      Review fromKeith F 1 star 08/04/2023 Tried to switch the boost after 5 days I took the phone back they had charged me $166 and change and now they say( they don't owe me a *****.) I got no terms of service got no receipt I didn't sign NOTHING they tried to get my cc pin, now that phone is spooked till it locked up. its headed to ******* to find out how they did it. consumer protection is now involved as well.

      I hate this phone company and their customer service every month they are taking my hotspot data and saying I have used it up and I just paid my bill Monday. Two months ago I had 12 gb of hotspot left and they said because I've used so much of my phone data I couldn't use the rest of my hotspot. So I paid 60 for nothing. Every time I ask to speak with a supervisor they make up excuses. I Will NEVER EVER USE BOOST MOBILE AGAIN.

      You have lost a loyal Boost mobile customer who had been with your company for 11 years. When a problem occurred with my phone service, no one valued me as a customer. I was unable to make or receive calls for 8 days!! When ******* out, the call was routed to ***************** The customer service reps followed a script for 8 days; did not veer from the script. I got no resolution; only told a ticket would be created. On the 9th day, I wanted to take my phone that I had purchased ( not free) from Boost and port my number. Boost Mobile refused to unlock the phone. On day 9, a ticket was created and I was told to call back in 24 hours. Day 10 ********************** rep: *** no one supplied the unlock code so Ill have to recreate another ticket. At this point, ** forced to buy a new phone. This is the worst customer service!! Every situation cannot be solved by a script and no matter how I insisted could not go any further with customer service. I even took my concern to physical Boost store and the reps could only call **************** and go through the same script. The is the first letter I have written to a company to complain of poor service. I wanted so much to get my issue resolved.

      They have false advertisements and misleading information on their website.. I'm eligible for an upgrade to the iPhone 12 at $199. It clearly say it on the site.. I've been trying for the past 5 days to buy the phone with each time it says "there was an error processing the transaction" it's not my credit cards which I've made sure of that.. the error is on Boost Mobile's side. They offered to help me buy the phone on their end for $679!!!! Why would I do that if my account says $199??? This is a total ripoff and so incredibly unfair business practices

      I have been with Boost mobile, now known as (Boost One) for over 10 years. As of 7/9/2023 I've had nothing but issues AFTER I paid my monthly bill. On 8/3/2023 I upgraded my plan from unlimited at ***** dollars a month to the ***** dollars a month, just to see if that would make any difference. I've had dropped calls, slow internet connection, no apps loading ect before hand, now that I upgraded my plan, EVERYTHING WORKS. I feel as I was FORCED to upgrade when I really didn't want to.

      Horrible. They shut down your service close to the end of the cycle and overcharge you. Then when you try to get it resolved they say they cant see them and you have to pay again to keep service going. this service should be shut down its just a scam

      I worked in the store for a week, the owner refused to have the air conditioning fixed. It's 100 degrees outside & 90 in the store. It's absolutely inhumane! Me and a coworker even called someone out to fix the air and the owner still hasn't paid them to fix it. It is still not fixed!! I have been waiting to get paid too & NOTHING. Boost mobile is a scam & a cult & needs to be shut down!

      Lost my phone went to go buy a new phone at the store **************************************************** ******** representative was named *** talk to customer service they said I was up on upgrade he said he didn't see it in the system so I had to pay full price was $249 I asked for my receipt I was told I will get a receipt on my email address which I never received so before leaving I was told it would take 2 hours for my phone to come on after the 2 hours I call customer service which I was being told that the representative *** installed the wrong SIM card in my phone which led me to wait another 12 hours for service I was so fed up and disgusted I took the phone back the next day and I was told there are no refunds which it states that boost Mobile has a 10-day full refund policy but I was told that I was not able to receive a refund so I asked for my receipt again I was told once again it'll be on your email soon as your phone come on still no receipt I strongly believe this guy sold me a cheaper phone for a higher price cuz when I call customer service they said he didn't even put it in the system I been a loyal customer with ********************** for 8 years I'm so disappointed and disgusted at boost Mobile Representatives I would not recommend anyone to boost Mobile and I honestly believe I will scam after getting my phone stolen I got my money stolen too I honestly believe that because I still don't have a receipt

      Horrible customer service. Never used there services and still got a bill from them. Avoid and pick another service provider.
