I'm in *********** and my data service has been down for 4 days. When logged into my account, it shows that I have a 0/0GB plan, which is obviously not correct. I've called and spoken to four different agents, each of them gave me a different cause for the outage and all their attempts at getting me back online have failed:agent #1: "escaladed" my outage and my service should return anytime. Outage remains after 24 hours.agent #2: the same thing as agent #1. Outage remains after 24 hours.agent #3 seems more helpful: she acknowledged that other accounts have similar issues. She offered to give me a 1GB plan for free until my plan gets refreshed in 3 days. I can expect service to come back in 30 min. Outage remains after a few hours.agent #4: she got hold off the department that's working on this problem and they will jump on my account immediately. I can expect the service to resume in 15 min. Outage remains after a few hours.agent #5 states that the cell tower in my local area has been down for 8 days. Really? How come none of the previous agents knew that? She couldn't do anything about that (obviously). I asked that my cellphone get unlocked so I can take my service to another carrier. I was transferred to a supervisor.Supervisor basically said he couldn't do anything to unlock my phone since I've only been with Boost for 7 out of the required 12 months. There is nothing he can do. He acknowledged that even though I've been down for days, and that there is no telling how long it will take for service to resume, there is nothing he can do to unlock my cellphone. He even acknowledged the only solution is for me to buy another phone to get on the service of another carrier.Boost Mobile, how is this acceptable? I'm held hostage with no data service that I paid for and there is no end in sight as to when service might resume.

I paid my bill twice last month, and never got a refund, because of an issue they were having with processing bills that day.I was told they sent the refund back to my bank but I never received it. I got bank statements to prove it. They interrupted my service and refused to turn it back on until I paid my bill again. I don't know nor do I understand why I never got a refund and I am very upset with them.

In the past month, I went to a Boost Mobile store here in ********* and paid for my service, however, I needed to get a new sim card and phone number for my phone but the agent stated that since my son's phone number was still active he was able to keep his number. The next day my son's phone was turned off after I paid almost 170 dollars. I have been trying to resolve this issue since October 85, 2023 and I have been given the run around from Boost Mobile since then. I have been told to go to a Boost Mobile store and get help to be told that no one in the store can help me. To make matters worse, the store that I went to last month has now closed down, the number is disconnected, and the Boost Mobile sign has been taken off the store. I need help in this matter and looking into ways to getting matter resolved

Was prompt for to get a 2nd line for $10 and found out it would change to $25 dollars a month. Called to cancel and they could cancel the 2nd account, was told by a agent I needed to wait till the shipment got to me. Once the shipment made it, I called it as advised and went through the process of canceling the account on 10/16/2023. 10 days before my payment I checked my account and was getting charged $51.10. The agent I talked to never refunded the $10.46. On 11/5/2023 I called in to discuss this with a agent and they can cancel the account, but the agent refused to refund my $10.41 due to I past some time period. If the agent had did their job a month ago this wouldn't be a issue. Boost need to make sure their employees are doing their jobs, this is a scam and a class action law suit need to be filed and a investigation need to take place for the people!

Boost mobile is a joke. I paid my bill early and still don’t have data . It’s been 4 days now. Boost use to be a good company now I believe they’re stealing money and should be stopped. Just a few months ago they took 60$ from me and made me pay my bill twice. Then they won’t let me switch my plan basically making me pay 60$. I done called and called still nothing. I get online and see all these complaints just this month and I know boost is not the company for me. BBB do something to this company I can’t wait for class action

Worst company ever. Phone would never work when Im home not matter what wife had the 2nd line and never had any issues. Never could see my usage ever and to top things off I would be told that my issues have been escalated to the highest levels 2 and half weeks in and nothing no one having a clue is to what is going on. So much for team of experts. Its like they want to file. I really was rooting for this company and wanted it to succeed but they really dont want to. Just like at their apps its like they put not effort into building it. Just shows that they dont care and are just treading water until someone buys them up or they cell its self to whoever comes in to sweep them out. Just look at there reviews for goodness sake just run because you will regret it.

Early October I switch my TV carrier from ********* to Dish. In the process of talking with the Dish agent she informed me that ************* with Boost Infinite mobile phone carrier. She told me about the advantages and the cost savings that I would get if I signed up for Boost Infinite. Boost Infinite offered to me a deal that I would give me a savings approximately 75.00/per month. The deal came with the financing a new phone because they could not use my old phone. The cost of the new phone is over a $1000.00. I financed the phone through Boost Infinite. For one month the services were acceptable. On Oct 30, 2023, at approximately 10:30 pm a call that I was on dropped and I couldn't continue with my conversation. That wasn't unusual, so I thought, until after hours of trying to call out on my phone I continued to get a recorded message, "If you are a Boost mobile dial 1, or an Infinite dial 2." It is Wednesday November 1, 2023, and I am getting the same message. After several attempts to call our on Monday night after the phone services were interrupted, I called Boost Infinite and was given different rational for the interruption of using my phone; we don't have services in the areas and you have been rumoring and you've used up your minutes; there is trouble with the pole, we don't know what is causing it; and on and on. Finally, I was told that Boost Infinite does not have services in my area. I asked how you could sell me your provider if you knew this. They said I should have known. Finally, I was told that Boost Infinite does not service my area and I should have been put on one of the other providers. Ater talking with probably ***** agents at Boost, I am not being told that they can transfer me to another provider, but I would have to purchase the phone ($904) that I have no use of because the service provider that they will refer me to will not take a financed phone.
