      Had my line suspended due to losing my phone called to have it turned back on said it could take up to 72 hours and still have not had my service turned on that im paying for

      I have been with Boost Mobile from the start of their business. I had purchased a cell phone through them over 2 years ago and has been an active line since. Just yesterday, I was informed by a Boost Mobile representative, via online chat, that my cell phone has not been active for more than 2 months so they can not unlock my cell phone because my phone has not been active for 12 months. I had the same cell phone more than 2 years. The reason why I contacted Boost Mobile in the first place was to get them to unlock my cell phone so that I can switch cell phone providers. I guess they are pulling a fraud on me so that I do not leave them. According to them, I have to wait ten more months before they will unlock it even though I met their policy before trying to unlock it. PLEASE BE AWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ever since Dish took over Boost Mobile, the service has been terrible. This business has lost it's integrity / values. I only wish that I could give a negative star

      Boost mobile over charged me for installment payments for my daughters phone and they refused to refund me my overpayment! I have called several times this week.

      In a matter of one month I have had my service suspended 3x due to their ineptitude.... all they do is apologize but take forever to turn the service back on.. they overcharged my account twice... they wouldn't return the money so I had to dispute the charges, so then when I go to make a payment they turn my service off because I disputed previous overcharges... these aren't my mistakes but I'm paying for them... ridiculous! This last time 3 days & counting... no service yet

      Worst company ever. Customer service is disgusting. Last 2 months, 2 days into my plan and my data disappeared. They changed up the due date and lowered the data. I am done. Worst ever. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Run as fast as you can.

      There customer service is absolutely horrible. Nothing but issues and they just talk you in circles versus addressing the issues that are at hand.

      They suspended my line because they say that I was making conference call and fraudulent calls. They told me that I can port my number out to another carrier with no problem. It's been two weeks since I have been trying to port it out to another carrier, I tried to port it out to another carrier still the same thing. I current am on a family plan and the main account holder. I am currently not able to port out due to it being under suspension. They continue to lie to me telling me that telling me there's nothing they can do to help me port out. I had my number for over 8 years. They continue to keep lying, I have paid for my plan and was given the run around about why only my service was suspended you are not able to talk with the fraud department that makes the determination that conference call are not allowed. This is totally unfair to the consumer who has had unlimited data. I know that my conference calls are for legitimate purposes and the calls are on a free service.

      I paid my bill on the 28th of last month. My phone is still off and have not receive my sim card. It's been over a week. They refuse to give a real answer and even lied on why my phone did not work

      This complaint is for the company as a whole not this particular store. The customer service is horrible and since they merged with a new company they dont care about turning their customers phones off. They do nothing to help but give you a ticket number that can take up to 2 months or longer to get the help you need. I would never recommend this service to anyone ever.

      Republic Trains their Employees to Lie...read on.1. Since it was my first time traveling overseas as a civilian, I called Republic Wireless a month before my vacation in ***** to inquire about the compatibility of my phone here in the states and *****...that is, will my phone work in *****. Republic stated yes. The phone didn't work, I had no data. Republic lied.2. Called Republic Wireless while in Rome and they suggested I purchase a *** card in *****...which I did. In addition, Republic stated that I would be reimbursed for the *** card. The card didn't work. I needed a code to unlock my phone. I called Republic for the code, and they said they would send it to me within 5 days. Republic never sent me the code.3. Called Republic when I arrived back in the states. They stated that they did send me the code (lied...I never got an email or text) and that I would not be reimbursed for the *** card I purchased in *****. Republic Wireless lied again!Luckily, there were plenty of establishments in ***** that offered wireless access and that my daughters *********** phone worked seamlessly with the *** card she purchased in *****.
