      Absolute garbage. Did business with this company for years and only when I reach out to customer "service" do I run into issues. Incompetent and inconsistent. I had a basic issue, no hotspot, which the company refused to acknowledge and attempted to upsell me, ignore my issue, or direct me to the wrong department who never attempted to call back. Avoid these vultures at all costs.

      My payment history you can see a payment of $30.41 on the 7th & I paid $10.00 for a 2GB add on that was taken on the 8th. Thats $40.41 that I paid. My phone bill is due on the 15th every month. Today they turned my phone off & suspension my account & said I owe a payment of $10.00.So they took $40.41 from me & still want me to pay another $10.00 which will be a total of $50.41. Im not understanding why Im being charged $10.00 twice? I called customer service & also spoke with an agent in their live *********** were of no help & are saying they never received the $10.00. Both payments are posted & have been taken out of my account. Now Im out of $40.41 with no phone service. I aim highly upset & dissatisfied.

      Boost moble shut my phone off today, without any notice that they took me off the 14 grace ****** to pay my monthly bill. now I have to wait for a costumer service supervisor to cancel my account. I have been on the phone waiting for over 1 hour and counting. they lost a loyal customer today! They stink! think it over before you choose this phone company, I repeat, THEY STINK

      I bought a 200$ phone and 25$ of phone service. I was told that the *** card was only compatible with their old service and was informed I needed an updated ***. They attempted to ship the *** card and messed up the shipping label which made it take 17 days to arrive after having to be shipped back to them by *** and then back to me. This gave them the time to say I was "Outside the refund window time frame" Which is beyond deceptive and poor practice. The *** card they shipped me ended up not working so I yet again waited for a new *** card to be shipped to me. At this point it's now been 23 days without service and their clock is ticking showing that I only have 1 week of service remaining for the month. The second *** they sent me read as "invalid" and also didn't work. Since they refuse to refund me I had to dispute the charge with my bank and now I'm leaving this review. Don't EVER go with Boost Mobile. There are too many service providers who offer identical service without all the headache. I won't let them get away with this without it costing them far more than it cost me.

      They dont honor promotions on the website. Ive been getting an error message for a week when I try to purchase an item on sale. And when I call customer service they want to charge the full price of the item and have no idea when the website will be working

      *************************** has been very unsuccessful and incompetent these last few months. No call backs as promised, my bill increased when they changed systems which won't allow them to see billing history. The reps are condescending who talk before understanding the issue. I will be switching service after 10 years

      I have been with Boost Mobile from the start of their business. I had purchased a cell phone through them over 2 years ago and has been an active line since. Just yesterday, I was informed by a Boost Mobile representative, via online chat, that my cell phone has not been active for more than 2 months so they can not unlock my cell phone because my phone has not been active for 12 months. I had the same cell phone more than 2 years. The reason why I contacted Boost Mobile in the first place was to get them to unlock my cell phone so that I can switch cell phone providers. I guess they are pulling a fraud on me so that I do not leave them. According to them, I have to wait ten more months before they will unlock it even though I met their policy before trying to unlock it. PLEASE BE AWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ever since Dish took over Boost Mobile, the service has been terrible. This business has lost it's integrity / values. I only wish that I could give a negative star
