Had it been possible I would have given a zero star rating of Boost mobile because of the facts that after my originally signing up as a customer with ********************** in 2023 through what I was originally given the impressions was an authorized representative retailer of Boost mobile in ******* ** and shortly after relocating and moving to ******* ** to work as a caregiver for a terminally ill client, I unfortunately discovered that Boost Mobile's coverage and service quality is absolutely horrible and doesn't work or barely works in rural areas specifically such as ******* **, secondly that Boost mobile does not provide their customers with affordable wireless service whatsoever at all. And finally the most disturbing discovery of mine is that Boost mobile has a policy where Boost mobile does not and will not issue refunds for customers even if they are dissatisfied with their cellular service through Boost mobile. My conclusions Boost mobile are exclusively committed to conning and profiting from providing customers with overpriced cellular phone service of the absolute worst quality possible imaginable and engaging in unfair business practices at the expense of Boost mobile customers they con and dupe into becoming a customer only for ****************** to turn around and provide them with the absolute worst quality cellular phone service possible imaginable

Been with Boost mobile 18yrs and purchased several phones during this time , never had a problem until company merged or bought out by Dish. On 6/13/23 I received a text stating my services would be suspended due to me violating there T&C's??, called c/s and rep did not see anything about a suspension but notice my bill was up to date, advised me to disregard text, by the end of the day my services were indeed suspended. I was without services for an entire week fighting for a resolution, eventually my service was restored due to me making another pmt. Fast-forward paid bill 1/11/24 received same suspension notification on 1/30/24 called c/s again and was told she notice payment was made on the 11th but no mention of suspension on acct, by the end of the day services were suspended again, spoke with 3 very rude reps afterwards. Went into a Boost store and was told by owner that he had several customers come in with the same experience, he advised me to call back and demand to speak to a manager, he said "I'm on a very old plan in which they're attempting to eradicate and instead of being honest with the customers they're suspending accts and we're unable to get refunds, port numbers or keep service at least until next payment is due" ironically the return e-mail said the same. Called and spoke to a manager by the name of **** who would not let me get a word in and kept saying there was nothing he could do and my service was terminated, he also kept advising me to send a e-mail in which I kept responding I did with no resolution, today is 1/31/24 I still have 11days paid for but no phone service.

Had insurance on my phone and it was stolen. Went to nearest store to report it stolen and paid my deductible only for them to tell me that they were not going to give me another phone and they didn't refund my deductible and I had just paid my bill two weeks earlier.

They unenrolled me from the *** program without my consent. Who ever unenrolled me claimed I wanted to do so because I was leaving the service company. Which was a lie! They told me I have to re-enroll by reapply online or in a store. Online it does not give me an option to enroll for my benefits. Also, all store locations refused to re-enroll me for my benefits and told me I had to call customer service to do so. I called customer service and they told me they can not do so and that it has to be done online or in a store. Both the stores and customers service tried to make it like it was a mishap on ***'s part. When in fact I still qualify for the benefits and was *********** was done by boost mobile when it comes to being unenrolled from my benefit without my consent. It's giving scamming, fraud, and a federal case of gangstalking.

Login at 1/27/2024 and saw a fraudulent activity on the day of 1/26/2024 on 4:30 pm before I was Sim Swapped on Boost Mobile services the hacker illegally access to my coinbase account and sold all my alt coins and coverted to bitcoin to try to steal my funds that way.I didn't went to any websites, open unknown emails or pick up any unknown calls. This was a data breach in the iPhone 13 pro max *** card that a hacker *** swapped using boost mobile services illegally impersonating me without my knowledge.Boost mobile never alerted me about a replacement *** for a new device or no protection for Sim swapping. Boost mobile told me to get rid of the physical *** and go for the new eSim. Unfortunately, the hackers hacked the new eSim too because Boost mobile isn't taking the necessary steps to avoid this scam and protecting my safety, information, and my accounts especially Coinbase.

App doesnt work half of the time. Anyway I went to pay my phone bill of $26.30 to turn my phone back on. They didnt give me any information stating my line was terminated what so ever anyway I pay it and my service doesnt turn on. I call them and tell them they need to issue a refund because the account was terminated. I open a new account with them pay the ***** to get a new number and they told me they would issue the refund on that old account and they wont give it to me

Their customer service is horrible. You can call them and speak to them for an hour and you still dont get a resolution they keep saying we understand but were very sorry theres nothing we can do unless you pay your bill. You cant even get incoming calls they just terminate your phone service and one day horrible customer service, horrible company. They drop calls like every minute and I really regret joining their company. But I guess you get what you pay for.

This is the biggest circus. Do not sign up! We didn't even make it past activation. I talked to six people, and was hung up on by two. ???????? They refused a refund and to cancel the account. No corporate address listed.

Today is 1/22/24 and my bank statement shows a charge from boost mobile for $229.40, on the phone attempting to resolve this year-long issue is sad. One year ago on 1/26/23, I ordered a new phone from Boost mobile from their website and paid my 1st month's bill. I never received the phone. After talking with several CSR's, I was told that I would have to order a new phone at full price (the first one was discounted at a new customer rate). When told that I just requested a refund for the amount I paid. I was told I'd receive a refund, I never did. I eventually made about 12 frustrating phone calls all with promises of my money back and the issue being resolved. The promises were broken each time, I never received a refund and now a year late I am being charged the full rate of the cell phone ($229.40, I assume that is what this amount represents). Every CSR I've dealt with throughout this ordeal seemed genuine about and now I am being told that if the *** never returned the phone to Boost and so no refund is due to me. I was told that it was ***'s fault a year ago and at that time when contacting *** numerous times, the story I got from *** is that there is nothing they can do, the package was already delivered. So, moral of the story, the policies of this company are based on greed, corruption, manipulation and lies. agent on the phone can't even do anything about the $229.40 charge except take my card off autopay. Companies like this manipulate and monopolize on people of a certain economical status. They have inexpensive phones and plans that are affordable, but in exchange, this is the way they can and will continue to treat their customers if something isn't done about it. Thank you for your time in reading this, I hope this will be shared and hopefully contribute to making a change. #sickofgettingscrewedover
