      It's only a star because I was forced!! I've been with boost for over a decade and they switched mobile applications and have problems in which affected a payment of mines where I was charged twice they kept my service on when I made the complaint so I charged for the month I was paying for and they refunded my other payment. Now my phone bill due I paid it and now they say I have to double pay which would be $180 dollars because they say they refunded both payments back on mistake another slip up I never had any problems like this before and will not continue to service with them!

      BOOST MOBILE is the worst company ever! They suspended my line because they say that I was making conference calls. They told me that I can port my number out to another carrier with no problem. It's been three weeks since I have been trying to port it out to another carrier, I tried to port it out to another carrier still the same thing. The error message says INACTIVE which is true the phone is not active there is no way you can port it out if it's not active. They continue to lie to me telling me that telling me there's nothing they can do to help me port out. I had my number for over 20 years and now they refused to give it back to me. They are the worst company I had to deal with. They continue to keep lying, no one is helping me get my number back. I am so tired I am ready to take my other lines elsewhere and leave that number for the.

      Deceiving company which advertise phones the do not have in stock. The pretend to get customers with inexistent phone deals. After eleven days of reaching out the terrible customer service asking them for my phone that never arrived. Finally they said the deal is over so I need to reorder the phone at the regular price. Of course it's in stock right now.

      Nightmare. I ordered my iPhone 12 with a month of $40 service on MAY 3Rd. Almost TWO months ago. It hasn't shipped. You can't talk to anyone but a bot in a chat and after an unnecessary runaround when you reach someone on chat all they say everytime is they have put in a notice for attention. I've done this numerous times and still no phone, no ship date. I paid $300 on what I thought was a great deal and now I'm stuck on this very old phone that barely works because I spent my phone money with BOOST MOBILE. I use my phone for my job and important things. You are actually COSTING ME MONEY!

      I have been a customer for *************************************************** for service/data not provided. Then they shut off my service that I prepaid for. 4 chats and a 40 minute phone call resulted in being told the only way to reactivate is to pay even more money. Avoid this company.

      I have been with Boost for several years and never had any issues until I was offered the "Infinite Plan" for $25.00 a month. I have been trying to work with Boost on an account issue, only to find that I have been charged double for *** and June. I was told that when I switched to their "Infinite" plan that it would cost $25.00 (plus taxes and fees it comes to $29.95) a month and my old account would be closed. The old plan was for $30.00 a month. I looked at my credit card statements online and found that I was being charged for both. When I called Boost customer service I was given the run around and not refunded the $59.90 that is due to me. I have tried to reason with them, but to no avail. I was told that I only had 30 days to cancel during my last call to them. Had I been told there was only a .05 difference, I wouldn't have had to change my number or use a new SIM card.

      I am having the same issue as others have mentioned. Boost took out my payment TEN TIMES . Said they refunded it. They finally did refund it then several days later took the funds BACK out of my account. Put my account over $800 overdrawn! Call back and they say we've refunded your$. I explained that they did in fact issue the refund then took it back. That all began May 27th. I STILL do not have my $. They then reissued the funds as a recharge to my Boost account. NOW when I call they say that didn't happen (I can see it on my Boost account transactions) and that there's only a $274 credit to my account. At this point I've requested the refund of THOSE funds and they say we've issued the refund, but they have not. This is SO frustrating! Currently on the phone with their customer service waiting for a Supervisor, who I'm sure isn't gonna do anything this time either. DO NOT USE THE BOOST ONE APP. if you just HAVE to utilize their service. If Boost Mobile

      I believe ********* are targeted by overseas telemarketers especially with Boost Mobile, the only thing they ever done for is escalate situations. I've been so paranoid I thought they were personally sabotaging my phone and now after reading a few of these comments I'm all the more convinced, as if calling and requesting to be provided the service that you are paying for is some type of trigger! I have been hung up on put on hold service restricted ive been refused the service of a supervisor unavailable customer service etc and there's always something with my phone or mobile data also only I thought it was personal, that is about the only thing I'm wrong about here metro pcs about the same

      My phone will no longer update, so i knew it was about to completely croak. I decided to go ahead and purchase a new one before it completely dies on June 5th through the boost mobile website. They shipped out my phone via **** Unfortunately *** lost my phone during delivery. When i contacted boost they stated that i have to deal with *** it is no longer their problem. So I contact *** and they state i can make a claim but since im not the sender of the package there is nothing i can do except contact the sender. So I have literally been going back and forth between *** and Boost neither companies have been of any help and now my phone has completely died. I am stuck with out a phone and the boost representatives will NOT give me a answer on whether they will refund me or send me a new phone. It is you have to wait 15 days, after those 15 days its you have to wait 5 days. Its an on going battle and i have not gotten my money back or received my new phone Ive paid for. It is completely pointless trying to talk to customer service you cant understand them, they always say there is nothing they can do, your constantly put on hold just to get hung up on to start the **************** again. I have yet to resolve this problem and will be reaching out to my credit card company to go after my money from boost since they are of no help.

      Terrible pre-paid company. I have had numerous issues with boost but the one that made menfinish completely was when paid for my bill and got out of my money and end up paying for more than double my bill because of there "new system". I was paying for my bill in attempt to get data for the weekend and I was told that there new system didn't allow ppl to have a new billing data so i wouldnt have data until that monday which was the 19. I had spoke to maybe ******************************************************************** to get data was to upgrade my plan to the unlimited plan for an additional 25$ and I did just that and I still didnt have any data. I notice a pattern of every representative also telling me that I would receive a notification with the next 20- 30 mins that my issue would have beeb resolved but turns out that wasnt true and i never received any data . I ended up speaking to more representatives because i was forced to purchases data packs for and 5$ a gig and I bought 3 of them by the end of the weekend. When the weekend was over I was expecting to least have everything covered but instead I woke up to an E-mail saying that my account had been suspended and that I need to add more which was beyond absurd because paid ******************************************* the first. Since then Ive spoken to several agents to get my money back and i still havent heard back from anyone like they said i would . At this point I just want my money back and to move on from Boost Mobile. You cant treat hard working people this way.
