      Worst customer service ever!!! I couldn't port in my number and all the representatives did were just asking me to wait for another 24 hrs - 72 hrs. After wasting my time for over a week, I finally got the phone number to their port department from my previous service provider and created a ticket with their backend team, but it turned out that they would never fix anything, and the only solution was to create a new account with new SIM card. I wasted another 2 weeks with another 2 new accounts and 1 new ticket with backend team, then I quitted porting my old number and would like to start with a new number since I couldn't return the locked phone after 2 weeks of purchase. The agent clearly mentioned that they submitted the request and the phone should be ready to use within 1 day or 2. I called in today to check after waiting for over a week, and turned out that they never submitted anything for **** am so tired, exhausted, and depressed due to this. JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!

      ZERO STARS!!! Deal offered to "upgrade" my phone on 6/15. Transaction accepted, and even posted to my credit card. 1 week later, phone not arrived, checked credit card and transaction is gone (not reversed, not credited, but gone altogether... how they did that???). I called last week, and they confirmed the ***** # I had, and said they were going to "investigate" the transaction. Then they told ME to call THEM back, rather than a normal company contacting ME on their findings. I called them back 7/3/23, and put on hold repeated times for ********************************************************************************************** and had to end the phone call. Dial tone, without any explanation. Called back, asked to speak to supervisor, had to re-explain everything, said I'm on que for supervisor. They checked back with me every 3 minutes to tell me another 5 minutes, until the call was again abruptly cut after 1 hour. Called again 10PM, and rather than keeping me on hold, they said Supervisors were gone for the day. I called twice on 7/4, and I immediately asked for supervisor, had to explain entire story again, only to be put back on que again, and called to drop after 90 minutes (seems to be their cut off time), always testing, er, uh, i mean checking to see if I'm still on hold. Today, 7/5 i chatted with ChristianHenry only to have that chat dropped after 20 minutes, 2nd chat started with ***********, who said the promotion is over, and they could not honor the price, even though my order is confirmed during their promotion period. Asked to talk to supervisor, and declined, chat ended. Looked for # online for corporate headquarters, with no luck. Obviously, I will be dropping this service after 15 years. Shame, they just don't care. I've seen hidden videos online of call centers putting people on hold, then laughing at the situation. This is exactly how I'm picturing this. Boost needs to be removed from ALL of the U.S. V Mobile was great. Shame.

      Boost suspended my account without warning or reason on 6-8-23 after several years of being a customer with NO late payments and NO missed payments.It has been over a month now trying to find out exactly why my account was suspended. I have been told repeatedly they can suspend an account for whatever reason they like. I have also been told various reasons like "it was excessive use of chat lines". I have never, ever in my life called a chat line. I have not called any "gotcha" numbers. Ever. I predictably call the exact same numbers I have called for over 10 years. But this does not even matter since they will provide no valid reason anyway.I went around in circles for over a month, at first trying to get the account restored. I was told so many different stories I lost track. It was being restored in 2 days. It will never ever be restored. It will be reviewed, then restored. It was a glitch. It was me, all my fault because of all of those chat lines. It was them. It will be fixed. It will never be fixed. They actually sent me 30 miles out of my way to a Boost location, assuring me they could help. The person at the location seriously told me "oh..they probably just wanted to get you off the phone. We cant help". Out of a need for an actual working phone I signed up with ******* and requested to have my phone number ported from Boost since it is linked with several clients for my job. Round 2. They refuse to port it. I should have no trouble porting it. They will help me port it. They will never help me port it. If I just do this-and-this-and-this they will port it. Nope. They refuse to port. And conveniently when I want it escalated the phone 'disconnects mysteriously'.I have been 'mysteriously disconnected' at least 10 times. And when you call back they want to start over again with a different person.They are a joke. I would like to start a lawsuit. They have caused tremendous problems with my work. I warn people to avoid this company at all costs.

      I've been a Boost Mobile customer for over 12 years with no issues. Last month I went to pay my bill of $90 via the app. Boost took $270, which they refunded $180 a few days later. A day after they refunded me, they drafted $180 again from my checking account, then refunded me again. A week later they took the $180 again. I called my bank who stopped the payment and blocked them. Last week went into store to pay in person to avoid the previous month drama. Three days later Boost disrupted my service stating I owed them. Reluctant, I paid the $90 again. Service was restored. The next day, Boost refunded me the $90 unbeknownst to me, then disrupted my service again and told me to pay $90 again. I'm now with *********

      The Boost Mobile agent with whom I dealt this week was scamming customers, and violating the **. Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection law. I tried to contact someone at the company to discuss the matter, but literally could not reach a human being. No matter what number I tried to call, I wound up in a "phone mail loop." I was sold on a plan for $25 a month, as the least expensive plan available. A day later I found a Boost Mobile brochure with a $15 a month plan, and showed it to the agent. He first tried to talk me out of it, due to "insufficient data." When I said I don't intend to use date, he told me that plan "was not available." They also advertise a free iPhone SE with a new account. When I asked for it, I was told Boost Mobile doesn't have that phone in stock. When I said I would wait for it, I was told Boost Mobile "cannot get that phone."These are directly contrary to published advertising, and a look at the Boost Mobile web site shows they are lies.

      I've been trying to return a device I bought that I don't need. I've started the process in April and its July and I still haven't been able to return the device because I haven't received shipping info or label or anything. I've been on the phone with them for over 3 hours on multiple occasions, and have tried resolving through live chat 4 different times. Every time I've contacted them they tell me to wait 48 hours and I will receive an email with return information and they never send it.

      I have been with Boost for 6yrs always had auto bill pay all of a sudden my service gets shut off for they claim of non bill payment when it automatically comes out of my account every month. Me and my kids have not had our phones in 6days now. I talked to 5 agents a day and I have gotten the same.story 24hrs, 2hrs,20mins your service will be restored *************** since Monday and still.today NO SERVICE I request for a refund that's sitting on my account but still no service now I have to wait until Wednesday. After this im.done with boost.

      If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! The customer service representatives do not speak English and are not trained properly to handle calls. The individuals who work inside of the stores that I have visited in the past 24 hours have not been helpful and also did NOT know how to do their jobs. Cheap service shouldn't mean awful customer service. Please do better ********************.

      They will steal from you, you try to call the customer service line they refuse to help you will hang up on you as soon as you mention a refund. I was a loyal customer since 2015 and I will never be returning. You can't get help from store fronts or online. I bought a new phone tried to register it myself online because they say you can do it online because their store was closed when I tried to go there, once I did pay for ****************** it prompted a message I had to wait *********************************************************************************************************************************************** 3 days maxium its been 5 days tried to call to see where the sim was no one could provide an answer and would hang up when I tried to call for a refund after 3 failed attempts on the sim card they refuse to transfer me to a manger and told me my account was not active and I needed to speak with ******* not them when all did was buy the phone from ******* not the plan. I bought that through them showed the auth. code and offered my bank statement still refused to help and tried for 3 hours for an answer still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL BE ROBBED AND IGNORED!

      We were overcharged 8 times on our accounts. Boost Mobile couldn't help us when they are the ones that took the money. We had to go through the bank. We had a credit on our account,and they turned our phones off. We paid the said balance and still had our phones turned off. Then all of sudden it's were not meeting their guidelines with fraud and excessive use. I'm asking them to explain that when I use the wifi and I'm not on my phone like that. No help at all and NEVER allow you to speak to a supervisor. That's fraud to me and especially keeping our money.
