      They take my money and I can't access online my service is really bad I can't get online 90% of the time boost one app is a joke if I need wifi to pay my bill why do they take my money

      This is a scam company and everyone should be aware!!!!On November 27, I received a Boost Mobile *** card which I ordered online, and on November 28, I attempted to activate the service. To my surprise, I discovered that the *** card had already been activated with a new number without my knowledge or consent. I promptly contacted Boost Mobile, and the customer representative, assured me that a refund would be requested However, on November 29, I received an email stating that my case was closed, yet I have not seen any refund reflected in my account. When I called Boost Mobile again, I was informed that no refund would be issued due to company policy. What a ridiculous policy! I didn't activate the *** card and can't use it because I can't transfer the number and also have to pay it???I never never never use this company!!!BE AWARE of this worst phone service company!!!

      I made a $40 payment and the phone was deactivated 2 days following payment. When I called to be refunded they denied me. They said we dont do refunds. I said then my phone should be working because I paid for it to work. They were extremely rude employee as well as the manager. Dont do business with them. They will take your money without giving you service.

      They have iPhones for sale online for $150 cant make the purchase because they want to do updates on the website during the sale. Sale will be over Monday mind you thats when the update will be over. Its a joke went into the store to see if I can get the same offer and found out I can not. Along with being in the store they up charge the phones so the can get some extra money off the consumer. This place is all about false advertising.

      I HAD MY AUTO-PAYMENT TURNED OFF!!!!!!! ....AND IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR MONTHS I PERSONALLY WANTED TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT BUISNESS BECAUSE I HAVE HAD NOT BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY FOR LONG TIME. I KEPT MY AUTO-PAY OFF IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR TAT LEAST HE LAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN GOING IN MANUALLY AND PAYING WHEN MY BILL IS DUE BC FINANCIALLY, I HAVE BEEN STRAPPED. SOMEONE WITHIN THE COMPANY TURNED IT BACK ON AND HELPED THEMSELVES TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND CHARGED MY MONTHLY AMOUNT. I WARN ANYONE WHO USES THEM TO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY JUST HELP THEMSELVES. THESE UNPROFESSIONAL DECIETFUL PEOPLE JUST GO IN AND DO WHAT THEY WANT WHY HAVE AN AUTO PAY OPTION WHY HAVE A CHECK BOX THAT ASKS IF YOU WANT YOUR PAYMENTS TO AUTOMATICALLY COME OUT WHEN THAT SAID BOX IS NOT CHECKED YOU CHANGE IT TO PLEASE THEIR NEEDS! IT IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND WRONG I WANTED TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT BUSINESS AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SAVE UP TO DO SO AND THIS IS HOW THEY ABUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST SICKENING

      I signed up with the new phone every year plan. When my phone arrived, they could not get the esim to attach, and I was left completely without a phone. They would offer no solution whatsoever nor able to tell me when the phone may work or the issue resolved. I then told them to cancel the service as per the terms and conditions and I would be discontinuing service. I was irritated at this point after having spent six hours on the phone with technical support . They were very polite and said OK we'll cancel it. I sent the phone back as per the labeling they sent me. Flash forward 2.5 weeks and my refund hadn't been processed for the tax I paid on the phone ($120), AND my account was auto-drafted for the monthly charge (for a service I've never even used!) I was assured the issue was resolved and the refund request had been yet again processed. Another week later, I call ANOTHER time and told the story and that I was at my wit's end. The *** finally transferred me to another agent who said I had THREE outstanding refund requests that no one had even looked at. He said there were a lot of people upset about the situation and they were processing my refund right that moment. This was 20 minutes ago. I am Head of Customer Experience for a large company, and I have NEVER had this poor of an experience with ANY company. I've wasted 10 hours of my life for a phone that never worked and still do not have my money back.

      The ladies are rude and unprofessional they talk to you any kind of way the manager **** is horrible and she acts just like the employees. I would never recommend this store to anyone

      extreamy poor customer service they want you to pay in advance for service and than they dont provide the sevice and blame it on network issue and tjey dont know when the issue will be resolved i went on for 3 out of 4 weeks and and than they did not hesiatate to aske for the next payment evvenen though they didn ot provide all the servise ***** previviouse month

      I was with republic wireless for about 8 years with no problems. Dish network bought republic and switched the name to boost infinite. I waited for over ********************************************* my phone. After my phone went dead boost infinite said I'd get a new sim card in 24 to 48 hours. Received a new sim card 6 days later. By then I switched to another company. They completely ignored me when I asked about my unused payment credit. Stay away from this company !

      Was on the $15 service plan and the mobile data ran out within the first week so on this upcoming months phone bill that was due.. I decided I pay a total of $46 to have my plan updated to the $40 plan online. After paying and updating my plan, my phone still wasnt able to be used unless its on Wi-Fi, and they also disconnected my phone service after I paid it a few days before. Called the customer service agents all week and got several different reasons why the money that I paid isnt reflecting in my account. They also refuse to give me a refund after giving me several ticket numbers for a refund. They wont even close my account until I pay another $50 payment. I will be seeking legal assistance going forward.
