      Service is spotty at best. Way to many updates for it **** this bad. Can't believe even if you buy a phone outright they lock it for 12 months to keep you on their service.

      I have been with boost since early 2000's. **** the years it has progressively got worse. As others have mentioned, theyie and advertise **************** but that is not true. On the usage screen it will show "x data used of x data available, which means it is limited, not Unlimited. The real kicker, pay your bill early and when the new month kicks in, they take your money and don't reset to the new month of service. For example: you use x-amount of data last month, new month rolls in bill is paid on time aaannnd- you are still using data amount from previous month, it doesn't ************* and IF you have to use the Hotspot at all, your screwed because you are still using the data allocation from previous month. Called their support multiple times to resolve issue and when I asked them why I was still using previous month data allocation, all they could say is "it takes 48 hours to refresh". It has been 3 days since my new month started and I am still using previous months' data allocation. Boost used to be a decent service at one time, now, they are the worst I have ever used.

      I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment.I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously.Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line. I then switched 2 lines to ******* leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months.I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again!Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership.BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

      Boost mobile ***** I've been with tem 10 plus years and now that dish network took over it is a nightmare to switch phones or order a phone online can not navigate the website I did at one time refer everyone to use boost now I would not do so if my life depended on it stay away from boost only reason they got a star is because it forces you to put one there they don't deserve a star.

      I switched my plan from a monthly to a once a year payment for a better deal. It cost $245 for a whole year. I did it online in the app. The first month was fine but then they debited my credit card again for the 2nd month for $245. When I called 3 times they said they had to escalate to a supervisor 3 times and they said it would up to 72 hours for a supervisor to call me. All 3 times nobody ever called me. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor and she said their system was unable to handle my changing plans and that it would take up to 2 weeks to get service. This was over Christmas. So I left them and joined **** but they still owe me money because I paid them $245 for a year's service and only had one month's service. Stay far away boost mobile. Horrible experience.

      My bank card was compromised during Christmas and I had to order a new one. During the interim before my new card arrived boost withdrawal from my card was due. I thought it was later in the month. However, on the due day they emailed me and texted me that I had to find an alternative method to pay. Then one hour later they cut off my phone. I was in transit and ! even find a boost store because my phone was cut off! I have been a customer for 6 years and have had automatic withdrawals to boost. This is the first time I've ever defaulted. However, they give me an hour to pay. This is an unfair and ruthless tactic. To add insult to injury they charged me a reconnect fee when l finally found a store!

      If I could give this company negative stars I would. They're the worst phone company I've ever been through. They never want to fix any issues that you have with your phone or with your service and when your phone goes off on the first and literally 12 midnight. It's now the first your phone is turned off. They don't even wait till 10 AM when the store opens. And you have a mother-in-law in the hospital on her death bed and there's 0 care nobody cares. They just keep saying well. Once you pay your bill will turn your phone back on for you. You're telling me I do not get paid to h*** Friday. You're telling me you cannot give me a 3 day extension so I can contact people to let them know. That their loved one is dying. This is the worst phone company I have ever been through the worst. Absolutely hands down the worst. I would never recommend this company to anybody ever.

      The worst phone company you can ever be involved with. Y'all been in the game just like Tmobile and ******* yet you guys scam and do things backwards. These people sent my son phone which was a Christmas gift to the wrong address after I specifically gave them my address. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund when I really wanted the phone.

      Close this company down....worse experience ever payment was made yet my data wasn't working asked three reps why ...said I have to wait for hours for data to start but gave me an option to buy extra data i think that was a complete way to rip off if you advising me to get buy more data after paying my monthly bill why cant you just turn my data on it makes no sense....until now after more than 12 hours of making payment no data is frustrating you pay for service yet you don't get it....This is not a Third world country....They just lost another customer total rip off.

      Service is good I am on prepaid and my service was interrupted for a month because I didn't have the money...when I called to pay my latter bill I was charged for the month I was interrupted. I asked to have it waived and they refused causing me to pay ***** When I should not have paid that much..so thanks for taking my money I didn't have..if I could afford to have paid it I would have the previous payment
