      Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered anywhere, anytime. Had a paid up annual plan and they cancelled my service with 3 months left on the year. At least 7 or 8 calls and chats over the last month (including supervisor) have all said that it is a back office or special situation, they will try to figure it and get back in ***** hours. Not one call back yet, I would have accepted a new number/account if they would have given me credit for the owed time, but they refuse to do that unless I open a new account (and purchase a new subscription). I am not about to give them additional money after they made off with my original payment.Stay away from them if you value your time and money. Either or complete scam or grossly incompetent.

      Their overseas customer service gaslights you on how bad your network connection is. Youll have a problem if you live in *** where every single morning, you must reset your phone at an early time or else risk not getting important phone calls. Back in the old days, america held companies accountable for scams. The *** of boost needs to be behind bars for taking our money and barely giving what they promise.

      So I've been a boost customer for about 4 years now I've been happy with then up until now . I tried to add a line to my account over the phone as I was told by a representative that I could do . He said I **** only need to pay $10 dollars and the line would be added and active and today when I go to do all of that now I'm being told that I have to go onto a boost store . Well the boost store told me it would cost about $70 dollars to do that 35 foe the activation and 30 for the service

      I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's customer service. I spoke with a customer service representative who assured me that there was an add-on for international data roaming, but when I called a few days before my trip to activate the plan, the company said they did not have international data roaming. When I arrived at my destination, I learned that my phone was locked and I could not use a local SIM card. (I would have appreciated being informed of this restriction when I told the customer service representative that I was traveling abroad). I contacted the customer service representative about this using the airport wifi, and he told me he would submit a ticket to get the phone unlocked. However, nothing happened the next day. So I contacted the customer service representative again, and another representative told me that he would submit another ticket to get it unlocked. Again, nothing happened the next day. I was desperate for a working phone since I was in a foreign country, so I contacted the service line. They told me that since my phone was on a loan, unlocking the phone was not possible unless the loan was paid off. Again, it would have been nice to have been told about that the first time around. So I told them I wanted to make a full payment of the loan so I could get the phone unlocked. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. The representative told me that the system would not allow me to make a full payment. He said he would have to submit a ticket to fix it and I would be contacted. Well, nothing happened the next day, so I checked back in. Things just kept repeating themselves. I still could not make a payment, and the representative said he would submit another ticket. I got an email this morning asking me to contact customer service, thinking that the issue may have been fixed. Nope, nothing happened. And again, even with the supervisor, they were just going to submit another ticket for me..3 weeks in...no working.

      I did an online chat to try to get help with my service and the representative named ******* was totally unprofessional. I said I had trouble downloading attachments he said do you know what the attachment is? No I don't. He said he would personally suggest not downloading attachments, do I have a reason to open the attachment. I said that's not the answer I'm looking for, I have a reason to yes. He suggested getting in touch with the sender. I said no it's been happening. He wanted to know what device I have, have I tried troubleshooting. He said I needed to go back to Republic wireless. I said it's your service can you fix it. He said me? No. Sounds like you have a defective device. I said I don't even have a way to look at my plan. He has to have I downloaded the Boost infinite app. I said yes but it does not work I will try again. He said what app did you download I said boost infinite. He said where did you go to download the app, I said Play store. He said play store? I'm not familiar with that store. He has what did I type in the store when searching for the Boost infinite app. Wanted to know how many apps did I find. I said can you help me yes or no. He said help with what? I said can you help me with these things. He said me? I said no, your boss. He said do you know my boss?

      Boost was once wonderful. It provided a cheap prepaid plan. Recently there were corporate changes made. And now the customer service is complete garbage there are also technological issues at all times. The service has fallen and the customer service has fallen even more I am completely dissatisfied with this product.

      Boost Mobile took my money left the phone line on for 4 days and disconnected it. Boost Mobile told me I would have to get another number I asked them to transfer my money over to the new number and they told me that they could not and could not refund me my money then the lady told me she can refund me $5. If the lady could refund me $5 why couldn't she not refund me my $60 Boost Mobile ***** I do not advise anybody to use them then they told my daughter the phone will be on 24th to 48 hours we have not yet had my 13-year-old granddaughters phone on which goes to school a long distance and needs her phone to be picked up I would advise anybody not to use boost mobile I have four other lines with them but I am just getting ready to disconnect. Boost Mobile you need to do better you're doing nothing but taking people's money and providing no service.

      Boost is the worst. I used to be a Republic Wireless (RW) customer and they were great! RW sold to Dish and Boost. Downhill every time. Boost sent new sim card, didn't work. They said they would work on it. Never happened. I'm with a new carrier and now Boost won't transfer my old phone number. They are spiteful!
