6/17 with a message saying my service is suspended. I called and was on the phone with a cs rep and demanded to talk to supervisor. I was on hold for over an hour. I was then hung up on. I called back and explained what had happened and the person fixing the issue was disconnected. I then called back again, spoke to a cs rep told her i will only speak with supervisor. She said okay it will be 20 mins. 20 mins later she said okay it is going to be 15. I was finally connected with a supervisor and she disconnected the call. I was so angry i had to wait a bit to call again. I am now on with the 5th person and he stated that my service should not of been turned off.

      Boost mobile takes money out of your account and they say they put it back but they didn't. Their customer service gives you the run around.

      Boost mobile has mislead and lied about providing services that Ive paid for. Ive never had issues Until April 2023. They charged my card and told me the card would be refunded. Called back with more problems and reminded Ive never received my refund also. Well they said they had no information on processing a refund. I never leave reviews but this felt like an actual scam. Choose a different phone company if you cherish every dollar you work hard for. Boost Mobile doesnt care about their long time customers. DONT GET BOOST.

      The ************* ever right now don't Kno what's going on never had a problem with them in 20 plus years I had with them till now it's Crazy so many problems that they penalizeng there customers for which is so ridiculous I've never and then they try to sweep things under the rug and act like you're not value customers so yeah this is just straight crazy like I've never had this much problem I've never been overcharged or charged $4 for going into a store to pay my bill I've never had a problem paying my bill online with boost Mobile until now where their system was not taking my card but the same card was taken in the store and was taxed four more dollars which is really ridiculous and crazy so yeah they're actually found another way to steal people's money without you knowing front like there systems down making you not use your card online making you go into the store so you can get taxed more dollars. Then when you call care your on hold for over an hour and a half for them to hang up with out getting the help!!! worst service by far

      Id like to start by saying I am completely disgusted with Boost mobile and its representation. They automatically enrolled my account in auto pay. Which I wasnt aware of. Then once my device broke I had no access to my account. Upon going to the store they didnt have any more devices that could take my SIM card. I ended up having to buy another phone with a totally different provider. However unbeknownst to me my account was still being charged $61.11. For three consecutive months they tried to take my money. They were successful because they hit my account every single day until the money was available. Now Im out of town on vacation for my sons birthday and lo and behold they hit my account. This morning they tried to take the money out of my account again but it was insufficient funds. I woke up got into the account and disabled the automatic payments. I then immediately called boost to resolve the problem and the representative was very rude and disrespectful. I called back a second time only to be disrespected again by a total different representative. This one even hung up on me because I asked for a supervisor. Both representatives were very rude and disrespectful once I asked for a superior. This type of business and behavior is totally unacceptable. And something needs to be done to stop them from stealing peoples money without their consent or knowledge.

      I bought a phone Saturday the phone is defective and they refused to exchange it don't buy from boost mobile in ************ buy ************* they service is no good.

      If I could leave less stars, I would. I've been a loyal customer of the same cell service since 2012. Since Dish Wireless purchased my previous carrier in 2020, I've had nothing but problems with this company. I was treated like my long-time business didn't matter. I was forced to purchase a new phone when the merger happened, despite the fact my brand-new phone was compatible. I was forced to pay for sim-card insertion when anyone with two brain cells could perform that task, and then when I was finally fed up with up enough to leave, when I tried to port my number to a new service provider, I had to fight for it and threaten to *** in order to do so. I haven't such terrible experiences with a company in quite some time. They treat their customers like their business with them doesn't matter, and their practices seem incredibly shady. This company caused me so much stress in the past few years that I truly hope they fail as a business. If you can afford better service, don't go anywhere near Boost.

      Boost Mobile has the worst CSR. They do not speak clear enough English for one. I paid my phone bill and my service was not restarted, when i called to ask about it the first lady told me that it all depends on when i paid it the month before. Which made no sense. Even though they already took my money and applied it to my account. After questioning her responses she decided to just go completely quiet as if she lost connection when i could tell she was still there. After calling back AGAIN i had gotten a lady that sounded exactly the same. In the past when i would change my plan it had always restarted THAT DAY (within ***** min) so i decided to do that and they lady told me it was processed, paused, then said it would restart the next day when she had just told me it all went through and should be good to go. After telling her that its never been that way before and asked to explain she argued with me and back tracked her conversation and changed her responses. When i asked to speak to a manager she claimed there was no manager, when i questioned that she then said she would give me a phone number WHICH WAS THE SAME NUMBER I JUST CALLED. THEN said they were all busy. When asking what her name was she said she cant give it out so i asked how i was to identify her when i call in a complaint. After about 5 min she finally gave me the letters ZFV to identify her which was EXTREMELY hard to understand due to her accent. When calling back a 3rd time the man told me i needed to calm down and that maybe he could help me after i said 3 times i wanted a manager because they took my money and lied to me he sort of chuckled and hung up on me. When calling again i asked for a manager and he put me on hold then came back and told me it would be a ***** min wait for a CSR. I told him thats not what i asked for and he told me fine he will get me a manager but it be ***** min wait. HOW IS THERE NO MANAGER ONE MIN BUT THE NEXT YOU HAVE TO WAIT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME FOR A CSR???

      Terrible customer service. Purchased phone. Not working. The *** card was wrong. The card came with the phone. Was on CS for hours since Thursday. Finally yesterday I told them I no longer wanted their service. Terrible phone. DO NOT GET BOOST MOBILE. I even to the store, the system was down.

      Boost mobile stole from me I had tried to order a phone that they advertise on they web site for **** so I was paying the **** on my debit card/ credit card boost mobile took ****** off my card I asked for a refund on the same day June 7 and on June 7 I told them I no longer want the phone they sent me a email on June 8 they was sending the phone I got the phone on Saturday I did not open it and today I took the phone to *** to send back and they don't want to give my money back also I had to pay ***** to ***** it back when I told them on june 7 I don't want the phone if I could give boost no stars I would
