      Went to pay my $80 bill on there app and they cleared out my bank account and refuse to do anything about it they blame my bank even tho my bank has told me within 15 mins of boost releasing the hold on my money it would be back in my account this has cost me more in lost wages and late fees on bills I can't pay cause they took everything out of my account no gas to go to work no phone to call into work cause they took my money and never applied any of it to my bill

      The worst customer service I have ever received. I bought a phone and plan online and they charged me three times. I then called them right after i bought the phone to tell them where to mail it to because my billing address was different than my mailing address and they still sent it to the wrong address. They then began charging me for the phone service while the phone was still in the mail. I spent my two days off of work talking to customer service reps who did not know how to do their job. One rep told me that i would not be charged for service until i recieved he phone and the next day another rep told me that i would be charged before i got the phone. On top of all that i could only understand half of what the customer service reps and supervisor was saying because of their accents, They were unapologetic and seemed to refuse to own up to their mistake. I now have to wait until the phone is delivered and then returned which will take up to 10 days before I get my refund. I will pay more money for better customer service with ******* or ***** I will never do business with Boost again.

      Worst possible customer service. App is terrible. Can't add data to top off hotspot. **************** personnel have no ability or authority to help, completely useless.

      Had s bad experience with boost this month been a customer gor many many years they added a new app the way the app works is to view videos and log in everyday to collect coins off your phone bill monthly did this all month recieved a text informing me my bill needed to be paid by august 14 paid on the august 13 Now there saying I lost my credit of $20.60 for paying late this is ridiculous looking for a new provider breaking up with boost

      They take your money and still leave your acct inactive. Was told now I have to wait 24 to48 hours to get service when I was ontime paying I have auto pay. They too the payment and still shut me off. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there isn't supervisor there. And she hung up on me. I work using my cellphone I've missed 3 days of work due to this and all they can say is we understand..... no you dont.

      i went to boost mobile on friday aug. 11, 2023 to get a new phone. on their website they had an ad for your choice of free 5 g phones,(samsung galaxy a23 5g, moto g 5g, moto g stylus 5g, or celero 5g). i wanted the moto g stylus 5g, which said free when you switch, which what i told them i would do. when they started to give me the phone i was told it was not free and i work have to pay *****. i show them their website on my old phone that stated free they said again no. i would have to pay ***** for phone, ***** activation fee of *****. i said that is not what is on website. on website stated it was for in store purchase. i said that boost mobile had the phone cheaper online. i did not buy any phone from them. this is wrong they should not advertise one price then not give it to you. i still have the pictures of the website of the phones stating free.

      Their business practices are close to a scam. Customer support is rude and very unhelpful. I spent multiple chat sessions and phone calls totaling over 6 hours, no joke, and I still can't get a refund or my account canceled. They make you jump though unnecessary hoops, constantly disconnect you. They must be investigated for their shady business practices. I can't believe Dish Network puts their name on this organization that is almost criminal.

      I ordered a phone, and they disabled the simm on my current phone without authorization. They are not able to restore my service to my current phone, claiming they don't have the simm in their records. This phone has been in use for years, with recent changes negatively impacting my voice mail and texts. I have lost use of phone service until the new phone arrives, which is DEVASTATING. BOOST MOBILE has stated that I authorized a simm swap, when all I wanted was a backup phone.

      Id give them zero stars if I could. Had trouble exporting my moms phone number and trying to unlock the device. ******** service agent (and supervisor) were rude and didnt listen. When I would ask a question, they would talk over me. They dont explain policies about unlocking phones and expect customers to just know them. When I asked how we were supposed to know, he said well we dont tell every customer every policy. Theres over 200 of them. They should at least direct people to a website to be aware of the fine print.

      I have wasted $150 just for them them to say they cant find us in the system. This is a scam, do not use or go through boost mobile.
