      Over charging and not giving the money back. Normally my phone bill is 87 but they charged me 648 in may and now charging me 348 this month.

      They suspend my mother phone for what they called a calling violation, which I finally got someone to explain to me. She didn't hang up after a call. Really!! I'm sure the other person hung up. Explain that she is 86 years old and live alone but they didn't care. Was told would reconnect in 72 hrs. After 6 days they did not reconnect. No consider for senior citizens what so ever.

      Actually there should be 0 on the customer review rating. Uncaring company most of the agents i spoke to made an effort to help but the BOOST MOBILE process failed completely. There is a 10 day limit on purchases. The last date I had to return items was October 9. I called Boost on October 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10th. Asking for refunds on 3rd and 6th on a phone and a payment plan. I had tried to port a number from another cell company but BOOST MOBILE was unable to do the port. I asked for a refund on the 3rd, and the 6th and was told that every thing had been done and was being processed. But nothing had been processed. After calling on the 10 I found out the 10 days on returns was up as of the 9th. after explaining why my phone ($200) had not been returned and asked for a refund on the payment plan ($40) the BOOST MOBILE supervisor simply said no. So BOOST MOBILE did not send me any info on how to return the phone - as I was told would be done. This company realy doesn't care about customers. DON'T USE THIS BOOST MOBILE. Just to add I have filed a complaint with the **** and I will follow up with a compaint with ************************* and Attorney General of Georgia.

      Negative Stars.They been charging me for 2 half years for a phone line that I been trying to cancel for years..Just when I thought I finally got it canceled after 10 hours on the phone...They just activated the number on a different Sim card an continue to charge me I never want that either.The offered me A$100 refund for 2 half years of SCAMING ME

      They rip you off on the boost one app and take the points you earned. Also they make it so you can't use the points you already earned. This business definitely needs to be looked into by the BBB

      Boost mobile is a joke. I used up all my data early, before the months end, so I paid my next month's bill.They refused to turn on my data even after I paid. I called 6 times and each person I reached told me that my service would be on in a few minutes. Blatant lies. I will be looking for a new service provider. I shouldn't have to wait till the due date to be re-activated. Gave only 1 star because the complaint wouldn't go through without clicking at least one star.I'd give no stars if it were an option.

      I purchased a Galaxy S22 around November 2022. In July my phone service stopped working out of no where. I reached out to boost mobile and they blamed it on my **** card not working. Then I was told that they have my phone as an Iphone 8. I told them I've never had a Iphone on my account in the over 10 years that I used the company. The reps are very rude and I can barely understand them. I tried for hours to explain that I dont have a iphone , even took my phone to a boost store and they couldn't understand it. The store manager even looked to see why they had me in the system that way and he could clearly see I have an S22 Ultra. Now months later when I need to do an insurance replacement on the phone Boost is trying to replace my phone with an Iphone 8 instead of what I have. They refuse to fix it or get a manager on the line to fix the error. I've sent certified letters to the company and still haven't gotten a response. Boost Mobile and the reps are scammers. I am willing to put money in on a attorney with anyone who is having similar issues with boost. They can face us one at a time with the games but not when we all come together to file a lawsuit.       For all Boost-Mobile cell phone users/customers just pay attention to this: Today I tried to have my UNLOCKED cell phone from Boost-Mobile number released and transferred to another carrier and after almost one hour of talking with a technical person about this, I was told that I would be transferred to another person to be given an account number and a transfer pin. It is required by the carrier you are moving to. After another wait I was told by the technician to dial Boost Mobile, or to receive a call from Boost Mobile in order to verify that it is me and it is my phone. When I told the person that this phone and its number have been deactivated by Boost Mobile itself, I was told to go to a Boost Mobile retailer to have my phone checked, have my ID checked that is really me trying to do so and then have the person from the store call Boost Mobile verifying all this and THEN I would be given the required account number and transfer pin to complete my existing phone number switch to the carrier of my choice. I told the Boost person that I have another Boost Mobile phone number that he can call me, I told him that he can call me on my land line (home number), even told him to use video calling to see me, my phone, my ID, BUT all to no avail. Now I have been with Boost Mobile for more that ten years, having two accounts and Boost by mistake deactivated one my accounts and I have to go to a store to be able to transfer my number to another carrier. If this is not CRAZY, then I do not know what it is. NEVER EVER AGAIN USE BOOST MOBILE they are the WORST!!!!!!!!......Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I was charged for 2 lines-only had 1 line activated. Didnt even know the 2nd line existed until I looked at my bank statements. I was overcharged for 3 months!! Ive called them several times, and keep getting the run around. Last they said my account would be credited towards the phone line I activated. Lies Lies and more Lies is ALL this company has to offer!! F*** Boost!!! Now my account has been deleted and they can no longer help me because they have no record of accounts!! My bank statements sure have a record of my being overcharged!!!! Then the customer service rep hung up on me 2x!!!!!! Im done!! Waste of time, money, energy, all a big ****************** Boost!!!! DO NOT GET BOOST!!

      Boost Infinite and Boost Mobile are owned by the parent company DISH.My Boost Mobile phone (Android) was having battery issues. I took it to my local Boost Mobile retailer. They told be it was under warranty and I had to talk to ******* (and there was nothing they could do). While in the Boost Mobile retailer, I saw an AD for Boost Infinite's new iPhone offer. Seeing as they were both "Boost." I assumed (mistakenly) that Boost Infinite was an upgraded service to Boost Mobile (possible deceptive business practices under CA law, same name "Boost" and "Infinite" was advertised in the retailer Boost Mobile's store). I paid $200 for the new iPhone from Infinite. It was shipped to me. I called to have it activated. The guy at Boost Infinite could see my Boost Mobile account, but could not access all of my information (weird business entity relation). Boost Infinite failed to port my number and told me they "burnt the line" and my number was "ghost ported." They then told me I had to return the new iPhone. They also told me I was responsible for the phone in transit. They promised a return shipping label but never emailed me a return shipping label. They then made me pay for the return of the iPhone and I had to return it in like new condition. So I had to pay nearly $50 (shipping and insurance on the phone) on top of the $200 I paid upfront to get a refund of only $200. If I kept the iPhone they threatened to charge me the full value of the iPhone. Mind you the porting was there fault, not mine. They asked me to return the iPhone or pay in full the value of the phone. They told me they would refund me in 14+ days upon receipt and inspection of the phone. Did not offer a replacement, did not make any concessions. Once the $200 is refunded, I have the option to pay another $200, open a new account with them and give them another email to open a new account with them. Spent 5 hours on the phone going back and forth. These guys use deceptive business practices. Beware
