      Boost Mobile took my money left the phone line on for 4 days and disconnected it. Boost Mobile told me I would have to get another number I asked them to transfer my money over to the new number and they told me that they could not and could not refund me my money then the lady told me she can refund me $5. If the lady could refund me $5 why couldn't she not refund me my $60 Boost Mobile ***** I do not advise anybody to use them then they told my daughter the phone will be on 24th to 48 hours we have not yet had my 13-year-old granddaughters phone on which goes to school a long distance and needs her phone to be picked up I would advise anybody not to use boost mobile I have four other lines with them but I am just getting ready to disconnect. Boost Mobile you need to do better you're doing nothing but taking people's money and providing no service.

      Boost is the worst. I used to be a Republic Wireless (RW) customer and they were great! RW sold to Dish and Boost. Downhill every time. Boost sent new sim card, didn't work. They said they would work on it. Never happened. I'm with a new carrier and now Boost won't transfer my old phone number. They are spiteful!

      Since Boost changed there app, they keep suspending my phone service even though I have paid in advance and they received the money. My bill is 97 dollars a month. They suspend it and then try and tell me that I owe 579 dollars. I've been on the phone with them since Sunday when they suspended it. Still no service. They keep saying it's a glitch. This is BS!! I have been with them for 23 years and never had a problem until they switched to Dish. I will be changing to another provider on Thursday! I have read they are losing lot's of customers. They have become scammers themselves.

      Boost Mobile took my auto payment and disconnected my phone line. I have been without service for the past 4 days. Whenever you call they say they will escalate to the technical department, but that's not true. They are stealing people's money and not giving them the service.

      They lied to me and told me I had insurance. Once my phone was lost they claim I never had insurance and it's going to cost me $450 plus $850 for a new phone.

      Boost mobile is a scam. They entice you to join and don't back up what they claim. I purchased a new phone from them and did some research and even chatted with them prior to my purchase to ask why plans offered for the device I was picking were not available. I was told after I received I could change the plan after my first month. I received the phone and checked to verify yet again and they said I could NOT change plans. When I asked to return they are charging me to return the device even though I was lied to and it will take me weeks to months to get my money back. Now I will be without a plan, a phone and will be out the cost of shipping the phone back myself not to mention all the time wasted in the process. Stay away from Boost Mobile

      Boost Mobile is DOG FECES!! I was looking for a payment plan on a new phone, ended up accidently ordering one. I immediately tried to cancel. Was told the order could not be cancelled, I had the option to return the phone after I received it. I had to pay my bank $35 to stop payment and prevent arrears. I spoke with representatives on chat and through the phone (which should be recorded) told them my situation, told them I blocked the payment. I was assured and reassured that my bank would not be charged again. They told me I would receive the phone and at that time I needed to call them to set up a return. Well that was yesterday and guess what....was hit with the charge today. Found myself in arrears. I'm keeping this phone and when my bill runs out IM GOING TO BRING IT TO ********

      Horrible let people hack accounts, dont investigate it, drag you along and dont care. Take your money while they get paid and other phones, hang up on you constantly cant just talk to a supervisor, do NOT HELP YOU!!! Cant understand them talking foreign, Better Business Involved, giving Minors/Under age ACCOUNTS, stealing money and accounts,. Days and days and hours and multiple reports and incident numbers for NO REASON. Waste of anyones time, they dont care, unless getting paid to, then dont even care. Expedited 2-3 days than 3-7 days, than so on and on WHILE NO PHONE SERVICE THATS PAID AND HAS BEEN!!!
