      I bought a what I thought was a brand new phone. Ended up being defective I was 3 days past there 10 day warranty exchange. Told mail to ******** PBA board out. 247. Out warranty.Sated it a boost problem. NOW IM OUT 225. IN SUPPOSED NEW PHONE. I HAVE BEEN BOOST 5 YRS. I MAD. BEWARE CHECK PHONE BOOST. HARD HIT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIXE.SAMSUNG ALSO. WOW. SAY STAND BY PHONE . 1 YEAR WARRANTY .********.

      The Boost Mobile service technician told me that if I went ahead and paid early then the warning of "payment will exclude disconnected line" would you go away. Nobody could tell me why it even appeared on my boost account. I called ********************** because I no longer have 5G service (only 4G). Long story short, they lied and nothing changed with my account after paying early. The technicians are either really dumb or clever and know that nothing will be fixed... I think they're dumb though.

      If I could rate less than one star, I would.I believe this company is outright dishonest and has stolen from my family.My daughter began her account with ******************** 5/2023 for aprox $50/mo.1. My wife and I began accounts with Boost Mobile 11/2023. We were promised a Nov. "special" of "two" $200 gift cards. ($400 total after 3 months of service. This never happened, even after calling customer service.)2. Our phones were shut off when they went thru a system change. They lost my auto pay, no biggie, but now I have to go directly into the store to make payment at a "convenience charge" of $4 for each phone.3. I was just recently advised by a representative that at the time my wife and I purchased our phones, we should have gotten the "family plan." (a savings of over $50/mo!)This "family plan" was never sold to us.4. When I called customer service the next day to simply combine all of our accts for the family plan, I was told they could not do this "unless" we would open new accounts, & obtain new numbers (could not "port numbers" and new activation fees!)5. After holding for a supervisor (over 20min) he advised same as above. (The employee at the local store had told me that the family plan "can" be synchronized, but unlikely due to overseas employees are told not to because of extra $$$.)6. The overseas supervisor hung up on me as we were discussing some type of mutual option. (never called back even though obviously had my number)Boost Mobile employees are constantly turning over.RUN! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE.

      Terrible return policy. I went to buy an Apple charger for iphone, paid and the lady handed me a belkin charger not even in a box. I told her I specifically wanted an apple charger and she convinced me that one was better and same thing. Not convinced because it was for my mom, I returned 6 days later to return it and they told me they don't accept returns. even though in the receipt says they do accept returns up to 7 days.then I pointed at that and he started processing my return and told me it was a 25$ fee for returns!25$ fee for a 43$ product.

      Scummy scam artist. Ive been a customer for 2 years. Had a 45 dollar card. It had a error. I didn't keep my receipt so ******* won't take it back. Boost Said there's a error but they can't help. So I'm out 45 bucks and treated like I'm a theft when they stole from me. I'm switching back to straight talk.

      I would like to say first I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and never had this bad of an experience with boost mobile. I have been trying to process a phone upgrade on multiple lines for aprox 5 months. Their system will not allow you to purchase the discounted phones and customer service will only ***** sorry for the inconvenience and 2.we will escalate the problem with absolutely no resolution. The stores will not honor as a curtesy the online discount seems like no one even cares about customer satisfaction.

      I ordered and paid for a new phone from Boost Infinite and they did not send it to the address on my account, but sent it to the wrong address. After a month and many "tickets", I still don't have the phone, or a credit. When I call they just repeat the same thing, saying I gave them the wrong address and is there anything else I can help you with today.? They refuse to let me talk to a supervisor, only offering to submit another ticket, which is a waste of time! Horrible customer service!

      I ordered two new iPhones from Boost Infinite and for six weeks I have been without service on one of the two phones as they are unable to port my current phone number from my current carrier. I am currently being billed by Boost Infinite as well as my current carrier. Boost Infinite has a "known issue" (porting phone numbers) but are unable to resolve it at this time. They are supposedly a telecommunications company. Isn't porting a phone number something a telecommunication company does on a regular basis? A number of people have complained on social media that Boost Infinite has been unable to port their current number as well. I am one of these people. Nobody is in charge at Boost Infinite, as the whole business is in the "clouds". Nineteen customer service reps have put me through the same steps over the past six weeks, but their "tech" people don't work on weekends. If you have a tech problem, or if you wish to discontinue service or return a faulty phone, where do you send it? They don't share a physical address. Dish Network makes clear they are separate Boost Infinite. Boost Mobile makes it clear they are separate from Boost Infinite. The customer service reps at ********************** make it clear even they don't know who to contact beyond the "back office" after escalating a known issue. Six weeks without service and still no resolution.

      Horrible. Paid for service and it has been 3 weeks and it still has not been activated.No refund has been given called customer service and was told no payment was made . Proof of receipt and bank statement . Still no refund . customer service says nothing they can do in their end . Must go to store location . No one wants be accountable for making a mistake or returning money back . I Will not recommend Boost mobile has Little resource . No where to put customer complaint very hard to communicate. Not honorable, no integrity not reliable.

      I think they are terrible and they have lost a customer that they have had for almost 3 years over me buying a new phone two months ago the phone not wanting to work right since day one luckily because I'm smart I carried insurance since the day I bought the phone but I've been accustomed to theirs never had an issue with my last phone for years and continued with the same phone for years this phone never wanted to work right since day one will one day my phone went completely black this was on September 26th I could not get a phone sent out to me from the insurance company until the 13th of October so I went two and a half weeks without a phone I was told by multiple Representatives that I would get a credit to my account for all the days that likewise could not send me out a phone since I carried insurance on it when the day came for them to credit my account for the full 17 days that I went without a phone they would not credit anything when I finally got to a supervisor the supervisor said the most I can even do for you is $10 she was the rudest person I've ever spoke to in my life they did not handle my situation properly my phone bill is over $68 a month and you would think that for a monthly bill of that amount to be two and a half weeks I should have had a credit of no less than $30 they're terrible business they're robbing people and they do not provide you the service you pay for they're awful I do not recommend boost Mobile to anyone and ***** and ***** and customer service are liars because they're the ones that told me I would be credited and then when the day came for them to credit me all of a sudden no one knew what I was talking about but every note prior every other representative knew exactly what I was talking about because the whole reason likewise couldn't send my phone out is because boost Mobile never validated my account which is the insurance company for boost Mobile
