      My father dropped his iphone and didn't want to spend the money to get it replaced. There was no way to forward the calls without using a shattered phone or buying a new one. No online way and apparently no way for a CUSTOMER SERVICE rep to do so.In spite of the number portability act, 4 calls to Boost Mobile and a visit to a local store failed to get me the transfer pin# required to keep the phone number. As a matter of fact, the local store at 45TH and ******* in Brooklyn gave me the bum's rush after they found out they couldn't sell me a phone. Literally, they asked me to step away from the customer service counter! And...told me to call customer service that referred me to the local store in the first place.I'm livid that my only option was to walk away from my phone number. And reading the reviews here, I think I'll be cancelling the credit card, just in case. Boost Mobile has cheap plans and decent coverage in the city, but don't sign up with them if you like keeping your phone number when they provide you with zero customer service.

      This company is something else stay away.Added ****** addon for my trip in a week. well im getting charged twice! and guess what? ******* support (@Boostcare) might as well not even be around. they cant/wont do anything to fix it.. so in a since I paid 5 bucks for 1 day.. of non-service I didn't even use I told them id be posting this as well as doing a fcc complaint. and I'm going to follow through with my promise. There website doesnt say end of month nor does it let you know hey this isnt for 30 days... By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. If they want to be #4 wireless company they def will need to change their attitudes.

      I see nothing but bad reviews, and Im going to ad to it. I got a new phone, an Iphone. All I wanted to do was switch my old phone to new phone. Well I called customer service to be walked through the process, and so far ive been on the phone with them for 2 days, Ive had to purchase 2 Sim cards, I went to 1 Boost Mobile store and the guy working didnt sell me a Sim card cause he didnt know what it was. Got my friends phone out and Googled next nearest store, went there, and that store no longer existed. Went to the next one on the list and they were no longer there. Tommorrow will be day 3 with Customer Support, cause my phone still isnt activated. They have a bunch of Chimpanzees working for them, and to make it even worse, you cant understand 3/4 of what their saying. Been a customer for years, and they just chased me away. Thinking about getting Boost? Think again or youll regret it. 1 bstar is way to many

      Boost mobile the worst company ever my husband bought me and him ne iPhone since day 1 mine has hardly worked Ive had no service 1 bar mostly my phone keeps saying sos when my husband called the yelled talk to us very rude told us they will give free month for are trouble then I didnt have no signal refused to give are account info finally switched to cricket love there service no problem dont suggest boost to anyone

      They are thieves. They auto paid themselves off my debit card after I ended service. They apologized and said they would refund it. Said it would be 10 days. WTF? So I wait 10days. Really it was about 15 days. Call them. They say. It's in the notes on my account to refund it. It will be 10 days.WTF? 10 days later I call. Refund is still in the notes. It will be back in my account in 2 days. If not call back. Now it's been 3 days. No $20. I call today. They say "sorry they can't refund money that was paid to them more than 10 days ago". They absolutely are stealing my money. I demanded a refund the day they took the money. They lied about returning it for a month. I'm angry repeating myself. BOOST MOBILE is a scam.

      I paid my bill at 6 am this morning as my service was off and expecting it to come on within a few minutes. . 10 hours later I'm still waiting. They are telling me 72 hours. Well no , we going elsewhere, this is not acceptable.

      Four weeks ago, I purchased an iPhone Pro *** for $1,400 from an authorized Boost Mobile retailer. There is no contract because the phone was fully paid for. Three weeks later, the line got suspended for what they called unacceptable use of service, such as calling a restricted number. When I asked what that suppose to mean, they said a line can be terminated or suspended anytime without redress. Having had a family line with Boost Mobile for the past 5 years, I appealed the suspension with a customer service agent who said only headquarters can resolve the issue. When I emailed headquarters, I got a reply with a phone number to call and port the suspended line to a different carrier. An agent answered the call and gave me the same email address I earlier got to communicate with headquarters. Its impossible to switch because the phone is locked. Regrettably, my wife is without communication, and spending $1,000 or more to buy another phone is crazy.

      The last several months service is awful, customer service lies to you. Have absolutely no data, I have to be on wifi to use my phone. When I called last month they said, "sorry it looks like you were moved out of the unlimited data plan but I will fix that for you" well 17 days later, guess what same exact thing. There are thousands of complaints with the same issue in the last 60 days all over social media platforms. Horrible!

      I was so desperate to talk to someone about my experience that I did a little bit of digging and found out that, just recently Disk Network took over Boost Mobile. ************ is such a remarkably caring man. He patiently listened to every minute I complained about my 5 months experience with the boost mobile call center. He has also read all these reviews that have been made against boost. He is not happy about any of what the call center reps are doing. He did say that Dish is taking steps to change and improve on boost call center employees. He also told me that he is taking my complaint and my experience to the board and letting them in on how my experience has effected myself and the companies reputation. And he definitely went above and beyond for me, to prove that he wasn't lying to me (would rather not share his act of kindness). ************, Thank you for caring about your company's reputation and for the humanity you possess. You are an ***** and I am so appreciative that God lead me to your voice mail.

      I have had an ongoing problem for the last two months with boost mobile my phone was paid off in May and Im still being charged and I still cannot get the $19 a month taken off from my bill Ive called multiple times no one can resolve this issue
