      I should have not clicked on a star,they deserve no stars . At this point I am so over Boost. I have been with them so long I dont remember. The same day I paid my bill, my phone messed up so I called on September 8, 2023 to suspend the service until I got a replacement, once I got the replacement I called back to have it restored , according to them the billing cycle came and I have to pay, before they restore it. I'm the one who put it on hold, the whole time I paid I wasn't able to use my phone. I called and got so many tickets and its still the same. I was told it waa good until the September, 24, how is that when i had paid it late. At this point it took me long enough to get a replacement and they still want to charge me a bill. I requested my account number and they ask me why, for this reason I writing this, yes I'm reporting, not having a phone for this long period of time and still not have one after I get another phone, make it make sense. I want a solution, I want my account number, and why is I can't get it? I'm so done with Boost . Karma is something so the day is coming how you treat your loyal customers. You won't restore my service I want my account number. Regardless the action I want my account number. All these negative reviews and they still doing the same thing, I see a lawsuit, they don't care. Run, run ,run, I wouldn't recommend my enemy to go after all this.

      HEED MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Package was lost, they did not want to claim responsibility, denied replacement and refund. This company is a joke FIND DIFF SERVICE!

      This company is ripping people off. They take your boost one coins That you use to pay your bill each month.They advertised that you can earn free wireless and then took that away.They were pretty good until dish network bought them out. I will be leaving their service after being with them for three years.

      ur whole operation just *****.. ur in-store employees are always angry and never know how to do anything.. ur new app automatically changes our settings to thieve our $ without our consent.. and none of ur features work.. every time i log in i need a new password ** ur system conveniently forgets to send a verification pin.. service is s*** u s u c k

      I could go on and on about what happened but all I will really say is that this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using in my adult life.

      I purchased a cellphone from Boost Mobile for my daughter. The speaker quality was horrible. I called customer service to make a claim with my insurance. I was hung up on and was given the runaround. I never did get a my phone fix. Don't add the insurance, it's a rip off. This company does not deserve any stars. Would not recommend Boost Mobile!

      Good price for cheap phone service. **************** in NOT helpful at all, so if you every have a problem they are useless. I placed in order for a new phone that was still in process and they are not able to Cancel any orders.

      I bought a what I thought was a brand new phone. Ended up being defective I was 3 days past there 10 day warranty exchange. Told mail to ******** PBA board out. 247. Out warranty.Sated it a boost problem. NOW IM OUT 225. IN SUPPOSED NEW PHONE. I HAVE BEEN BOOST 5 YRS. I MAD. BEWARE CHECK PHONE BOOST. HARD HIT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIXE.SAMSUNG ALSO. WOW. SAY STAND BY PHONE . 1 YEAR WARRANTY .********.

      The Boost Mobile service technician told me that if I went ahead and paid early then the warning of "payment will exclude disconnected line" would you go away. Nobody could tell me why it even appeared on my boost account. I called ********************** because I no longer have 5G service (only 4G). Long story short, they lied and nothing changed with my account after paying early. The technicians are either really dumb or clever and know that nothing will be fixed... I think they're dumb though.

      If I could rate less than one star, I would.I believe this company is outright dishonest and has stolen from my family.My daughter began her account with ******************** 5/2023 for aprox $50/mo.1. My wife and I began accounts with Boost Mobile 11/2023. We were promised a Nov. "special" of "two" $200 gift cards. ($400 total after 3 months of service. This never happened, even after calling customer service.)2. Our phones were shut off when they went thru a system change. They lost my auto pay, no biggie, but now I have to go directly into the store to make payment at a "convenience charge" of $4 for each phone.3. I was just recently advised by a representative that at the time my wife and I purchased our phones, we should have gotten the "family plan." (a savings of over $50/mo!)This "family plan" was never sold to us.4. When I called customer service the next day to simply combine all of our accts for the family plan, I was told they could not do this "unless" we would open new accounts, & obtain new numbers (could not "port numbers" and new activation fees!)5. After holding for a supervisor (over 20min) he advised same as above. (The employee at the local store had told me that the family plan "can" be synchronized, but unlikely due to overseas employees are told not to because of extra $$$.)6. The overseas supervisor hung up on me as we were discussing some type of mutual option. (never called back even though obviously had my number)Boost Mobile employees are constantly turning over.RUN! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM BOOST MOBILE.
