      No stars for me. I am posting a review for **** Services/Boost Mobile as a company. No specific llocation. Boost Mobile offers 5g service that they do not honor. I often only get 4g or service is lacking, for better terms. I have had Boost for years and every time I call in for help, my problem is never resolved and they never go above or beyond for any of their customers. They don't care that you are disappointed in their service. They just apologize and that is it. On to the next call. The representatives taking your calls are not helpful and could care less that you are disappointed with their service. I'm switching to a new provider. Sad after so many uears with Boost, they won't do anything to keep me as a loyal customer. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere and have better service. Currently updating the towers in my area and told me I won't have service for 24/48 hours with no prior notification that this was taking place and my service was being interrupted.

      They are the worst they took a unauthorized payment twice.every agent says something different.worst part is they will take two payments and if you request one back you still got to wait until your service come back on

      Boost mobile is a rip off. I paid my bill on the 20th of each month and I woke up on the 17th to my service saying it had been suspended. Not only that when I called to inquire about the issue they couldn't tell me why my service had been suspended 24 hours prior to my due date..their customer service team lacks training and knowledge of billing cycles and etc. They are scamming ppl od their money and providing poor quality phone service. I will be taking my business elsewhere

      I transferred my service from boost to metro and was still charged twice after switching service and basically told to deal with it by boost mobile customer service.

      I was going to leave mint mobile and join boost infinite. I purchased a phone and account from them after receiving the phone and simm I spent hours with tech support. They said the simm was bad and sent me a new one. A week later and more time with tech they said the simm wasn't supported by the network. I told them to cancel the account. A month later they tried to bill me. They said that they could stop until they got the phone back. Another month another bill. The third month they charged my account $75 . They apologize for billing me and said it will take up to a week to release the money. Them 3 to 5 days for the bank to process. But at least they apologized.

      I would give a zero to this company. This is a scam!! **************** are very rude keeps talking over me and keeps hanging up if they dont want to deal with you or they cant solve your issues. I havent been able to use text message on all three lines i port over from a different carrier. I spent numerous time chatting and calling **** service and no one can figure it out. Someone needs to do something to this company.

      Hi,In June 2023 "Boost Mobile" **************** accidentally canceled our family plan. I called the office and tried to activate the service took two weeks to start one number but the second number to no effect. Two months later, no service. Paid $$$ just to keep the number active. **************** is in **********. Asked for supervisors, they cannot do anything. Spend over 100 hours on the phone for nothing. No support. No refund. Worse victims of drop calls by customer service and supervisors. Once they can not help or assist they drop the call. The entire thing for them is a BIG JOKE. Please pass this review to everyone and stay away from them at all costs. If they offer service for free, question that as well.

      Terrible customer service. Have been overcharged for extras since they moved to the new app and they keep saying they will fix it the next billing cycle, which is a lie. Spent hours on the phone with these clowns. Ready to find a new provider.

      Do not purchase a phone thru them! Do not take service with them! The employees are not trained. They don't have a clue what they are talking about and will tell you what they think not what is right! Terrible customer service. You will never be able to have your phone unlocked! Just go somewhere else. You will be cheated here! They said I had to wait one year after I cancelled my monthly plan. I did. I just called them because they said the phone would be automatically unlocked after a year! I want to sell it. And can't. Because now they tell me, oh no you have to have active service for a year! We can not unlock it. That is policy! Icancelled it because your customer services sucked! I am screwed. BEWARE!!

      They **** I spent 30 dollars 4 add one and never received my data I paid for or my money back. All u get is a run aaround and can't get a supervisor to talk to u
