      Every month I have a problem with this service over charging me or making up rules that dont make sense to charge me for. This last time I jus ordered a **** card for my sons phone. The card hasnt even been shipped or activated and they are already charging me a month of service that hasnt been used and wants to charge me again for the next month. When I got the **** card that was not apart of the deal when purchasing the card. 2 months before I had a problem with them and my data on my phone. They told me that even though I had paid my phone bill my data was low because my hot spot was on. My hot spot was on and never cut off from the day I activated my phone. So for me not to have data doesnt make any sense. My phone was out of service from 8am- 5pm that afternoon until they could figure out what was wrong. And Every month before that was a problem. I had lost my iPhone and asked them to deactivate the phone and the service because the phone was either lost or stolen. Meaning I no longer had the phone. No one turned it in and it wasnt being tracked. They ( Boost One) still charged me for the following month service. They said the phone was still on my account even after I asked them to deactivate it.

      Was supposed to receive a refund for service I never used because phone was returned. Was charged the next month and I called two days later. They closed the account and said a refund would be issued. I never got the refund and now they are saying it's my fault I waited too long. Then when I spoke with the supervisor I could barely hear her because of background noise of people laughing and talking

      I pay for phone insurance, lost my phone been trying to get replacement phone for over 2 months , still nothing, still paying for ******************* on a phone I lost.Can't get answers from ***************** or Boost Infinite.

      Hacking issues DIA ******** ******************************************************************************** ***** and other apartment buildings at *********************************** messing up all people's prepaid accounts and boost mobile knows about this 100 percent true

      I would like to say how boost mobile disconnected my services for no reason. We had a credit on our account that covers our payment. I called them to resolve the issues and was told a credit was on the account but it would take ***** hours for them to turn my services on. I dont understand this if you clearly see the credit why cant you restored the services. I explained to Boost we have medical issues and need our services restored given it was their error but they refused to restore the services and said it would take 24hours. If you made a payment at one of the stores they tell you wait 15mins and your services will come back on.. I could not understand why we had to wait 24hours or Boost error for incorrectly disconnecting our services. This is disgusting and unacceptable and customer should not be treated like this. ********************** should be notified and ashamed that customer are being disconnected and his contact information should be available so he can be emailed and notified. We have no way to make calls with the medical issues we have because we were incorrectly disconnected when we have a credit.

      We signed up for Boost Infinite last week and ported our numbers from US Cellular. One port failed, the second failed because Boost Infinite "messed up" the port. I had to get a new phone number after nearly 20 years. We spent over 12 hours combined with customer service. They said "We will put in a ticket" and call back. I end up going to a Boost Store and it turns out that the service isn't even available in my area and they could not help. **************** never calls back, was told by one representative that no tickets even existed. We are done. We signed up for ******** and no longer have just SOS at our house. We even can make a receive calls and texts now. If you are faced with being thrown out of a moving car or trying to switch to Boost Infinite, unbuckle the seat belt because the whole experience will feel better than 20 seconds on the phone with Boost Infinite.

      I've been highly disappointed with boost mobile since I received my first bill and discovered I was being charged 50 bucks a month when I signed up for a 25 bucks plan... I was tricked and boost refused to change it back to what I thought it was I signed up for. Boost has been a nightmare every since. Don't get a boost phone or account...they are terrible and liars

      I am a long time Boost customer. But we are currently in the process of switching all our accounts elsewhere. We've had the family plan with 5 lines for 20+years. For most of that time we were pleased with our service. However in the past year or more **************** has greatly declined. I do not feel like a valued customer of 20+ years at all! More like serverly disrespected and taken advantage of. We've had two different real issues in the last few months and both times we were made to feel like they didn't care and we could either put up with it or go somewhere else. No regard for our problem and no desire to help. I was also denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor when I asked. Cs representatives would not give proper names or identification numbers so that I could document who I spoke with. Would not provide info to get in touch with thier corporate office when asked. They even cut my phone off out of spite!!!! Unbelievable!!! I will not ever recommend Boost to another person and I use to be one of their biggest fans. Because of the price and service but the customer service has dramatically declined! Stay away, avoid the headache, Go somewhere else that cares about their customers. They also use a third party to handle the insurance claims and that process is a joke!

      Tried to upgrade phone on app bc I need new one. It was half off wouldnt process. Called Boost told me price was full price although I take screenshot of price on app. Agreed to pay cause phone is bad. They supposedly placed order, in meantime my previous order was charged to bank plus new higher one approx ******* dollars and they couldnt find either order. Went on app again all the funds were added to my account balance instead of a new phone. Called back was told I had to cancel transactions with bank. And because my balance is so much theyre not allowed to order phone which makes no sense. Had to file dispute with bank and PayPal the first one I paid through PayPal, the second higher order was placed by the agent through PayPal , which they should not have access to. . Now they have my money and I still have bad phone. Waiting for resolution from ***** Fargo and PayPal. I also got disconnected on phone calls 3 times when I was on hold while they couldnt figure out problem.
