      Had $100 fraud charge from this company. I called the 833 number that was next to my transaction on my bank account to resolve it but they pleasantly told me that there's nothing they can do because I don't have an account with them. Wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor or a billing department. Boost mobile is horrible and has terrific customer service.

      We have been with Boost Mobile for a couple years now (since they took over Virgin Mobile), and in the past 4 months, the service has severely declined. I am so unhappy with their service, and lack of customer service reps that speak English clearly enough that I am not understood, and I cannot understand them. We have 5 lines with them, and we are now leaving and looking for new mobile service. The data completely shuts down and then the phone is useless after just a couple hours of using it. We could not be more disappointed.

      I bought a Coolpad Surf Hotspot Device from ********************** on 10/3/2020. After I received it, I activated it on 11/8/2020 with the 50GB/$50 plan. After one year, Boost was transitioning to the ************* Network and my Coolpad Surf was not compatible. I bought a Coolpad Stream Hotspot Device from ********************** on 10/16/2021. At that time, ***** reassured me that no changes would be made to my current monthly plan of 50GB/$50. Everything would remain the same (same phone number, same plan). Every week I check on my Data Usage to make sure I do not go over. On 5/3/2023, I was sent an email from Boost that said it was in the process of transitioning to a new Account Login Platform and to wait until I received an email to update. I never received that email and so I could not get into my account to check on my Data Usage. It took over two weeks of trying to clarify the situation to no end result. The main problem was none of the **************** Reps understood that this was a Hotspot DEVICE, not a phone. They kept sending codes to the Device that I could not access because I couldnt get into my Account. I managed to clarify the situation myself by doing a hard reset on the Hotspot Device. On 6/4/2023, I noticed that I was now on a different plan called $50 Unlimited Talk and Text w/35GB, $30 AAL. I was told by *** that I did have 35GB of Data. But Data and Hotspot are two different things. In actuality, it said I had 24GB of **************** As of 6/20/2023, my plan now says I have 12GB of **************** I am now at 10GB used and still have two weeks left on my plan. That is NOT what I paid for. I went from 50GB/$50 to that in a matter of weeks. Needless to say, I will be cancelling. Thank goodness I caught this in the beginning and am only out $37.50 (which is of $50).

      Just switched a family plan of 6 & convinced tons of friends to drop Boost since they're a horrible carrier *************** customer service is just as bad, if not worse. Boost Mobile is switching towers & would rather gaslight their customers about questioning slow service or no service at all. Don't bother using Boost because it's a waste of money & then a waste of even more resources with customer service. I've had to speak to their "advanced technical support team" multiple times, they confirmed phones weren't the problem, Boost service is the problem, they put you on hold until your service cuts out & they don't have to "help" you anymore. Customer support literally just was condescending with me the final time I was on the phone with them. Just a bunch of people getting paid hourly to waste your time, they don't care if you switch carriers or not they say so *********************************** is taking your money to provide you with practically no service. Everyone that I know that has stopped using Boost, suddenly has perfect service with literally any other provider. BBB should allow negative star reviews. Not only is their ******************* service terrible but all of the apps they keep forcing people to use, such as visual ********************************** One don't work either. Boost is the punchline of a joke for phone service providers.

      Do not use this phone provider. They have NO customer service back ground. They could care less about you. The phone service ***** and when you talk to a supervisor in charge they say one thing they will do for you and does the totally opposite when you get off the phone with them. They don't honor refunds when they say they will. Stay away from this company.

      I purchased a hotspot plan with a hotspot device according to their ADs, but no device come with it then I purchased the device myself and I never even activite the seivice and they automatically enrolled my account in auto pay. Which I wasnt aware of. what a aweful company. Its the worst any kind company I ever dealt with.

      I have found that the people who work for boost are giving name and info to there family members and then they scam you all day trying to sell medical insurance and much more. It is ********* and *************** doing this. I have caught them many times. This should be investigating and shut down.

      This company changed the phone number of my friend- who speaks very little English - without her requesting this change and then they say they CANNOT change it back. RIDICULOUS!!!!!

      I'm a former Boost employee and I'm telling you now. Don't bother. The customer service is the worst bar none. For 5 months they've had me on the wrong plan, and yes I set the plan up myself at work. I'm still trying to straighten it out all these months later. Believe me, 2 tin cans and a string would be less frustrating right now.
